Having been in the rental home business for 20+ years, I know the importance of finding good tenants. Rental Services Inc. is the reason I have good quality tenants with longevity. Their screening process is quick, easy, and thorough. Their professionalism is top notch. They have very little to no employee turn over, which says a lot about the company, the managements integrity, and satisfaction of their customers. If your business needs include screening tenants, I highly recommend RSI. I wouldnt use anyone else!

They take up to two weeks to complete an application. It seems they cannot function without a file number and April is the rudest most unprofessional person with a stick up her you know what. She is an embarrassment to her own company and will argue when she is COMPLETELY WRONG. If this company cares about there business then they should get anger management classes she has been getting complaints for YEARSEdit: If you concerned with improvement, it would start with the unprofessional rude attitude April has. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder and awful at customer service, she needs retrain in customer service and professionalism. I’m not sure her position there but if it was my business I would retrain her or let her go

The have saved me so much time and money with their screening process. The staff has excellent customer service not just with me but with the prospective renters they are screening.As a landlord I am not sure what I would do without them.

I almost gave these guys 350.00 dollars. If you need a place sometimes you get caught up in looking so hard that you think this will be the right one. Dont let it happen to you. Yes they have Ads on craigslist but do not be fooled . Anyone and I mean ANYONE can make an ad. Think twice if they dont have pictures. Who doesnt want to show what youre selling? Also if they say they are out of town and looking to rent the place RUN!!!! Its a scam . Dont mail anyone your money. to anyone. If they cannot meet you at the place then that is because they dont want you to see their face. Be smart guys.

I hired Rental Services Inc. on the recommendation of a friend. They sent me some materials to screen potential tenants at my rental property. Unfortunately they got my name and some other information incorrect on the mailing. How can I trust them to effectively screen my tenants if they cant even get my info correct?I cut my losses and switched to TransUnion SmartMove which has a slick online interface (vs. RSIs paper forms and fax machines) and didnt look back until they sent me an email asking for a review. Sorry guys - you asked for it.
