I have never had a more amazing experience when dealing with insurance! Joanna at Mitch Davis office spent two hours with me figuring out the best possible discounts and ways to make our policy work how we wanted. She was able to quote us with amazing premiums and saved us over $250 from what we were paying prior with other policies and companies. Bryce is a life saver!! I was shopping around for rental insurance and I had a niche question about how aquariums are covered (many insurance companies refuse to cover them at all). I spent 4 hours on the phone with various insurance companies being transferred over and over and over and getting no clear answers. I submitted my information for an online quote with State Farm and Bryce called me to follow up on that. I asked my question about aquarium coverage and instead of him transferring me to someone else, Bryce told me he would go see and call me back. 30 minutes later, he came back with clear information that fully answered all of my worries.It was very refreshing to be on the phone with someone who actually wanted to help me and not push me off onto someone else. Bryce went the extra mile to address my concerns /and/ was able to provide me a quote for all the coverage I was looking for at a third of the cost of my next lowest quote.Great value. Great service. I would recommend this office to anyone in the Lakewood area and especially to anyone who owns a large aquarium.
