I was a little apprehensive about having the treatment as I have had bad experiences in the past when dealing with hair transplant doctors over promising and under delivering. This obviously is not a transplant procedure but it does still involve my hair. I met with Justin for the initial consult and he put me at ease immediately...he did not try to push me into having the procedure and assured me that he could do a good job for me, he explained everything up front including what steps he would take for each visit and also discussed cost, which was a lot less than I was expecting. Justin let me know the amount of visits it would take to get the desired results but did not limit them...instead, he said we would keep going until he achieved the desired results I was looking for. Procedure is comfortable and done in a private one on one session which is very relaxing...it is obvious that Justin takes pride in his work and with COVID going on he takes extra steps to make sure everything is sanitary which of course is very important right now.My procedure is complete and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the results, I wish I had done this years ago.
