I have called this Company many times for drain clogs and septic line clean-outs. They have NEVER failed to fix the problem - even in miserable weather. Their pricing is great, as well. I am sure that Ill be needing them again.

Five years ago, I gave Master Blaster a 5-star review and have recommended them to friends. Not after today. Your technician was great, but Ross, the owner, owes me an apology. I called you to fix the height of the sewer clean-outs that MB installed well below the grade of my patio five years ago. Understanding that I should have exercised the five-year warranty earlier, I wanted you to correct it at cost. I reminded him that I spent about $12,000 with his company five years ago and have continued to recommend them. I didnt want to dicker about the price, just be treated fairly. I didnt think I should pay full price ($150/hr) for this work. Ross became rude, condescending and unprofessional and it went downhill from there. When I told him I didnt like the way he was speaking to me, he told me that he was going to recall the technician, the work would not be done, and I should never call them again. I can certainly agree to his last demand. Ross - for your benefit, Im attaching a pic of the location of these clean-outs so you can see just how far below grade they were installed. Pretty hard to argue that MB installed these correctly to begin with.

I would highly recommend this company. I actually found out about them as the owner returned my lost keys a few weeks ago which I accidentally left at the mailbox. Several weeks later we found we had a burst pipe so I decided to give them a shot.I sent an inquiry in on their portal an was called almost immediately to set an appointment. The serviceman Nick was timely, courteous and did an excellent job in communicating and fixing the pipe fast. The charges were in line with what we expected.There are a lot of plumbing companies in the area but I would not at all hesitate to recommend Master Blaster Plumbing and Drain.

Its great to finally know who to call when I need plumbing and or HVAC.Great job guys! They replaced two furnaces that were 23 years old and 2 AC units that were 18 years old. They replaced sump pump and cleaned a tub drain and did an overall inspection of plumbing to make sure that there werent any leaks.Specials thanks to Nick for the doggie chase! This time I was doing some construction and had an opportunity while my wall was open to replace some old corroded copper pipe running from my attic to my basement with pex. My water heater failed and had a puddle of water and no hot water. After calling on a few plumbers and getting astronomic estimates of $1500+ Master Blaster was offering a special deal and setting an installation day of Monday, today is Friday. Thanks to Suzanne, she was able to squeeze me in on Friday. The installation team arrived about an hour later and did a fantastic job, installing, hauling away old one and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Master Blaster and will definitely use them again for other plumbing issues.

Well for the price of admission we was able to get the second shower and tub fixed in my moms house and it was quick, along with a professional worker who both knew their stuff and was able to explain to us in layman terms what he was doing. I had a couple different services completed. Pipe repair, water line installed, PRV, and expansion tank installed. They were very professional and knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns. All in all, I was pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend them.

They charged me $300 for two quite simple toilet repairs. I was thinking companies would overcharge $150-$200. Is $300 reasonable for easy repairs that take less than 30 minutes? Thats $600/hour. You be the judge.p.s. I dont want prayers. I want to pay a fair price. I want a refund.

When we had a sewage backup in our basement we called two companies, Master Blaster and another bigger-name plumbing company. Master Blaster was our second estimate and they were a quarter of the price. The technician was on time, friendly, and worked quickly. He was able to fix the problem right away and offered a referral to a cleanup company. Im so happy that I called Master Blaster - we will definitely be using them again for future plumbing issues!

Ill happily use this company from now on with any plumbing problem I have.I had a plumbing leak above the kitchen ceiling. Another company gave me a quote of abut $6800 to fix everything ( was quite an extensive job, as a lot of pipe had to be replaced). I called Master Blaster for a 2nd opinion. They ended up doing the EXACT same work, but only charged me about $900 (Ill never use that OTHER company again!).

Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to have someone come out quickly to address our needs. Technician Brandon was very courteous and punctual. He was able to figure out the cause of our problem relatively quickly. The company was prompt in getting us an estimate for other plumbing fixtures we were looking to repair.

We needed help working with the city on issues related to our septic system as well as evaluating the system. Master Blaster showed up on time & stepped up to help us get the system operational. We are a business so time was of the essence getting things done & they helped us get the immediate issue resolved.

We wanted a simple Snake of the Main Drain as preventative maintenance due to all of the trees. Well, it never got done. Master Blaster claimed we needed $4500 worth of work. We ended up getting 6 additional estimates and every other Plumbing company quoted $300 - $500 of work and looked at Master Blasters quote and description and stated that they were ripping us off.Dont let them scare you! Do your due diligence and get other estimates.

Had an Inspection Report that had several Plumbing Issues so we found this company through Angies List to help us and was not disappointed. The technician, Kevin, was excellent. The list of problems we gave him was extensive. He worked non-stop for 2 days. Very professional and efficient. He did an excellent job. This is one of the best companies I have ever been rescued by! We had a sewer collapse 6ft long under our basement floor. After going thru the yellow pages and getting some ridiculous quotes, I called a builder I know for advice. He said, Master Blaster period. Dead on, no high quote to take advantage of us. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. We also use them if we have an occasional simple sewer blockage. Same story, great guys and a reasonable price!!

The owner was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a very long time. I scheduled some work to be looked at, at my job site and the owner calls me the next day to basically accuse me of not paying a bill from 6 months prior. This was the first time I have ever called them for any kind of work this year or last year for that matter. I tried to ask him what he was referring to but was told to never call back and hung up on. Im still unsure if he was confusing me with a different person/job site or he just didnt want my business. He gave me no more information other then dont call back, that much he doesnt have to worry about. If this is the service your looking for then by all means check them out otherwise see one of the many good plumbers in Denver.Again you are mistaken. I dont care if your ego wont let you see the truth. I did not use you in April for jetting. Im not sure what that service even is. Its kind of sad you attack customers this way.

I called the service and arranged an appointment for the same day. for a water heater that had a leak from a hose. Alex arrived on time and fixed what we thought was the problem. We waited for the tank to refill and still had no hot water so we called him and he returned to the house (after hours) and realized that the pilot light would not stay lit. Alex pointed out that the heater was on its last legs and that repairs would start eating into the cost of replacement. I wasnt pleased with the idea of paying for repairs and a new heater, but he assured me that the money for the repairs would be deducted from the new heater and that he could get it done the next day.. We now have a new water heater and you have a happy customer.

We have rental properties with 60 year old plumbing and young females for tenants; we get to know the Master Blaster technicians thoroughly. We have had them out 3 times this year and they always do a great job. We use Master Blaster for all of our drain service needs. This year Master Blaster has rooted a main line for us, applied a RootX treatment, filmed and located a line offset, and cleared an obstruction in a branch line. I highly recommend them! Most importantly they are honest and do good work. They always give the best customer service.

Nick came out to help me replace valves connected to my washer. While several other people told me there was no easy solution and the job would entail cutting into my dry wall and installing a new box, Nick went to home depot and came back with an inexpensive solution! He is honest, tries to save you money and is trustworthy. For once, a contractor who has your best interest in mind. He saved me a few hundred dollars and I expect I will be calling him again.

Brandon Lawrence is the smartest plumber I have ever dealt with and Im an old lady! He diagnose d our problem and fixed it quickly. He explained the problem. and showed us what he did. Its just awful when people have plumbing problems but I wish all of you could find such a competent young man as Brandon is.

These guys rock (and they have great hold music, not that I heard it for long!). Ours is a long tail of woe, but both times we called they were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Aaron is awesome - clearly knows his stuff, was able to explains things to me and happy to show me what he was doing as he did it. When it turned out we needed more extensive work (like, jackhammering up the bathroom...), Master Blaster was able to get it scheduled the next week! Plus, their prices were right in line with other outfits. We wont be using anyone else from now on.

Had a water line problem in the front yard. Called one company that claimed specialization - a day later, after looking at the water line, they said they didnt know how to fix it. Then I called Master Blaster. They were here two hours later - found the problem in under ten minutes (praise Junior for his work ethic). Ended up being a city problem, but Master Blaster patched it for the interim. Great front office. Great technician.

We have used Master Blaster Plumbing on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the quality of their work. They always arrive on time and if they should be delayed they call us to let us know theyre running late. The first time we used Master Blaster Plumbing was actually after we had another plumbing company come out to give us a quote which ended up being more than double that of Master Blaster.

I am very pleased with Master Blaster plumbing. My hot water heater started leaking. I left a message for Master Blaster as it was after hours. I did not expect a call back until the next day as it wasn’t an emergency. A few minutes later Susan called and she said they were booked for the next day but she would see what she could do and call me back. Susan called me back that night and said she was able to re arrange some jobs to fit me in for the next day. To me that’s great customer service. I was not an existing Master Blaster customer and after hours Susan went to work to accommodate me for the next day. Nick, the plumber that came out was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He gave me several options for the hot water heater installation. He explained everything to me very clearly and let me decide how I wanted it done. I also asked him to do some additional work that I needed done and he gave me an estimate for all of the work. I thought the price was very competitive. I have used several plumbers over the years and the price for the hot water heater and the extra work was lower than I thought it would be. Nick did a great job on the hot water heater installation and the other work. He definitely knows what he is doing, it showed in his work. He was very polite and professional through the entire process. I will use definitely Master Blaster again

I am so pleased with the work Nick Shockley and Stephen Davis did on my main sewer line repair last week. This company is so professional. They jack hammered the concrete, replaced the pipe and replaced the concrete. They cleaned up and made sure the room was taped off to keep the concrete dust out of the rest of the house. And they completed the work in 8 hours! I now will call them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a sewer backup emergency late at night. We called around to a bunch of companies, and finally got ahold of Master Blaster. They were unable to come out that evening, but were able to squeeze us in for a next day morning appointment, so far so good. We were quoted $169, which is steep, my wife having worked at various plumbing companies over the past 15 years, can confirm this. But, we were desperate to get someone out so we agreed.Today the technician came out and the price was suddenly $326.95!! Imagine our surprise, unfortunately again we were desperate so agreed to have the cleaning done.My wife refers 20+ customers out daily to drain cleaning companies as she works for a company that does scopes and sewer repairs but not drain cleaning. I can tell you as a fact she will NOT be referring anyone to Master Blaster to get essentially bent over due to desperation.Over promise, under deliver

My main line sprung a leak and I thought I was surely going to have spend thousands to repair it. Nick Shockley a.k.a The Magician Plumber a.k.a The Third Mario Brother, really saved the day. Where some other companies may have chosen the expensive and drawn out process of excavating the front line and replacing the entire thing, Nick worked his craft to perfection and was able to replace the leaking portion of the joint, with little to no room to work with and completely saved the day. I think this makes me the Princess in the Mario story but all I can say is MY HERO!! Thank you so much!!

The initial consult for the hot water heater replacement was a bit bumpy but the company quickly recovered and made good on it, very prompt, courteous, as well as followed up afterwards to make sure all was right. Ill use them again for future projects!

They did fix the leaky pipe in my ceiling, but they left the ceiling completely exposed, scratched up the brand new finish I had done on my tub (the guy didnt think once to put a mat or tarp down), and never took care of everything. They had a manager/supervisor come out to take a look at the tub where the guy had scratched it up because he didnt put a mat down before putting his ladder in the tub, he took pictures of it and was very displeased with his employee, apologized a bunch, and said they would take care of it soon. I expressed that I was having some medical treatments done so he said, okay, we can take care of it when youre ready. When I called back in a few weeks later, I was told they were no longer going to do anything and would be contacting my landlord and would just refund her for the recently finished bathtub that they messed up so she can hire someone to refinish it again (they still havent contacted her either). Also, I had to hire out someone else to replace the ceiling last minute. So all in all, if you want the pipes fixed, they do a great job, but the might leave your ceiling exposed, scratch up your home interior, and never do anything to fix that. Thus, my opinion/review of a job not even half done, is not a job well done at all.

Everytime I deal with these guys I am always walking away happy.

Called them to come and use their hydro jetter to clear out an exterior drain with a lot of calcium buildup. They were supposed to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. By 10:00 am when they had not arrived--and no call, I called to see if they were still coming. Was told they were about to leave their shop. They arrived at 11:15 am. Not the end of the world, but someone could have called to let me know they werent going to make the window they had set.They charge $545 per hour for a two-man team to jetter a pipe. While expensive, I was agreeable to this. The first 30 minutes, however, was spent filling up their water tank on their trailer. I was told that because their trailer has only one axle, they cant come with the tank already filled. So, yes ... I ended up paying $272.50 for two guys to stand there and fill up a water tank with a garden hose. Get a trailer with two axles!What irked me next is that they charged me (and I wasnt told on the phone beforehand that I would be charged for this) an extra $150 for them to use their camera to verify their work. I can understand a camera charge if that is the primary service being performed--inspecting or troubleshooting a drain. But I think its pretty ridiculous to charge an extra $150 so that they can verify that what theyre charging me $545 per hour to do was done properly and completely. Ive used them twice before and was not charged this extra $150 camera fee! The previous technicians used their cameras to verify they had gotten everything cleaned, and it was part of the $545 hourly fee.And while they finished right at 2:00, they took it upon themselves to round the time up to three hours on the invoice although the work was actually just 2.75 hours. Now for most services, rounding up 15 minutes would not be a big deal. But when youre being charged $545 per hour, thats an extra $136 being charged for work that was not performed. I actually regret not challenging it when I paid them, but at that point I just wanted to be done.Just know that while they WILL get the job done--I will give them credit for that, youre gonna get bent over a little (or a lot) in the process. This is the third time I have used them, but it will most likely be the last.Edit:Im changing the number of stars from 2 to 5. Just received a call from the owner. and we spoke at length about my concerns. He was very apologetic on all the issues I raised and explained how he was going to address each one, including additional training for the techs and updating the website to state the hourly charges for this service would be in 15 minute increments. No further pricey rounding up moving forward.He also told me he was sending me a check to refund the time spent filling the water tank, the camera charge, and the rounding up of time for a total of $558.50. I couldnt have asked for a more professional and thoughtful response from the owner.Mistakes happen from time to time, but the owner of this company is determined that things be done right and honestly. Company is top-notch!

The professional was on time and addressed 3 issues. Hot water to tub, fixed 2 sinks that were dripping. He was gone for a while to find parts and that stretched the billable time. I thought it was costly but I have nothing to compare it to.

Excellent quality and service. We called Master Blaster to clear out some blockages in our yard drains here in Fountain and didnt have to wait for an appointment. Junior quoted a price for 2 hours. He was able to clear out all the drains on our 1/2-acre property and though the time ran over some, the price was what he promised. Two people assisted with the machine setup. Russ and Kumar (a trainee) work on HVAC systems and asked if wed like our furnace serviced while they were here. It had been over 2 years so we said yes. My husband suffers from allergies, so they asked asked if we were interested in a furnace UV light system to help reduce symptoms. We were, so Russ and Kumar came out the next day to install the system. It took a while to figure out one part theyd received was bad and another had a bad fuse, so they picked up another part each time. They ended up having to come back several times before everything was set, but they persevered, had a good attitude and did a great job. We were very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to (they also like dogs, which is always a plus in our opinion--especially since ours can be a pain :). We were impressed with the honesty and integrity of all the folks we dealt with and highly recommend Master Blaster. We will definitely use them again.

Wyatt and Andrew were amazing! They are very professional and did a fantastic job with my new water heater! The office even called to give me an update as to the time they would be there. I will be using this company in the future. I highly recommend them!

The service guy was friendly and considerate, did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. The owner, Ross helped my grandma out after she got scammed by another plumbing company. I am a die hard customer for life now!!

I am a loan processor for a company and i was trying to get income verification for a client on mine that use to work for this company. The guy who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with someone from HR or the owner and he said he was to busy to help me and hung up . If this is how they treat business clients and past employees i can only image how they treat customers .

Master Blaster came to my house on Monday, 8/6, to do a main sewer line camera and video. There are severe problems with the line and definitely needs replacing very soon, the sooner, the better. When they left, I paid them $245 for the service and video, which they said they would email me along with the quote. After not hearing anything from them, I called the office on Wednesday, 8/8 to see if they had anything they could tell or send me. I was told that they would get right back to me. It is now end of the day Friday and I still have not been contacted. I had read very good reviews about Master Blaster, so they were the first company I called. Since this will be a very costly job, I am certainly getting multiple quotes and Master Blaster will not be chosen.I would like to add additional information to my review of Master Blaster Plumbing. The President/Owner of Master Blaster Plumbing, Ross, reviewed my complaint and agreed with my claims. Since then, he has refunded my $245 and added an additional gift to show his sincere appreciation of my honest review. I do believe him when he says that they have reviewed and changed their business and customer service practices. If needed in the future, I will contact Master Blaster Plumbing again for my plumbing services.

I used Master Blaster on a tenent improvement job i did in Wheatridge. They were very professional and showed up on time. If there was any kind of issue i could call Heather in the office and she would get it resolved immediately. If i needed someone to show up early or after hours she also had them there for me. I would recommend Master Blaster to anyone i know.PS... their on hold music is the best.Jay

Nick did a great job and went above and beyond! Master Blasters rates are reasonable as well. Its hard to find a good trustworthy contractor so Im happy to share my recommendation of them.

Had a leak in my kitchen sink at my rental because apparently someone put a piece of metal down the disposal. They were able to pull it out and tighten the nuts back up to fix the problem. Thank you for your fast, efficient and no games type of service!!
