Yeah one of the guys here think the owns this place is probably working too long but dont let it get to your head.i send lot of my invoices in the post office but with this guy attitude I dont even want to go there anymore I just paid $27 to send an envelope and this guy have an attitude with me I guess its better just to send invoices through email now or we can choose different services

Avoid Paul. Underworked, overpaid azz that thinks he owns the entire system. He is however very proud that hes been there for over 30 years, harassing customers, treating them like they are dirt on his shoe.I wonder how the postal service makes it when he is on vacation.

My package was being held here, and I went to pick it up after the holiday weekend. Front desk worker, Paul, claimed they didn’t have my package despite the tracker and app they provide saying otherwise. Had to go up the next day with printed proof saying they had it, and another employee finally gave me my package. Lazy, and rude employees.

This place has supper low ratings, and I couldnt agree more. Usually, things arent as bad as the ratings for me, but this is.... this is out of the park. It has been 3 weeks since my package was suppose to be delivered. The first week was understandable, because we were going through a snow storm. The tracker said they couldnt deliver my package, and I am sure it was because the roads were too dangerous. When the snowed melted over the weekend approaching the second week, I got no updates on where my package is the next business day (when they said they would re-deliver). I called them, I sent in an email... nothing. That same week, my complex told us to go get our mail in person because our PO box was vandalized. I went in the moment they opened, and they said they couldnt find it because the mail wasnt even sorted yet... which I found silly because if my package was suppose to be delivered, a couple weeks ago, wouldnt that mean it was already sorted? Anyway, I gave them my info so when they do find it, they would give me a call. Never got the call. On the first day of the third week, my apartment told me the mail boxes are fixed and that we should be getting mail as usual. After this whole week I still have not gotten my mail. They called me to blame on the vandalization, but that was fixed DAYS ago, and I have been seeing the mail truck came in this whole week to give me other mail. They said they would try again the next day, but it has been 3 days since that phone call and I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am STILL waiting for that specific mail piece.

I live on Oakwood Lane. We either get our mail after 7pm or sometimes 3-4 delivery service a week. I watched mail delivery across the street resume on Thursday, different route. Yet our delivery hasnt resumed. Been a consistent problem for about the past year and a half. Called to complain and they blamed COVID-19. Ive not been able to speak to anyone in charge. Not to mention wrong mail delivery consistently.

Complete waste of my time. Schedule appointment for passport. Only to arrive there and the lady who does the passport is on lunch.Why isnt the schedule blocked for lunch breaks. My lunch break was a waste I used my lunch break time for this. Who can I make a complaint to. This is inconsiderate to those who work 9 to 5 and use their lunch break to handle personal matters only to be told to reschedule.

This place is a joke. They have signs on their door saying they require masks, yet the older heavy guy doesnt have one on and of course someone was not wearing one either and no one says anything.Most of the time they are backed up with not enough help.

Been here several times over the years. Some observations. Paul is a long time employee there. His personality can be seen as engaging and enthusiastic by some and straight up overbearing, curt and rude by others. Both are correct. Just depends on the Paul you get that day. I personally cringe when I walk in and see him as he tends to gravitate towards the latter more often than not. I was there yesterday and he assisted two men in front of me. He gave them the surly, I run the show, move along treatment. I could tell it bothered the guy in front of me. We literally looked at one another and shook our heads. Its that obvious. Now, I have noticed. If there is a woman he finds attractive in the building, then jovial, lighthearted, fun loving Paul comes out. To the point its overly flirtatious and borderline creepy on one occasion I specifically remember. Again, this is my observation. I have no personal grievance toward Paul. However, in my experience, im more relieved when hes not working on the days I happen to go to the P.O..

Worst service ever, the passport agent(Jackie) called to see if i can come in earlier than my booked appointment because she wanted to leave early, that was just the beginning, Im not even going to keep going because I don’t care.

Extremely rude and negligent employees. Have no concept of even the most basic level of customer service. Shame on the female employees that handle the passports especially, we were not notified that our appt was canceled and told to wait with no updates. Dont catch a attitude with customers when YOU cant even be on time. Make it make sense.

Had to chance to deal with the overweight rude guy that wears his Texas rangers mask below his nose. And also could not explain to me why my package never scanned in two days ago. Lucky I’m working on a better me. Cause I almost snapped on the guy. I ended up going back to the military base Post office and collecting info on reporting this Paul. he picked the right guy that morning.

Booked an appointment to get a passport online, got fully ready and drove all the way there just to be told that the only agent which can process passports had already gone home for the day and I needed to come in the next available day or reschedule. Complete waste of time and incredibly inconvenient.

I havent received any packages in a while, so my wife went there to check on them. She met a nice gray hair representative and he is an overweight guy. She gave him the address and he went to check on the package. He came and said he found nothing after checking 3 times. I went 1 week later and I met the same guy and he went to check and came back and said he found nothing. I called the sender and he assured me the package is there. I went back and talked to another representative and she checked this time for real and found many packages. This overweight representative is nice, but he wont get up and look for your stuff because he doesnt care. You better talk to another representative or the supervisor.

Ok, this post office has terrible ratings for a reason. They claim to accept passport walk-ins from 9 AM to 4 PM. We first tried yesterday around 9:10 AM after waiting in line, only to be told to come back around 9:30 AM because we were told the agent wasn’t in yet. When we came back at 9:30, the agent still wasn’t there and we were told it would be another half hour, so we left. (We are getting a passport for a baby, so it’s an even bigger inconvenience taking a baby to the post office) My husband called today to ask when they would be available to accept passports and he was told to come before noon. We came with baby in tow at 10:45 AM and were told the agent had to leave and to try again tomorrow! We are heading to a different post office, I suggest you do the same!Update: Went to other post office location and they accepted the paperwork after a short wait in line. I repeat, go to a different post office!

I look forward to going to this postal location for many reasons. The friendly and helpful staff. My favorite is Paul, he gives a lighthearted atmosphere to the entire place. The place is always clean and inviting and even when they are extremely crowded they try to make every customer feel important and valued.

This location is the worst by all means, i moved to a new house and unfortunately my mail has to go through them, they didn’t give the keys to a mail box saying the locks need to be changed. It’s been a month and each time i go there they tell me the lady who changes the locks is out on vacation or sick leave or emergency or whatever! I haven’t gotten my mail in a month and when Sharon the lady there handed me a slip to fill out to hold my mail until the keys are ready, she lost it and said she never got it.. even though i handed it to her by hand.. she lost it! How come one person is responsible for changing the keys?! How is that possible? People’s important mail can be held at the convenience of one employee. This is ridiculous and outrageous. Let alone how they talk to you and treat you

Just had an experience here that reflects many of the other 1-star reviews. Your website offers passport services until 4pm, yet I was informed by the old guy (from previous reviews, I can bet it was Paulie or whatever), that they stop the service at 3:30.You should really reflect that on your website, especially as a governmental facility; this is wasting peoples time and money.If I arrive before 4pm, and you will be sitting in the same exact chair doing the same exact job, you should be able to pop out a passport photo, easily. It doesnt take 30 minutes to take a photograph.So, Ill pay Walgreens to do it, instead.

They never even knocked. The House was quiet and there’s two hearing-able people in this house. We never heard a knock. I walked by the door and saw a pink slip on it. The delivery person was here but s/he never ever knocked. I’m unbelievably irate.

I was applying for a passport when I was on vacation in Texas and they took me a passport photo and the lady helped me do the application and paid the fees and everything. I came back to Alaska and they sent me a document saying I need to take another passport picture. I took one and have tried to call thm to pay me my money back they never pick my call . I can say the people working there needs to be more professional. 😒

Ever since Dubbyas war, the gop lead congress increased the yearly dollar amount for retirement benefits. This allowed congress to slide funds into the Iraq war. Totally inane! What the results are less postal workers serving the public in the post offices and continuing morale decline, not knowing if their jobs are safe and or not being privatized by congress. Needless to say these actions reflect less than normal or favorable customer services in some locations. I for one cannot think of not having the usps. They perform a great service the citizens of the United States.

If i could give a 0 I would, i was opening my business and i paid $1000 to do eddm which is every door delivery mail, which was flyers. Not 1 piece was delivered to the routes I decided to send them to. It was 2000 flyers with coupons for my grand opening. Not 1 person came through with a flyer. They take $1000 from me

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the wrong USPS packing slip saying I could come collect my package for my business the following day with the incorrect post office for my zip code. I went the following business day missing work in the morning to do so and was told the correct place still did not have this package. I spoke to two people from this location, Sherry and another woman who said they would call me back when they located my package which had a 16 digit tracking number. Its now been three days, Ive had to schedule a redelivery on a package that I have no idea where its at, or if it needs to be signed for. Not only that, they either leave their phone off the hook or just dont answer. It is the poorest customer service of any USPS office Ive ever been too. The manager Maria should be beyond ashamed of this representation of her office. Its no way to conduct business, or treat people who are depending on them to bring things for their small businesses. Terrible customer service, they talk to you very aggressively. I literally have her a smile and cheerful hello and got a very bitter response. Didnt try to help me out, nor did they offer any genuine assistance. It felt like an assembly line, and like they hated every minute of being there. Lady who was supposed to help me out ignored I was standing there. Then a different lady attended me and that was the girl who had terrible people skills. She was a white young woman about early to mid twenties with black thick glasses. Id hire a new staff immediately. Why would you want someone with bad customer service to represent the face of the company? The older white gentlemen was so cheery, I wish he would have attended me instead.

Completely inconciderate of people standing in line. I waited for 10 minutes in line while the post office worker just talked with the person who was at the counter. Looked at me multiple times and knew I was here but never addressed my presence. Multiple people went up to the counter and were able to just drop off boxes and he chatted with them as well. Because USPS doesnt provide tracking service for a 1st class letter, I asked the postal clerk, Mr. Bill if I could take a photo of the letter with the postage stamp right in front of him, so I could email it to the receiver of the letter. He kept repeatedly shout at me about the USPS regulation as if I were “deaf and dumb”. Everyone in the post office stared at me; I felt embarrassed and humiliated by the clerks conduct. Moreover, it saddens me that Mr. Bill wasnt like that to his customers before and after me.Mr. Bill, DONT raise your voice at your customers! DO show respect and sincere to elders! DO treat all customers equal!As the Golden Rule in our society: Treat other people with the compassion and kindness that you would like them to show toward you.

I dont expect post office employees to always be cheery and helpful, but Paul is the exception. He always has a smile on his face, greets regulars by name, helps the confused without making them feel they wasted peoples time by standing in line not having everything perfect and ready to mail, etc. In a day where its easy to interface only online for shipping packages, I would go into this post office every time if it were Paul or others like him that were there to help! I was there to send a package overnight.She asked me if I want the recipients signature when they receive the package.I asked her, whats the befits by getting signature? This place really sucks because I highly doubt that they are busy for 3 hours straight I did an auto redial and call them 43 times and not once did they answer so Im assuming that they are just leaving the phone off the hook... I have not been getting my mail and Im waiting on a debit card I have no access to my money and its through a temp agency so I cant go and withdraw any money from an actual bank without my card

I called in advance to ask about passport services; we were told to wait until 2:30pm to come in as the one person who process the passports was at lunch. We arrived at 2:30pm, the person was still at lunch, and we waited for nearly an hour - and no one could tell us when the lady was coming back from lunch.

This special single star goes to the not very gentle man named PAULIE! 2 weeks after the “guaranteed delivery date”, I found out my $1,000-value / $300-postage package to New Zealand never make its way to the final destination. Things happen, I understand. But his reaction is totally out of this world: shouting at my face “The package was delivered!” as if I were a liar (his point was it was delivered/signed by an agent in NZ). Even though I showed him the tracking info from USPS website says it was stuck in “In transit” forever, and my niece never receive her winter-clothes package and it was starting to snow in NZ. Can’t believe he yelled to the customer like that, not to mention the service was failed to be rendered. If I were him, I would lower my voice and say apology. Terrible service, VERY RUDE guy. He should be out of his comfort chair being rude and unprofessional like that. Shame on you Paulie.

This is the worst post office that I ever dealt with, packages do not get delivered, they get delayed and shipments are always very late, I have just asked about the package that I shipped last week and it shows on the tracking that it still not been received by the USPS, supposed to be delivered yesterday but I believe it is still in this building, the worst experience ever and I will not deal with this location at all.

Everytime we order ANYTHING that has to be delivered by USPS, it is a fight. They will put down it was delivered at a certain time and not even leave it. I’ve caught them doing this a few times and had to go in throwing a fit. I’ve had to chase down the mailman. They did it again today. I’ve been here all day waiting for a package and they have it and didn’t leave it. I always thought stealing someone’s mail/packages was against the law but apparently if the Post Office does it, then it’s ok! Maybe we should start filing police reports for theft!!!

Poor service. It seems the USPS has turned into a jobs program for people who would never be hired anywhere else because they lack the most basic of skills and customer service. If you have an issue of any sort, expect a condescending rude and unhelpful response from a person who takes no ownership in their position or responsibilities and does the bare minimum. I look forward to the day when USPS is shut down for good and private business takes over completely.

Typical usps location... Called and had it ring at least 20 times before someone picked up. Typical rude and unhelpful worker answered finally. I had to call back, so I did and on 3 separate attempts the phone rang until it diconnected. Finally called the main usps customer service to talk to a computer and got my problem resolved efficiently and quickly. No wonder people are being replaced by technology.

Im happy to see a functioning self service kiosk..Ive been to 4 post offices trying to get a package sent..got the postage for my package..great..but at 8:00 am the drop box in the wall is locked..closed..still cant get my package sent..Im still thankful I could at least get postage purchased.

Arrived at 10 to pick up a package. No one available at counter. Waited for about 5 mins and some guy ambles in (with attitude all over his face). I asked if the counter was open and he said just a minute please. Another person near the cpunter said we open at 9.I looked at my watch again (just to be sure it was after 10). Ambling guy finally sat down and I approached the counter and he (again) stated Im not ready. Finally the other person who was near the counter offered to help. There were no name tags so I cant give kudos to the woman who helped. Likewise, cant give the name of the attitude filled person who was very unprofessional in his customer service skillsets

The one who works the door window is 4 times as rude and such a liar.... The problem at most postal stations as I see it after working at this one is the mangers arent qualified to be managers, they have no people skills and they arent held accountable for how they treat people, they are pressured from the higher ups to get the mail out at all costs, and therefore dont really give a damn, they get paid regardless. The attitude and demeanor of a lot of the employees reflect the leadership! And it will never change.

I gave this stars to a guy named Paul, not for the post office. I went to this branch to return my un-opened textbook with the original priority package and total cost was around 12 dollars. He said I could have paid around 5 if I get regular box from there so I did. Unfortunately, I did not have tape because I have to change the shipping box there, it was my fault to think that he will tape it for me but no! he told me to buy new tape,which cost almost 4 dollars. I ended up paid 11 something dollars and spent 15 mins more in there for just a dollars cheaper, I wouldnt do that for sure if I know!!! Thank you Mr. Paul for being so helpful, saving my $ and wasting my time

I am only giving this post office a two star because there is a gentleman and lady that work at the counter that are very kind and friendly to everyone. I have never seen them be rude to anyone. Unfortunately customer service ends there.I have had a post office box there for less than a year and already have had 3 incidents. Two of those were reported to the 800 number since whenever I call the local number, it is always busy. I wonder if they take the phone off the hook beginning at 9am.I have had a post office box at other post offices and this one is by far the worse. I hate to go pay for another post office box at another post office since this one is very close to home, but if the mistakes and lack of customer service continue, I will be choosing a post office that is managed efficiently over convenience.

I live in an apartment community they deliver to and my mail sometimes doesnt make it. I recd crumpled up mail and other peoples mail and sometimes my mail doesnt show up at all. We always have a different mail deliverer and suspect that this may have something to do with inconsistent delivery. I dont like bulk mail and wish that would stop, lol! I think its time for the Post Office to be privatized. Sink or swim, but NO MORE TAX PAYOR FUNDING. GOOD LUCK

One of the worst experiences I have had ! Went to a Usps office asking if I can change my delivery address since I relocated to a new place. The lady told me to ask in this office and that they might have my package or will receive it by tomorrow. She also gave me their number which does not even work. I came here directly to enquire if they received my package and if my request for address change has been processed. That guy asked me when I requested for it and then told me he cannot help me and that it might take a couple of weeks to reach me. I requested him if he can atleast check till where my package has been reached since I could not see any update on the tracking history but he just denied to do that and called the next customer even when I was standing there and talking to him. What kind of customer service do these people have ? They dont even know where the package is. Pathetic service, rude and ignorant bunch of people - thats all you will see here ! Not worth of even one star. Could give 0 stars if I could.

While trying to locate a package i called @ 3 pm on friday where i was put on hold for 15 minutes then told they would call me. I then called on saturday and was put ob hold for 54 minutes before my call was ended with no conversation. I then called @ 12pm on monday but the phone has been off the hook the entire time. Awful service, i hope the close it down and fire the workers.

Apparently yelling at customers is the norm at this location. Horrible customer service and laziness. One star is giving to much credit. I have heard stories about the incompetence of the staff.... Experienced it first hand.

They give the worst costumer service! specialy the indian and african american women. they are the wost at issuing passaports. Had a very unpleasant experince. since i walked in none were welcoming. when it was my turn the african american lady didnt greet me or look at me. she just took my papers and started processing them. i had an issue and both woman were very rude about it. never once did they smile or say im sorry theres a problem.... just straight up rude like it was my fault. I just took my paper work and left never will i go back. The whole experince was HORRIBLE & called them both out for their bad service and they just denied it. a simple sorry and a smile would of been enough.

USPS in general is the worst option for any company, sender, and receiver! I will not order from a company that delivers by them, ever! Always opt for FedEx. My package was supposed to be delivered Saturday, but of course it didnt come til Monday but I had to run around town scavenging for my package when its their job to deliver it in a timely manner. Out for Delivery at 10:47, was not delivered until basically passed 6, and do you think the stupid carrier bothered to make delivered?! No! After running around town for 2 hrs after work I go to my front desk to see what was up and it just made it there like an hour ago. DONT EVER CALL bc you wont get an answer. Ive never experienced them being rude to me but I have seen one employee yell at a customer get out of my face youre wasting my time, but that was the one in Pantego. This one however, the woman was rude to everyone but not like the old bald guy with the glasses in Pantego.

We needed a sealed verification packet for an expedited passport and Jodie is the employee there to do it, clerk #27. While waiting 30 minutes for her to return from lunch (3:30 to 4:00 p.m.), she slowly completed the paperwork, really at a snails pace. While doing the packet, my teenager asked her about the verification letter that her parents needed to sign stating we were her guardians. Jodie snapped dont tell me how to do my job. Well, you guessed it, three days later we get a call from expedited passport business that our packet was missing an important document and was flagged as incomplete - the verification letter that we had asked about. You are completely at the mercy of this one postal employee (the only one in the office that does this paperwork) and she does it wrong with an arrogant attitude. This delayed our passport by 3 more business days and we came within 24 hours of missing a family trip to South America. Any other business that had incompetent, disinterested employees would institute change or have ramifications for bad work and attitude, but not the USPS. They almost encourage it. Our local office in Keller is good, really good, but this one in Arlington is to be avoided.

So my boss was sending me money to do errands for her and she sent me a big chunk of her money. I also got this box because i thought it would be better than my apartment complex handeling my mail. I looked online and it arrived Thursday but two days later I was able to go get the mail due to being sick.I looked in my box and there was nothing. I went to the front desk and asked them to look in the back for me if there was anything there for me. And he automatically was rude to me and said no everything is up front there is nothing back there. I asked him politely please just go check for me and he rudely yelled no there is nothing back there! So I walked away. I then went to a UPS store to see if they had lost it in the dilivering process and they looked up the tracking number and everything and verified that it was delivered there and printed it off for me to take back to them as proof. He also told me that what they did was illegal and I should talk to a manager. So I went back up there and this time there was a black lady there and I politely asked to talk to a manager and she said there isnt one here and I asked why their is not a manager or supervisor on the premises during business hours and she said they were gone for the day. Now that didnt make since to me and I asked for their phone numbers and she wouldnt give it to me. Then she yeld at me that I better walk my white ass up on out of here before she called the cops and I asked why I wasnt doing anything wrong. And she screamed at me to leave and I said okay but I am coming back Monday morning and I hope your manager is here. So I left because I wasnt going to sit there and be discrimated against.Please people run away no one deserves this type of treatment. I am appalled at how I was treated here and Im not a racist at all but i experienced rasism here. Ive walked through bad parts of town before and have been treated better there. Compared to them my apartment has 5 star customer service. I spoke in a polite as possible tone the whole time because that is how I treat othersI am asking a refund for the box Ive had less than 2 weeks and going to ups store. Heck my apartment complex handels mail better than this. The only reason I chose them was because they were $35 for 3 months and UPS was $75
