I would not recommend working here I began working here a few weeks ago they set me up at Coca Cola when I first arrived I was told I would be working five days from 5:00am to 1:30pm that was not the case then they said I would be working mandatory 6 days a week which is fine just horrible communication then on top of that my father in law is literally dying and I had explained why I would be missing they didn’t care and terminated my position overall a bad experience I would try like employment solutions or employment firm before this one !!!

Started working with Elwood during the Pandemic, specifically with Lou Ann and my experience couldnt be any better anywhere else. She always found work for me right away and job sites have been professional and safe during pandemic. Always stays in contact and was even able to give me personal time to be there for the birth of my daughter who was premature and got me working right away when I was able to go back to work! I would recommend Elwood staffing Tradesman to anyone with good work ethic!

Bad staffing agency. They pick and choose who they want to go to work based on race and its a majority hispanic staff. I worked there for a year and was only offered one job that last only 3 weeks and they lied to get me to go the job saying it was 3 months. Very unprofessional and lazy recruiters . Lou Ann & Amy is who im referring to.

I have been employed with Elwood Staffing for well over a year. The staff is very professional and competent. Sarah, is usually my go to person for any issues or concerns. I have found Sarah to be a good sounding board, shes a great listener and extremely supportive. I have had a few interactions Dillian whom is very professional as well.

I have had some issues but Dillon has done an amazing job with getting done what needed to be done and they are an amazing company to work for thanks Dillion and Elwood staffing for the opportunity to work with you

First of all, Trisha Benjamin is great at her job, has amazing people skills, and super customer service.Great place and great people, the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello!I originally had gone in for a specific position, and was immediately directed and advised to take a better position for myself and my life outside of work.I have started the job, and all I have to say is I am very proud of myself for following through with this company, and I feel very lucky and blessed to have found them! This location is horrible! Trisha Benjamin has very bad people skills and not very good customer service. She cut me off working with Elwood everywhere cause I told her she is not good at what she does.When I asked her for her supervisors number she said No and hung up on me mind you I had to call her three time and she hung up all those times.. When she found out I called corporate on her she cut me off all services with Elwood (Retaliation). If you go in to talk with her in person be careful cause there is no confidentiality and you will get cut off multiple times with the other workers and phones rings. No real one-on-one time. Ive been with Elwood since December 2017 at the Denver South office and they are great. Lannell Is awesome! Elwood is great for getting you fast jobs if you need income Now but its always minimum wage plus experience gained. The jobs you see online are not accurate and just for show to the government that they have jobs but is a lie. Id recommend going with a more secure agency that sees your worth and value.

Liz at Elwood Staffing is a very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staffing agent.I have worked a few jobs through Elwood Staffing, I was paid decent, and check was always on time.(no issues with that.)If ever I had a question or concern Liz was efficient and effective in taking care of any requests or concerns.Liz is by far the most respectful and treats people with dignity.The other office staff are rude, they dont return phone calls.I recommend Liz to anyone currently looking for Employment.However, I dont recommend Elwood Staffing.There are definitely better more professional staffing agencies in the metro area.Best Regards,

Since i have become a employee at Elwood Staffing, I have been treated very well to say the least! The staff here is more than helpful and very friendly! They have been able to acomodate me with any needs I may have! They always have helpful answers and tips! Trisha Benjamin has gone above any beyond to meet my needs! She has such a outgoing and bubbly personality! Im proud to say I am employed with Elwood staffing and its because of the staff there!

If youre in the logistics/warehouse field, I would say that Elwood is not a bad company with whom to temp. They were able to get me an interview right off the bat, for which Im very grateful. Ill admit that I wasnt particularly thrilled with the jobs for which I was offered interviews, as they were below the pay grade I really needed, but if you find yourself in that position, Id still go ahead and hear em out: Elwood doesnt necessarily know all the jobs their clients are looking to fill, so think of an interview in terms of interviewing with that company in general as opposed to interviewing for that particular job, and try to upsell in your interview; mention any experience or skills that might be relevant to the company. The company who interviewed me for a material handler position took me in for a much better forklift position, and now they have me jockeying software in the office.The bottom line: if Elwood wants to interview you, hear em out. And if Elwood offers you an interview with a company youre interested in, even if its not for a job you particularly want, still go for it.

I just arrived here to westminster. ( from Reno NV )and did the usual Google search for staffing or temp agencies close to me that a can get to on my bicycle. ( I dont have a car and ride or use public transportation to get everywhere ) Thursday came and all the other agencies I went to told me to go online and fill out their application and then call back to schedule an appointment. WOW. This was very frustrating. I needed a job ASAP !!!I followed my directions on the map and arrived to Elwood Staffing in the early afternoon and though the same thing was going too happen. To my surprise Juanita and Sarah greeted me with a smile and after explaining my situation they said to get on there computer right in the office and fill out the online application ( no other agency I went to even had a computer I could use. ) After filling out the required information, and when I needed help they came from around the counter and gladly helped me out. Very professional. They were very willing to bend over backwards to make sure I did everything correctly. They did a background check and a UA right in there office. Make sure you have the time for filling out all the questions and to watch the video ( a couple of hours ) it was well worth the time. I was asked what kind of work I wanted and Juanita found me a good job that started the very next day. I was amazed. These ladies are an asset to your company at Elwood Staffing. I am so grateful for there experience at doing an excellent job for me. There also was another gentleman in the office. Who they helped get a job that started right away as well. Very unprofessional staffing agency! Called weeks ago, asking some questions and knew it was possible they wouldnt be able to help me. But its been weeks since the lady on the phone said she would call me back after talking to some people, and she just never called me back... Ive been waiting and still nothing back.. Terrible customer service. Even if they couldnt have helped me they could have at least called me back! 👎👎👎👎👎they dont find jobs based on what works for you either! They find jobs for you based on what is convenient for them. Elwood placed me at a job I told them was possible wouldnt work out for me.. they pressured me into taking the job because at the time, they had the elwood staffing ladies going to this place of business and having to open for them, until they could find a replacement.. so they rushed to find an associate to step in so they wouldnt have to be there at 6 AM anymore.. they set me up for failure and then decided they couldnt help me anymore!

I elaborated on my history, and which job I was interested in and what had happened until this point and not only did she encourage me to come in, when things seemed to be hopeless (The company I applied at, turned my direct application down - the same day I had made an appointment to see the staff at Elwood.) but they were there the entire time from the word go!Sarah was nothing but courteous, encouraging, made me feel like she wanted me to succeed and made things happen!Trish the same, both those ladies and her colleagues, all of them - I am so happy right now!Today I got my email from them, that I am starting my new Job on Monday. Was working well with Trish. She set up my BF on a job in Westminster on 120th. The day he was suppose to go in to work we were having a snowstorm. So he called and texted her that he wasnt going to be able to make it, considering we are living pretty far. She never returned his calls or texts since that day.He went to call today and the lady put him on mute just so she could be told by Trish that hes not allowed to work there anymore. But its true that they do only send you where THEY want to send you, not if you need it in bus route.

Absolute garbage, they only want to make money off of you. They are not going to put you in a good position, and DEFINITELY do NOT work for them, they just give you a job title that should be making more money and pay you the bare minimum market value.

Provided a great job at a company where i was welcomed right away and received good pay and hours.

I worked for SOS in 2009 after Id lost my full time job. They treated me well, and found plenty of work for me. The pay wasnt great, but it was enough to pay my rent and car payment.I had a lot of fun at the jobs I worked. I worked several shifts at an insulation manufacturer, and spent an entire day transferring an OReilly Auto Parts to a new location. It was good, hard labor, tha taught me a lot.

If your looking for a job, highly recommend going in for an application the staff are wonderful, liz by far one of the nicest people Ive had the pleasure to meet . People skills as well as professionals the best around !!!

Elwood staffing is the worst staffing company Ive ever worked for I first applied in July and they wasnt able to find anything for me til now. Then had a family emergency and couldnt make it to work so I called in hrs before my scheduled shift and the lady rebecca acted so unprofessional and rude telling me theyll find someone else luckily I found work somewhere else the next day. There website sucks everytime I try to login to my account it doesnt recognize my username even after calling to reset my login info. TBH I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to go through them.

Dont waste your time, Trisha at this location is only trying to make commission off of you.

Elwood Staffing pays its placement staff as little as $14.00 and hour, then classifies them as exempt. Elwood then works them as much as 60 hours a week with no further compensation. Do you want a company that could be violating FLSA placing your employees.
