HomeSource built our house in 2014 on time and within budget. Their follow up has been exceptional. I would recommend them to build or remodel without reservation. Having an established, reputable builder is extremely important. If a problem arises, you would want that kind of team to help you out and not take advantage.

First-hand knowledge of this builder came from our daughter. She had used them to build her home.Even before we contracted with HomeSource, they willingly came and helped us choose the best lot for our home. Their team helped us throughout the planning and building process, including design, site planning, and selection of products and materials.The project managers were professional, efficient, courteous, and respectful. Any problems that arose were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. We received weekly updates on the house through comments and photographs. This was particularly important to us since we were living in another state.We utilized the services of their interior designer in selecting colors and products to coordinate the interior and exterior of the house. We continue to rely on her help, now that we’ve moved into our new home.When we arrived here at the end of the project, the landscaping was finished, the house was completed, everything was clean, and our home was “move-in ready”.We have no hesitation in recommending Tim and the HomeSource team for building your new home!

Don’t be fooled by this company’s sales pitch. If you want a custom, quality build, on time and within budget, you will NOT get it with Home Source Builders. They should stick to their cookie cutter know how. We had a terrible experience. It was a huge mistake signing their one-sided agreement. Terrible Asheville Builder!!! There are lots of horror stories similar to this about Tim scamming people. I hope this helps no one else make the same mistake.This builder, by commenting, is desperate to avoid exposing the many western NC unhappy customers, contractors & suppliers. Several subs refuse to work with Home Source. If you happen to find a good review, beware that they are posted by employees, or their friends and not legit.

Tim is someone that truly cares about his clients and his team. Having watched him lead his business, I can say that I am impressed and would highly recommend HomeSource!

Homesource designed and built a freestanding two car garage for us. It looks like it was built with the house because it blends so well. This is the most seamless and painless project we have ever done. Very highly recommend Homesource and we plan to use them again.

Tim at Homesource has created a very unique business model to the construction industry with his Building Company and stand alone Design Center. Add that to his his intuition and intellegence with respect to his projects and Homesource is a must when considering a custom home or remodel. They should absolutely be at the top of your list!
