They are always super busy and youll most likely wait 6 days for your appointment. But the work is done properly. Not the cheapest place it town, but again, good work.

Great service and nice people. The pricing was cheaper than what other commercial shops charge (pep boys, firestone, etc.). Informative if you ask without being talked down to. Also, they didnt try and get me to repair things that didnt need replaced. They got my truck done in a timely manner as well. I would go here again, wish I found them sooner.

Over the last couple of years, my wife and I have taken our vehicle to Bending Wrenches for oil changes and various repairs. Before I started going to Bending Wrenches, I felt like auto repair shops were untrustworthy and solely focused on making money. However, the staff at Bending Wrenches are dependable, efficient and affordable. They will only offer to repair something if absolutely needed. My wife feels very comfortable asking the friendly staff about repairs and how the engine works. We are both very happy with Bending Wrenches and look forward to continuing our business with Bending Wrenches.

I called this place and they answered the phone be right with you. I f you cant answer the phone correctly Im not going to trust you with my vehicle.

I have 2006 Nissan Titan that i took to this shop. Rick (the owner) told me that i needed a new fuse box even though there was a recall on that but i still took it in because i need the truck fixed and i was willing to pay (see receipt picture below). Rick kept telling me that he needed more time and more money to look for the problem after installing the Fuse Box and then told me that the started was the problem and then it was the ECM Unit. After 3 weeks, I asked him to put the truck back the way it was because he couldnt find out the problem and then he refused and i kept calling him and he kept telling me that hes really close to finding the problem A month passed by and i got the truck towed. I have paid over a $1200 for towing the truck from home to the shop and then to the dealership and i had to rent out a car for a MONTH. The rest of the pictures below show all the cut off wires and the old Fuse Box after it was picked from the shop. When i took it to the dealer, they told that they needed about $3000 to put the wires back just to figure out the main issue with the Truck. I called Rick and asked him about why he did that and he told me to never call him again and informed that he wasnt gonna try to even look at the truck or to put back the wires back to where they were when the truck was dropped off. The truck is still not working and it needs JUST $3000 in labor to put the wires back because of this BENDING WRENCHES AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. Also, i asked him about the ripped floor in the passenger seat and refused to answer.

Nearly Ripped off and swindled.Bending Wrenches swapped two wires going to my spark plugs when I went in for an oil change, in order to get me to come back for more repairs.Full Story:After hearing from my father that they overcharged him on a repair, I still went to Bending Wrenches for their unbelievable low price of $20 for an oil change.About a week after this service the car started to misfire, I thought it was dirty injectors, and added some things to my fuel to help and nothing did. I took the codes from the car and found that it was misfiring and took it into Bench Wrenches to fix. They took it for a day a diagnosed that it needed Sparkplugs, wires and Coils, they gave me an estimate of $750 for the repair, i declined. I went on Amazon and Spent $60 for the parts, and did the repair myself (its all on the top of the engine and easy to get to).But after the repair, the car was still running rough, I ended up doing some research and found that my wires were in the wrong spots (I had a picture from the before to make sure I wired it the same when I put it back together).I believe that Bending Wrenches swapped two wires going to my spark plugs when I went in for an oil change, in order to get me to come back for more repairs.I now question that the $2k rack and pinion repair on another car may have been a racket too!Do NOT trust these guys.

The turnaround time was fast, especially for all the issues they had to tackle. The cost was under what I expected as well. Some say you cant have good work done with all parameters of quality, speed and cost, but Bending Wrenches certainly met all 3. Thanks guys!

TLDR: Bryan saved me almost $1k & we will be back for any future issues.When my check-engine light went on, I brought my vehicle to the Nissan dealership as I thought my vehicle was still under warranty. As it turned out, it was NOT for the specific repairs needed. Nissan quoted me at a grand total of $2.5k for a long list of problems with my vehicle... including recommendations for regular maintenance which had been recently performed (brake pads & shoes etc). So I called Bending Wrenches to get a quote, and spoke with Bryan. Bryan let me know that the part that the dealership wanted to replace often just can become loose and that this can trigger the check engine light, and that most of the time it just needs to be readjusted/reinstalled and does NOT need to be replaced. Bryan suggested I bring the car by and that he would take a look for free (Nissan also charged me $200 just to look at it-- will not be back to them). After I picked up my car from the dealership my check engine light was no longer on & my car was running fine... despite declining their repair recommendation.I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning & let Bryan know that the light was off & my vehicle seemed to be running fine now, but he said he would still take a look. Bryan called back by around 4 to let me know that he could NOT find anything wrong with my vehicle-- it appeared as though Nissan had actually reinstalled the part correctly after I declined their suggestion to replace it.Bryan let me know to just give him a call if anything else with this issue pops up, and he would be happy to take a look.Bending Wrenches was very professional and I appreciate their honesty. Ive definitely found a new mechanic and will be back next time I have any kind of vehicle issue. Thank you!

Bryan and the guys here are absolutely phenomenal! I took my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and they quoted me $1,100. Took it to Bryan and he pulled up all the specs for my car and showed me what actually needed to be done. Paid $130 for everything. Theyll show you exactly whats wrong with your car so you see for yourself whats going on. Theyre totally honest and fair. Cant say enough good things about this shop.

I have brought all of my cars to this shop. They’ve done all of my retired police cruiser’s maintenance since I got it, including full brake jobs. They were able to source down my overheating issue in my 1987 Ford LTD, and when the next domino fell for the engine issues, they were my first and only call. They have fantastic customer service and always will keep you in the loop on your car. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Bending Wrenches. They have taken care of any issue I bring to them, and they are priced reasonably. I would trust them to work on any vehicle I have with them. They are honest on issues and what’s a priority. Best mechanic shop in the area.

This shop is conveniently located to where I currently live. Ive brought my car here twice - for routine transmission service and for a power steering pump. Ive also had suspension work done here on a previous car. On all three occasions I was treated with friendly courtesy, knowledgeable staff and a fair price. These guys are true professionals and I am happy to be a repeat customer. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and will continue to come here if I relocate from the area.

I brought an old clunker to bending wrenches. I like how they were honest with me and didnt drain my pockets. I now have a newer vehicle after selling my old car and will be a continued customer. Troubleshot an air suspension issue with suspension light on without producing a code. Tried two other shops before this and they wouldnt do it without it having a code to read. Bending wrenches tracked it down without a code and fixed the problem.

I have never felt like this shop is trying to pull one over on me or talk me into something unnecessary for my car. They are always honest if nothing needs fixing, and reasonably priced when something does. i seriously appreciate this, as I’ve always felt taken advantage of by auto shops in the past because I’m a female and “don’t know cars”. I will take my car here forever and trust them fully!

I own a rental van company so its important for me to keep my vehicles in top shape. I started coming to Bending Wrenches about 18 months ago and I now refuse to go anywhere else. They do great work and are incredibly honest. Those are my two most important benchmarks when choosing any company to work with. I cant recommend them high enough.

Im almost 50 years old and been to many auto repair shops. Ive been going to them for 3 years for oil changes and all of my car needs. They are not only so friendly and kind. But honest. My previous vehicle needed some work. Brian was honest in telling me not to put any more money into my car, only the minimal to keep it on the road. They also stood behind my girlfriends brakes by warranting them out when they were screeching. Ive recommended and will never trust anyone else with my vehicles. Also. They are a mom and pop shop. Which makes me feel good that my money is helping their families.

A few years later Brian joined the team and keeps up the standards set by Ricky.I drive a LOT (5,000+ miles per month). When I leave I always feel confident with the maintenance/repairs and Ricky stands behind his shops work. When I needed the clutch replaced on my car, I called around for quotes and Bending Wrenches gave me the lowest price. They have excellent customer service and completed the job within the timeframe they gave me. Theyre honest and I feel confident that I can trust them and they back up everything with quality work.

Unfortunately my story typed up is so long that Google wont allow that much space in the review so I have to result in a summary of the problems I faced when bringing my car in to have the exhaust manifold replaced and the hvac control unit replaced. Hopefully this review allows bending wrenches to take a hard look in the procedures and processes to avoid these issues with other customers.Summary: Improper diagnosis of engine noise, Coming to pick up your car yet Rick or Brian forgot to call you that it wasn’t done, Being told your car will be in the shop over the weekend by Brian yet you find out it was left outside all weekend in a hail storm. Improper reassembly of removed trim multiple times and hoping I wouldn’t notice, Not given a chance to talk and getting cussed out at the front desk by Rick and then he says he never wants to see me again but when I try and leave my car doesn’t start because they killed the battery and it took them an hour to get it started again.Hope you that use them have better luck!

Im not usually the type that writes a review, but after my experience with this company I was compelled to share my experience. I had a starter go out on my vehicle which left my stranded in the area. I had the truck towed here to get service speaking with the gentleman over the phone to get everything set up. After having it dropped off and a follow up call the representative told me all of the issues that I was having with the vehicle. I did an oil change a couple of days before and had it checked out receiving a report on what needs to be done to it. I was informed by the rep that I was having issues with more than what was just reported a couple of days ago. I agreed to get some of the work done and expected to come back and have the rest completed once I could get time to drop it back off again. I came to the shop and I wasnt greeted or informed about anything that was going on. I was just handed my keys and told that it was ready. I left and headed to my destination. I come back to my truck to find a massive puddle of transmission fluid underneath my vehicle which hasnt occurred before so I gave them a call. They tell me to come in the morning to get it checked out. A hose was replaced on the first visit to stop a leak I wasnt aware of. Ive never seen any issues with it and checked the vehicle thoroughly with a mechanic to make sure. Now its another issue with my gasket and the only response is that because that leak was fixed it caused other places to leak which doesnt necessarily makes sense to me. for something to leak as bad as this Im sure it wouldve been noticed prior to this visit and even when I dropped it off to get service on it from the other mechanic. I also have an issue with my starter making a screeching noise whenever it turns on which it didnt do at all before it went out. I wouldve appreciated it if they were to offer to check it out, but they blamed it on possibly being a flywheel catching on to a new starter and saying that they can only work with what they have and know about the vehicle. The customer service wasnt great and I wish I wouldve taken it somewhere else because it seems I left with more issues than I did coming in. I was hoping to make this my main location for service, but the search continues.

These guys are great, honest, and true car guys. Took a friends car here after another shop had quoted her close to $1,000 for a front suspension repair that I thought was questionable. Bending Wrenches saved her over $900 because they were honest and only did the repairs that were actually needed. And, they showed her why. And they had her car in and out in the same day. Excellent!

To be honest I didnt bring my car here but my buddy did. He went to two other shops before discovering this place. They finally got his lifted jeep running and handling like it should. Honest quality work at a reasonable price.

I currently own an 08 Subaru Impreza. I took my car into Mike Shaw for an oil change. They told me that I needed new front brakes and rotors and quoted me a very high price. I decided to take my car into Bending Wrenches for a second opinion after hearing good things from a co-worker. They inspected my car for no extra charge and let me know that my front brakes and rotors looked fine. We ended up replacing a bulb and my wipers for very cheap. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me but they were very honest and friendly. I will definitely be taking my car back here.

These guys go way above and beyond what I would expect from an automotive repair shot. I went to Bending Wrenches because my car did not pass emissions and it was close to where I live. Admittedly I was very skeptical getting my car worked on because I have ZERO knowledge of cars and feared being taken advantage of. They took the time to show me the work that needed to be done and why, putting my mind at ease. Fast forward 6 months, they replaced my front and back breaks at a very reasonable price. After less than a year the front breaks were making a grinding noise so I took it back in and they went ahead and replace the front brakes at no additional charge. Each time I had my vehicle back within 24hours. VERY customer service oriented. Well worth the extra drive to go to their new location.

I brought my car in knowing that it wouldnt be worth it to spend too much to fix it, its old and Im ready for a new one. They brought it in, found that it was a very big problem, then offered to find some used parts and get me an estimate on cost and labor free of charge. I drive past countless other shops to go here. Its the only shop I trust for honest maintenance and pricing. As a woman, I have a ton of ridiculous/insulting stories from previous mechanics who assumed I was an idiot. Now, Im no mechanic...but Im also not a complete loss. This shop shows me what my Honda CRV (200k+ miles) has going on - they take me in and show me what the parts look like vs what they should look like and I always leave feeling like I was taken care of. Do yourself a favor and take your car here from now on.

I pulled my Jeep into the car wash, washed it, then pulled it around to the gas station to fill up. when I went to leave, it wouldnt start. I walked next door to Bending Wrenches. Rick & the guys helped push the Jeep over, told me theyd diagnose it for free and call me when they figured it out. turns out it was the fuel pump. once into the job, they noticed a significant amount of rust on my skidplate & called to tell me about it. we had to do some footwork to come up with a skidplate, but the guys stayed late to make it work.basically, I walked in their shop unexpectedly, and they took care of me. Ill be going here from now on for all my work.thanks Rick & Chris!

Just went here for an oil change. As some reviews state, it does take time to get an appointment so plan ahead but it is worth it! Bryan was very friendly and the whole staff seemed honest and committed to good service. No telling me my car needed something it didnt or any nonsense. I highly recommend.
