Im professionally impressed by my recruiter Helen with Malace HR !!! She is an genuine angel sent from Heaven Above. This is the first staffing agency that I want to keep in my career circle. Ive utilized a couple of staffing agencies in my past, but this one takes the cake!! I was employed less than an 15 minutes after speaking with Helen and completing the necessary forms, and I have to admit it is the perfect fit. I was match with my dream job that turned out to be my career choice. The pay rate is something to brag about and the company I am matched with alone speaks volumes!! What stood out the most is even after being employed and already working a week or more on the job, Helen didnt just cut all communication and say well my job is done I got her in there on to the next applicant. I had a few more questions and she didnt hesitate to assistant me or even seemed bother by me reaching out. I worked for a company named touch point that this agency sent me to in Arlington tx at General Motors their telling me that they can’t verify that I worked that day their was no clock in system so I signed in with security at the plant and they still can’t verify me so now their not going to pay me also the other workers that were there were treating me different from the other employees cause I was the only Hispanic guy their so I left cause I didn’t feel right being there
