Just like the 1st review, their customer service is horrible. They dont get back to you. We were recommend to them because of their low prices. In the end we ended up pay twice as much. Weve been with them for over a year and they never took the time to email or call and see how we were doing with our new venture. They havent even changed our address after a move. They new from the beginning that we were new to getting commercial policies and NOW we find out they failed to tell us all about their policies.In other words we were misinformed! We were recently hit with an audit and called an agent to figure out what this was and why this was and happening to us, their response was call the insurance. Called the insurance and they tell me call your agent! Very frustrating. Their customer service is horrible. We do not recommend this place.
