Shoutout to Alex for the ultimate best customer service!! He went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We were riding last night and noticed one of the bikes headlights was out. We were not near any place to get one and called this Auto-zone which was at closing time. Alex let us pay over the phone for what we needed and was going to make sure it was outside since the store would be closed by the time we made it to Arnold. Once we got there after closing time, Alex was there waiting with the headlight bulb. Thank you so much Alex, you rule and we really appreciate you helping us out so last minute!!!

Amazingly fast service. Overheated car on I55, pulled over and a gentlemen immediately helped me with coolant, checked out my engine, tightened a clamp that was causing a coolant leak, started the car, followed up, and everything was great. So blessed to walk in there on a random Tuesday night far from home to be helped out. Thanks!

Never get asked if I need help the past 8 or so Times Ive been there.. last time I asked for something simple, key chains, the guy said oh idk.. I think theyre over there& pointed in the wrong direction, well I found them on my own, while I was walking out of the store because he was not helpful!

They always seem to have just the right parts that I need. I found everyone... especially the manager to be extremely helpful!

I broke down on my way to the st Louis airport from cape Girardeau. Not only did they give me the answers I needed. The men got down under my car located the issue and fixed it. Thanks for going above and beyond. 1 to 10 on doing a good job they got 💯 from me....🚗 thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very pleasant interaction with an associated at the Arnold, MO store. The young mans name was Alexander (Alex). Not only did he help me find the headlight replacement bulbs that I needed, he even put them in for me. Also, realizing that the fuse was blown, he replaced that too! Great Customer Service! Store was clean 4 employees and 4 customers I was 3rd in line counting the two being helped in front of me still waited 15 minutes while 2 employees walked around looking for something neither could find and ignored customers

Computer problems at register made checking out a pain. Lots of staff on premises but did not seem to be very knowledgeable.

This is the worst location Ive ever used. They either dont have the part, give me the wrong part or the part doesnt arrive at the store when they say it will. If you want the good service try someplace else.

Friendly and honest staff. They were reluctant to sell me something that I may not need and walked me through what I needed to do to make sure I really needed the part that I was trying to buy. Not many companies would do that. I appreciated their honesty.

Called them for a part, got it and it wasnt what the dude said it was.( Idk anything about cars but to me it seemed right but it wasnt as long as they said it was gonna be)

I stopped to pick up a replacement blinker bulb and they offer to change the bulb for me free of charge. The bulb was replaced right there in the parking lot in 20 degree weather so I most definitely will recommend this AutoZone!

For the DIYer its good if you know exactly what you want. If you are someone who doesnt know much about vehicle parts dont press your luck with this one. Highly recommend going to an orielys where the staff actually knows what they are talking about.

I would of put 5 stars had the employee high ball the rental tool at 200 bucks and when I called a different store AutoZone they quoted me 100 bucks plus tax.

Cars are cars and they always need maintained or repaired in order to get us from point A to B back to C if your me because I get lost. From Auto TO Zone so many parts to fix those vehicular babies. If men would care for women like their cars, the world would be a better place! Just sayin!! A three? Maybe Im just jealous nahhhhh.

I have never been to a worse parts store. This AutoZone never has the parts I need - brakes, sensors, water pump, steering parts, clamps, pulleys, belts, nothing... The standard response is My other Arnold store has that referring to the hub store on Jeffco Blvd. Unless you need a standard battery, air filter, or oil filter you might as well save yourself time and go to the Jeffco store first. Or just go to Advance Auto or Jeffco Auto Parts. or Walmart for oil and filters (always cheaper!). I went to the Richardson Rd AutoZone today and they would not even take my used oil....standard response You can try my other Arnold store on Jeffco.

They ran a test that told me what was wrong with my car. Great Prices too.
