Granite transformation put in counters in my house in 2018, I spent all of 2019 calling and trying to get things fixed. First they did not cut the whole for the faucet I had and when the guys came to put it in thats when it was discovered. They said, Just call and they will get a new faucet for you. Not. I called every week and was told that 1. they were the new company not affiliated with the old one. 2. I would need to buy the faucet. 3. someone would get back to me. After almost a year, they finally sent out a faucet to put in and the service guy didnt do it right as a second pipe was required under the sink. Did find that out a few weeks later when water flooded the cabinet and we had to call in a plumber who showed me what wasnt done and that cost me $800 more. I definitely would not recommend doing business with them.
What a nightmare. I would think twice before using Granite Transformations. Remodeling your home is supposed to be a good experience, for us it has been the worst experience. We were told if they had to put a seam in the kitchen counter top we wouldn’t be able to tell where it is, not true the seam is noticeable and raised. They installed the kitchen, and half the counter top in the main bathroom, where supposed to come back the next day to finish but since they installed the wrong counter top and wrong color sink in the bathroom they didn’t come back the next day. This left us with no water in the main bathroom because they didn’t drill the hole in the counter top for the faucet and the kitchen unfinished. It took them 2 weeks to come back and finish the kitchen and per my request drill a hole in the incomplete/wrong bathroom counter top so we could put in a faucet. They ordered the wrong size and color sinks for our 3 bathrooms twice. They lack communication you have to keep reaching out to them to find out what is going on. It took them 4 weeks from the initial install date to complete the project and were not willing to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience and stress they cause our family.
They were wonderful. Good selection, great quality. Staff was so helpful. I have already recommended to others.
Great service! They have installed countertops in two residents and we are very satisfied with both jobs!!
Granite Transformations is a poorly run company and if you choose to do business with them, you do so at your own peril. On April 28, 2021, Juliette came to our house to show us samples; she was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We signed a contract and that was our last positive experience with this company. No one at GT contacted us to schedule the template and installation. We had to make repeated calls. Finally, we got a voice message from Melissa offering June 3 for the template and July 7 for installation. I called back and explained that we would be on a camping trip on June 3, but the July 7th date was good. Melissa checked with the scheduler and came back with an alternative date of June 7 for the template. June 7, July 7, easy to remember. We thought we were all set.On June 3, we stopped in the little town of Redstone CO, where we had cell phone service for the first time on our camping trip. I had a voice message from GT advising that Brian had arrived at our home that morning to do the template and no one answered the door. The woman who left the message sounded miffed that we werent there. Of course we were upset but to make matters worse we had to stay in Redstone for another two hours while the staff tried to contact other employees to see when we could get a new date, as June 7, the date we had agreed upon, somehow didnt make it into the GT schedule and was now completely booked. We finally got a new template date of June 10 and the staff assured us that the delay on the template would not change the installation date scheduled for July 7.On June 10, the template was completed and again I received assurances that there was plenty of time to make the countertop and no need to change the July 7 installation date. I scheduled a plumber to disconnect the sink on the afternoon of July 6.On the morning of July 6, I called GT to make sure we were on track for installation the following day. First, I was put on hold for 15 minutes; I finally hung up and had to call several times before anyone answered. I asked if there was a problem with the installation and Juliana explained that she needed to check to make sure all the pieces were in place and she would call back in a few minutes. Of course, she didnt call back in a few minutes. By 11:00 am, I realized that my countertop was not going to be installed and I was really upset that the staff was giving me the run around and no one had the courtesy to tell me what the problem was.Sometime around noon I spoke with Gene, the general manager.. He told me that the July 7 installation date had not made it into the scheduling book. This was the same excuse they gave for the template screw up and it didnt ring true because several GT employees knew I had a July 7th installation date. Gene never offered an apology, nor did he offer a discount. Instead, he offered to slam this into production on a rush job and get the countertop installed on the following Monday. Now I realized for the first time what the real problem was: the countertop hadnt been made. At this point, I wanted nothing to do with Granite Transformations.Fortunately for me, the owner agreed to refund my deposit so I didnt lose any money.
I was there for an interview. The show room was nice n clean
We are so impressed with our experience with Granite Transformations. This was our first kitchen upgrade/remodel, so of course we had a lot of questions. Courtney was so incredibly helpful - she really helped to make our decisions easy, clear, and totally affordable. I think the biggest challenge for this type of work is overwhelm, but that just wasnt our experience. Everyone communicated extremely well, were always on time, and did exceptional work. So of course I highly recommend GT!
I didnt believe that this experience could be so easy, reasonable and actually fun. Not only do my counters greatly improve the look of our condo but the folks at Granite Transformations are honest and hardworking.. Dont hesitate to use this company. Talking to other companies is a waste of time. Thank you Granite Transformations, Courtney, Glenn and Tom
My kitchen counter top looks AMAZING a special THANKS to Courtney, Eddie and Tom. They were very professional and respond to my questions and concern in a timely manner.
I am a 3 time repeat customer and have been happy every time. They offer convenience with little construction disturbance, a high quality product (my 15 year old kitchen countertops look brand new) with great design options. You wont be disappointed.
Brian and his crew did a great job preparing, installing, and cleaning up when finished. We love our counters and backsplash. Our sales person, Juliette, was professional and had great ideas for our kitchen and bath. We are very happy the finished product!
My Countertops were installed this week, and i couldnt be happier. They did a great job and so far so good. Juliette was my sales consultant and she has a great eye for decorating and helped me pick the perfect color scheme.
Great experience with Trend Transformation. They worked with me on finding a back splash tile that worked with the counter top I chose. There was never any pressure to pick anything or spend anything I wasnt comfortable with and the installation guys were so professional and made sure everything was just right! No rush job! Great from start to finish!
Love the material selection. The folks that work for Granite Transformations (aka Trend Transformations) are super .. from the sales folks to the installation guys Also used their plumbing contractor and he was great!! Ive had my kitchen done (5 years ago approx.) and just recently 2 bathrooms. Would recommend this process to everyone. There isnt a thing Id suggest for improvement ... it was all a great experience !!
Great product, no down time, install and continue living, Top Notch!!
My wife loves the new counter, stove top, and sink. The installation went very well and all of the installers were very professional and very nice. Jerry our salesman was great also. Thanks for a job well done.
I love how my countertops turned out and it was so fast! Even though I had done the kitchen island a few years prior, it still matched perfectly with the new ones we had put in. They were able to fit me into my tight timeline before my house was going up for sale and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
I would recommend this company to anyone who wants beautiful countertops. They were efficient and Mike, Robbie and Sam were a pleasure to spend the day with. Getting the job done in one day was very important to me.
The counter installers were awesome as was the plumber who installed the faucet the following day. All were prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. We’re exceedingly pleased with the experience.
All in all, we had a great experience with Granite Transformations, and our countertops in our bathroom look amazing. The job was done fast, and they left our bathroom incredibly clean. For the price, I am incredibly happy.
Granite Transformations did my counter-tops and my fireplace surround two years ago. They were in and out in one day, and did a GREAT job! Our family entertains all the time, and I always get compliments on it. The only regret I have is not having them do my back-splash! I had another guy do to save a buck and it WAS NOT worth it. You get what you pay for!
I love their product. It’s just what I asked for at a reasonable price. But after I gave them the final payment and found a small problem they are missing in action. It’s an easy fix which I offered to pay for but after four calls to Wade over a month I have gotten no response. Good companies follow up on their work and products. I’m very disappointed..
They have a great product, however their customer service sucks. I have used them for multiple projects over the years with great results, but my last kitchen refacing project was not a good experience.A 7 day install turned into 3 weeks (part of my order was lost)? They started in September, a week later then they originally scheduled. The crew never worked a full day, only a couple of hours at a time and not every day. They semi finished in October but it took until the week before Christmas to get the last of my door handles installed (which were originally ordered) and my drawers/doors adjusted. I called twice a week for months (no response, no return call) even went to their office and was assured someone would contact me ... never heard from anyone! Customer Service, not at this company!
So last month as I was looking into fixing up a rental property in Denver I needed a quote on a new countertop and faucet. Ive been down the road of trying to figure this stuff out on my own and it never worked out well. A buddy of mine said Granite Transformations was the place to help out a man in my position. A rep. came out super fast and provided us with a quote that was right in the wheelhouse. Guy was extremely thorough but to the point. Still some work to be done on my end before I pull the trigger, but was real happy with Granite Transformations. Plan on using them quite a bit as this project gets going.
Terrible company! They still owe us $3,000 and refuse to respond to the BBB regarding our complaint. The salesperson lied from day one (was late because of a flat tire?), never got things to us in a timely manner (computer problems?), and communicated only via text. The material we ordered and were supposed to have installed within a month was delay for THREE MONTHS. Since we were also having other work done in our kitchen, this delayed those projects as well. The salesperson tried to schedule install for Easter Sunday because she couldnt look at a calendar, and I had to remind her it should be a two day install. We complained several times to the owner, who claimed he would resolve the issues, but we ended up dealing with the same rude, incompetent salesperson. When she called us to ask which material went where for fabrication, we looked at our paperwork and realized she had also forgotten to have us sign a contract. We called to give her the chance to make things right, and she threatened to cancel our entire job unless we returned a signed contract via email within the hour. So we cancelled the job. She called us the next morning to schedule the install because shed done us the favor of having the entire thing cut before we signed the contract. We asked for a full refund and she claimed since the counters had now been cut -- at her direction -- they would not refund our $3,000. We went with another company, had real quartz and stone installed with zero hassle within 30 days and it looks stunning.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I was wanting cabinet refacing in my kitchen after giving them 2000.00 and signing contract was told they couldnt get the wood I wanted. It has been a year still no cabinets no money back.Dont give them any money down!Bad experience all the way around. Would not recamend for any project!
Bryan and Steve did an excellent job 5/14/2020
Im very pleased with the quality of the countertop for the price. Going with the polar ice quartz-like counter has totally updated my kitchen!
Great people! Great service! Great product! Phenomenal warranty!
The transformation by Granite Transformations was great!! Just be sure all of the cutting is done outside, it took a couple hours to clean up the dust!!
Its been 4 years since Granite Transformations did our kitchen counter tops, sink, and back splash. They still look great and we always get compliments on the design.
Great service, excellent material. Good install.
In June I called to get details and have a consultation. On June 13th we had the salesperson come to our house. She showed us a few countertop options even though we were told there would be many options. We had countertops done in our kitchen, half bath, master bathroom and tub, and main bathroom.Total cost $7,214On June 21st they came to measure. On July 30th they installed.Today is September 12th.We have not received a follow up call, email, or even a letter by regular mail to ask how it went or to even thank us for our business.Nothing at all!Well, here’s how it went.InstallationThe kitchen island was measured incorrectly. As a result, the installers had to completely bust the tile countertop and place new counter over the broken counter. Hope that stands the test of time! Our kitchen sink and master bathtub have extremely visible seams. Not kinda visible, but very visible. Our master bath counter and tub have so many missing areas in the mosaic that you can see right through because of these defects. It’s just see through! Ugh!After the installation, we opened the drawers and were shocked by the thick dust covering everything! This should have been communicated because we would have been more than happy to remove the drawers. As a result, it took us hours to empty and clean everything in the drawers and the drawers themselves. In addition, I placed everything back under the main bathroom sink. My son then used the sink and there was water pouring out everywhere from under the cabinet. Most items were ruined. My husband had to install the drain because that was completely missed.Since they were here all day because of the mess up with the kitchen island, they rushed through the master tub and did a horrible job. We’ve waited over a month to discuss this with someone assuming since they took more than $7,200 from us they might want to know how it went or at least thank us for our business. But nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is a franchise and I highly suggested you go to a different franchisee because this one could care less.
Not sure about the 100% Guarantee... We had Granite Transformations install a new countertop in our kitchen, then the countertop warped and they sent someone out to look at it. When they got here they told us that it would be covered and that the whole piece would have to be replaced. They brought two pieces that were horribly mismatched so we did not move forward with those pieces. They then said that the whole countertop would have to be replaced, and they said they would have to have their boss Adam call us. We tired to call Adam multiple times, leaving messages, over 3 months. When we threatened to contact the owner, Adam called us back, but now its been 3 weeks since weve heard from him. We also paid for 40% of our backsplash but since its warped, they couldnt install it. All in all, we have given Granite Transformations our money in exchange for a service that had not been given to us. Hopefully this review will get in touch with the owner, so we can get this problem fixed.
Granite Transformation customer service is the worst. I called three times for the problem with the work and nobody called me back on the issue.
