I am very grateful to Prestige for providing Silver Sneakers classes and especially happy that Nellie is our instructor on Tuesday and Thursday. We all benefit from her years of experience. Her class provides the perfect blend of strength training, exercise, and stretching at the perfect times throughout class. She is very attentive and makes certain we are using proper body mechanicswhich makes our workouts much safer and more effective. She is a very caring person who truly loves teaching and connecting with each member. I leave feeling so good both mentally and physically. Thank you!

Gym is clean, staff is amazing, and I always have a great workout with no distractions. The new General Manager Myke is the first manager to stop his workout and ask how my day was. Great Hire!!!! Prestige is amazing! ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been training with Talia and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful she is. Everyday her attitude is positive and enthusiastic. Talia is energetic, fun, and motivating! She creates an individualized workout routine and focuses on proper technique. Her passion for helping others through their workout journey shines through and has definitely ignited a passion for the gym within myself that I have never felt before.

I am training with Talia and she is amazing! She is well prepared, inspirational, has an amazing attitude, corrects me, super fun and positive. She always goes above and beyond! I highly recommend her! She is truly there to help you accomplish your goals :D I also highly recommend the 5:30 am class instructors (Cat, Lori, and Anna) are amazing! Working with Talia and see all the effort and hard work that she puts in to the training sessions and her own workouts makes me want to go the 5:30 am classes and bust butt!

I really liked this gym at first(about 2 years ago)..but now even since covid they keep offering fewer and fewer classes and claim that they usually have fewer classes in the summer. I investigated other gyms in this area and have found that almost EVERY ONE of them have 3-4 times the amount of classes. I asked to speak to someone in charge and only one person called me to tell me about fewer classes in the summer.They also would nor speak to me about EVEN a partial refund because of my complaint.

I have been a member for almost a year and I absolutely love this gym. The training staff here is amazing and always friendly when I ask for help. If you want to get things done ask for Cassie and she will take care of you. Great customer service!!!!!

I was a member for a while before the pandemic and I loved it here! It was such a reprieve for my son and I to come in every week. For me to be able to workout by myself and he loved the kids area! The girls in there were wonderful and treated him so well. The facility is immaculate and the staff was always willing to help with any questions. The staff member that helped me, Cassie Siegler, is always so upbeat and motivated to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this facility!

I joined Prestige 5 months ago, and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. The gym is always sparkling clean, but more importantly, the staff is amazing. My trainer, Patrick, truly listens to my concerns, structures our training sessions to fit my goals, and adapts our workouts to accommodate my limitations. Every staff member is professional, friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Best fitness center in Arvada!

The entire staff at Prestige is amazing, friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Diane who helped me renew my membership and always goes above and beyond! The gym is large and has a variety of equipment. Loving the spinning classes and all the instructions (Cat, Lori, Anna, Tara).

Prestige Fitness-Arvada is absolutely wonderful. I felt welcomed the moment I joined. The gym has taken Covid-19 Precautions very seriously. It is very clean and well maintained. I feel safe every time I go to workout. The front desk staff is exceptional and welcoming to everyone who enters the front the doors! This is definitely a 5 Star gym!

I started coming to prestige in January after trying to do the home workouts and I love it there it’s usually not super busy so there’s never a wait for a machine or dumbbells which is super nice! I have also been training with Talia since I started and she’s amazing great motivator and super nice! She’s helped me come so far and I can’t wait to continue to see how she can push me!

Diane and the evening staff at the front desk are very helpful. Looking forward to more classes as restrictions lessen. Would be great if management could get all cardio machines working and up to date.Gym hours are good.

This place is great! I was nervous to be back in a gym with COVID but very impressed with all that they have done to make this place feel safe and clean. Staff is amazing. They are always welcoming and willing to respond immediately to any concerns. Cant recommend enough!

All of the staff are super nice and they always make you feel welcome and appreciated. As a college student, they helped work out how to get the most of my money instead of squeezing what they can when I am around. The gym is never packed where I have to fight for a machine and its a great place to workout for any level of training.

Prestige is an amazing place to work out with plenty of updated equipment, clean facilities and great staff. Particularly Corrine Rueles Franklin was especially helpful. With her experience and expertise advice she demonstrated and recommended different exercises to further my health and wellness journey. She wasn’t even my trainer, but went above and beyond to help me out.

Great gym. Plenty of equipment available even when its busy. Required to wear masks and spray bottles of sanitizer are available in multiple places. Locker rooms and showers are very clean. Highly recommended!

Im extremely happy with my trainer at Prestige, Corrine. Shes professional, knowledgeable, fun & has a passion for fitness. She helped me lose 20 lbs, increased my muscle mass, strength& endurance. I highly recommend her.

Overall, its a great gym. Very clean and COVID safe, plenty of equipment, and any issues (equipment maintenance/repair) dont seem to take more than a day or so. I am a member of the dawn patrol waiting on the gym to open at 5am most days during the week. My fellow gym goers are very nice in the morning and everyone seems to know and accommodate everyone elses routine and space. The staff is way more friendly than we deserve so early in the morning.

Prestige is honestly one of the best gyms around. You won’t find a more caring GM than Ryan. The place is always clean and the staff is always encouraging me to reach my goals! I definitely recommend.

Ive been a member at this gym for a number of years now, and theyve always been a high quality organization with wonderfully helpful staff. Ive worked with Corrine as my personal trainer since the easing of Covid restrictions last year and shes been incredible.

I’m very impressed with this gym! The membership includes a free training session. My trainer, Patrick was very knowledgeable and had great insight on how I can get results after an injury I had. Looking forward to using this very clean facility to make some gains!

Amazing gym! The staff is super nice as are all of the members so you never have to worry about feeling out of place. It caters to the mega weight lifters, cardio junkies, (4 types of ellipticals, 2 types of bikes and treadmills and stair steppers, etc. - basically tons of equipment so you never have to worry about not getting on a machine), crossfitters, group class enthusiasts, and even your 90 yr old grandma/grandpa. :-) Its a very large facility so you always have your own space and they maintain excellent cleaning standards and was able to stay open during some of the harshest covid crackdowns. All in all, couldnt ask for a better gym, and trust me, Ive been to lots.

Weve been members since it first opened. It was great at first then began slowly going down hill. The staff turnover is shockingly high, they equipment is always broken, and then their professional mannerisms are non existent.I think theyre really hurting for money now because of covid. They tried to charge us for the kids club even though it was closed. Then we suddenly had a change to our membership price. Its shady and now the management definitely LACKS integrity. We cancelled and went to a new gym... Best decision ever.Oh and theyre is only one cleaning station in the entire gym for the covid.

Prestige is a great gym with great people! Some gyms have locker rooms that are gross....but the locker room at Prestige is very nice!!

I’ve been a member since this location opened and have been very happy with this gym. Plenty of equipment, decent hours and very friendly staff. I’m pretty motivated and experienced when it comes to a workout so I haven’t used a trainer - can’t speak to that aspect. Otherwise, totally happy and got a great monthly rate that has been locked in for years. Never billing issues. My only gripe is that some of their towels are pretty worn and feel like sandpaper.

Extremely corrupt owner and staff. They dont return phone calls or emails. Equipment is always broken, there isnt a single stair stepper that doesnt make horrible noises and the locker rooms are disgusting. The same hair tie laid in the sauna on the filthy floor for months. If youre looking for a gym, go somewhere else.

Encouraging, friendly, and wonderful staff. Clean and state of the art equipment. Wont go anywhere else! So many different workout options and a ton of great group classes. Plenty of machines always available, and the machines are well maintained with rep counters and timers on almost all the machines. Awesome gym and worth every penny each month.

Great gym at a great price. Has a solid mix of free weights, circuit machines, and cardio, along with classes and cycling. The free weight section is by far my favorite, as they’ve even got an Olympic/power lifting platform.Some people seem to be complaining about busted equipment but they’ve been quick to fix things when they break, and generally maintain the equipment pretty well. I’m guessing the people who complained here didn’t notify the staff, since they really care about their gym and seem receptive to feedback from members.

I initially wrote the review below. Not sure if it was read but since then, its been totally clean. I am there 4-6 days a week and have to say... they are doing a great job! I give them a five for sure---------------------------The staff is great and the equipment for the most part is fine. The issue I have is the lack of cleanliness. I have expressed this multiple times and it does not seem to be reciprocated. I literally gag sometimes walking into the locker room because it smells so bad. When I mention this to other members they all agree. When I mention this to management, I have been told that they dont notice it. If the gym was just cleaned regularly (like it should be) it would be great.

If you want to know why there is a high turnover of employees, look no further than the upper management. REQUIRING employees to work weekends is a recipe for burnout, lack of motivation, no work-life balance, and resentment. No wonder there are so many people complaining about the obvious issue this company has with retaining/cultivating their current employees. We are on this planet for such a short amount of time. No one wants to work 6-7 days a week and have that be their legacy...to make a company more profitable without any thought to their own goals, dreams, and aspirations. Work it out Prestige.

Place was pretty good over a year a ago when I joined. It has become filthy and broken down with a lack of new equipment. They also triple charged my account and was lied to about getting money back. Shouldnt have to deal with a fraud department with a credit card company to get stolen money back. The staff treats you like an inconvenience and there is a lack of a home feel there. So if you dont mind being over charged, lied to, and treated like a lower life form by other people this is the gym for you!

Been working out here on a near daily basis for a few weeks now. My review may change over time but as of now this gym is great. There’s a lot of space, a plethora of equipment, and it’s only felt a little crowded once out of more than ten visits. There’s also proper deadlift platform which seems to be rare in gyms like this.Added over a year later : I brought my review down to 4 stars because in the year we worked out here they had a fair bit of equipment that was under repair for long periods of time. If you happen to need that one piece of equipment it might affect you a lot. We continued to go and only canceled our membership when we moved though.

Equipment breaks and its very slow to be repaired. Urinal in mens locker room has been out of order for over a month. The first three weeks it sat with urine still in it. Disgusting and smelly.The addition of a competent maintenance person would improve the gym greatly.

If I could give this place a zero I havent been to this facility in over a year. Then I get a phone call from a collection agency saying that I owe prestige fitness money I dont even live in Colorado. I canceled my membership well over a year ago (I THOUGHT)!!!! Long story short never got a phone call saying I owe them money. I wouldve been more than happy to just pay it but they decided to just send it to a collection agency and try ruining my credit I will never ever ever use this facility in 1 million years!!!!!!!After figuring this stuff out I thought a month ago and paying prestige fitness. A month later Im still getting phone calls from a collection agency after they told me that it was their mistake and they got it figured out and they contacted the collection agency. I probably spent more than 10 hours just on the phone contacting them waiting for a manager to give me a call never called me back. This place is absolutely awful. I have great credit last thing I want to do is ever is ruin my credit this place is just awful.

Great location, staff is awesome. The facility is okay. The Biggest negative are the hours. Also there is only two flat benches, and two squat racks, with one smith machine. With that being said when it gets busy, its really bad. But good gym overall, and Ill here till something like a 24hours opens up closer to home.

I am not a member. I came in today to sign up and check it out. It is in a strip mall with an ACE on one side and Massage Envy on the other. It is very very nice and new and clean inside. But when I got to the front counter they had me fill out 2 forms with personal information including address, phone, DOB, marital status... all before they would talk to me about the gym. The staff at the front counter are friendly but do not know the hours and will not show you around OR discuss pricing. Apparently there is a membership person and apparently you need an appointment. I gladly showed myself around which takes 10 seconds because you can see everything from the front counter. Everything but the insides of the locker rooms. I was seriously disappointed with the small size and minimal equipment. Also disappointed that coming in to join was a huge inconvenience to the staff. Ill drive somewhere else.

Dont waste your time here! First off they charged me a different rate than my brother who is a member there. They wouldnt give me the same price he had and they were going to charge me more fees than my brother. I got roped into a personal trainer who said I know when your here, when your in the locker room and how often you are here. In order words they were going to watch my every move. I just wanted a place I could workout on my own time and schedule. I ended up going to cancel my membership 24 hours later because they kept calling me about scheduling sessions I didnt ask for. Ive asked the manager to call me back at least 5 times regarding the refund I was promised and have never received a call back. Poor management

Not clean and poor management!This gym has broken equipment, poor staff and even poorer management. The workout classes are never what they say they are or at the times that are posted. The towels (if there are any available) are torn and stained with dirt and yellow sweat. Black dirt washes off your hands in the sink after using their equipment. This gym costs $50 dollars per month! Not the type of treatment or experience that I look for in any gym regardless of pricing.

Ive been a member for a while. If something breaks, dont hold your breath to get it fixed. They have towels but they are old and tattered. From time to time, the play the music so loud that when youre in there you cant even hear your own playback in your earbuds. All of these can be easily addressed, but they have shown no willingness or desire to tend to these items.Cant wait for the new 24-Hour Fitness to open.

Have a really high turn over of staff trainers which makes it extremely hard to stay motivated. They dont seem to care about them as employees. I get an icy cold business vibe from the place. Also they dont have other locations besides centennial so you cant easily pop in somewhere else to take a class if you are out running errands or coming from work. Closest gym to my house so it is convienent, and the place is clean with a nice locker room and sauna spot, but If i hadnt gotten a super special on black friday (have them just after new years too) I wouldnt bother staying.

I was a member of Prestige since they were purchased from Mountainside Fitness. In that time, as is stated by most of the negative reviews below, they have done very little to maintain the gym. In fact, many times I told management about the disgusting lockers, the dirty equipment, the nasty floors, and of course, as everyone is well aware, the disgusting, old, sandpaper towels, which run out by noon. Nothing was ever addressed in the 2 years I worked out there. On one occasion, I remember the pectoral fly machine losing a bolt for one of the swing arms. It sat there unrepaired with a sign on it for over a month. The irony was that there is an Ace Hardware next door, where they sell the needed bolt for about 50 cents.Full disclosure, I was going to write this review back in 2016, when I moved from CO to FL and essentially abandoned the remaining year on my contract (paid in full). I elected to pass on the negative review because they were at least very nice to me and my guests. However, upon visiting CO, I went in to do a quick drop-in workout. They informed me that they charge a $15 drop-in fee. I asked if they could waive the new extraneous fee, on account of my long-standing membership, the fact that I essentially paid for a year that I never used, the fact that I had multiple free week passes from Mike who signed me up in 2014, and how about just good will. Nope! Have to pay the fee.So because they decided to stand their ground on the fee, I am standing my ground on warning others of how terrible they are. I would highly suggest getting a membership at Planet Fitness for $10 a month, or spend $20 and get access to tanning, massages, and other perks. There is NOTHING about Prestige that is worth the $50 per month that they charge. Their equipment is aging and never maintained or replaced. Their locker rooms are dingy and disgusting, and they never clean out the lockers themselves. Their bathrooms lack any ventilation. Their floors are either gross or waxed with Dawn dishsoap and you might just take a spill.

This is a nice gym with nice employees and a wonderful yoga class, as well as other good classes. The Saturday and Sunday morning yoga class is taught by a really good instructor who is very passionate about his teachings They have a steam room and sauna which is awesome after a good workout.

Great Facility. Freindly staffand I love that its in the same center as The Joint so I can see my chiropractor and get a great work out in with one stop.

I signed up for the club but be careful if they offer you to have a trainer show you the equipment. It is a bait and switch for you to sign up for personnel training. I became injured and could not cancel or delay these sessions.

I just got a letter from a collection agency after I cancelled my membership because I moved over the summer. I have not gotten one phone call or letter. Now I cant seem to get this collection agency to stop demanding that I owe hundreds of dollars. DO NOT JOIN!

My rating is based on 3 factors, staff, the facility itself and the management. Staff first. Ive been a member for almost 5 months. During that time I have seen a fair amount of turnover in the staff both in the managers and trainers level. High turnover is never good and can be an issue if you choose personal training. Sometimes the front desk is unmanned due to staffing issues and you never quite know who is the facility manager. Some good employees as well. Id rate this are as NEEDING IMPROVEMENT.Next, the facility itself. I think they have a good facility with newer equipment, group and cycling training rooms and a spacious lay out. The equipment is always available and I have never experienced overcrowding. Id rate this area as MEETS EXPECTATIONSLastly, the management. This area includes the managers as well as the management processes and follow up. Management is the foundation for a successful endeavor but these folks miss the mark. First, they seem to have no process to identify and repair broken equipment or building components. Toilets, door handles, sinks, and at least one elliptical have been in need of repair for weeks. Feedback to the manager and general manager do not help. I understand stuff breaks but being without hand wipes for weeks or waiting 5 weeks for water filters to be replaced is just poor management. Finding a urinal that wont flush and reeks of urine is not something that should go unnoticed.Next is their ordering process. I just mentioned how both water fountain filters have been in need of replacement for the place five weeks. A water filter in the red zone for 5 weeks raises at least some question on water quality. In addition the sanitary equipment wipe dispensers have been empty for one month of the last 5 months. To be fair someone did go and buy Clorox wipes from Kings but these ran out as well. I personally wipe down all the equipment after I use it because it is a gym rule and because I perspire. To not provide wipes is unsanitary and unhealthy. In my opinion this is because the entire staff is not responsible for ensuring that the facility is maintained. Its not the trainers job to replace the wipes or wash the towels so the task falls on whom? In short I rate management as POOR AND IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENT.I will need to make a decision about my future as a gym member. I will stay until my personal training is complete. After that Id say its 50/50 whether I remain at Prestige. Perhaps this kind of performance is acceptable to some. For me though all this suggests management that has no experience running a gym OR has cash flow problems. Both are troubling to me

Absolutely horrible gym! The workers will change the gym hours when they feel like going home and then they lie about it. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

The customer service experience at the Arvada location has been completely awful. The first time I went in there were no membership staff available and the front desk person essentially sent me away and told me to come back later. I went back later to enroll and the membership staff had no time to work with me and had to run an errand and was in a huge rush. He took no time to explain membership information to me and told me it had been a really busy day and he was exhausted. He told me to leave my name and number on his desk on a piece of paper and that hed call back. He never called back. So Ive tried to join the club on two occasions and have had no success = terrible experience!

This gym has become run down. Machines break, I get that, but there is no money being put into getting things fixed. The monitors on the cardio have been broken for years. Front desk staff sits around and are not friendly. Seems like a high turner over in staff in general. Not worth the money. Just cancelled my membership and am looking elsewhere.
