Had Lisa work on my hair today. I asked for a pixie cut. Didnt know very much what I wanted but she still did great!

Today I came in with nearly 10 box dyes on my hair, put on over the past year. I had applied a black box color to my hair this past weekend—over red box dye applied a day earlier that didn’t turn out as expected. I spent 4 hours in the salon with two girls—they managed to take out all the box colors, give me a haircut and a full balayage as well as style it. It didn’t turn out EXACTLY like the photos but I’m extremely pleased with the results. Will be returning for my toners, trims and treatments. Thank you!!!

It actually completly different from any haircut ive ever had karla did an absolutely beautiful job the hard part the fade is boyond on point 10 outra 10 honestly they ask if you want a drink there gental there not in a rush to just cut your hairim defenrly coming back in a few months frfr

I was extremely nervous about coming here and getting my hair cut and colored. It has been at least 10 years since I cut my hair. I can honestly say Im 100% satisfied with my entire experience. First started with me calling and having questions. Not only did they answer in a timely matter they answered all my questions and were very polite and professional. When I arrived I was greeted right away (even though they were all busy) and only had to wait 10 minutes before Samantha got me back to wash my hair. My appointment was with Chazz and he took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he meet those expectations he exceeded them. Needless to say I will be coming back and referring all my friends and family.

I received a cut and color from Kyndall today. She is amazing!! She gave great advice and I left there loving my hair!! I highly recommend her and Im very impressed with the staff that works there. Two thumbs up!!

Wendi is AMAZING . I have bounced around from hair stylist to hairstylist for YEARS and could never find someone that actually listened to what I wanted until I had my first appointment with her. I have never left there unhappy. I feel like there is nothing she can’t do. I even booked her for my wedding! I will never go anywhere else ! Not only is she my hairdresser she’s a friend now. Everyone there is amazing and friendly! I have been going to this salon for many years, since they were at the Eastchase location. The girl that used to do my hair was great, but after many years, she decided to leave to spend more time with her family. I was so nervous....I do NOT trust very many people with my hair. When she left, she turned me over to Sonia. I have been very happy with everything Sonia has done!! Today I wanted to do something new and in the middle of the process I just kept thinking I made a mistake....she didnt let me see until she was totally done. I absolutely LOVE it!!!

Came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but was ready for something new! Never had my hair colored before and was always worried about ruining my virgin hair. Im so sad ahout the experience i have had. I have gone to fantastic sams for almost 2 years getting hair cuts and i have always loved the outcome. I set up an appointment to get a balayage and i didnt realize how awful the application was until my hair started falling into how i natrually wear it. I called and asked what could be done and was gonna go in tuesday to see their master specialist which i was more than okay with i just want my hair fixed after have spending so much money for this appointment and in general with being a client. I was messaged directly asking what was even wrong with my hair after have explaining to a manager. The way they have handled this whole ordeal is severely unprofessional. And again they are good for cuts but i guess not color and if a mistake is made they will have no intention on making the matter right. I have waited 2 days to hear from the owner about this as the managers have said they can do nothing. Im so so so sad. Words cant express how embarrassed i am. I wish i knew how to post the photos of my hair its truly awful. Its not blended at all

For starters, they are not very nice when i called for an appointment. I got a completely different haircut than what I asked for. I will never go back there.

I’d say most of the stylist are good, but it seems every time I go I end up getting the worst one. She didn’t know how to cut hair, kept making horrible jokes the entire time was really awkward, and did really poorly when all I wanted was a haircut. Didn’t even ask what I wanted just started cutting lmao and then over charged by doubling the amount.

I went today and was extremely nervous. It was the first time I ever dyed my hair a color that wasnt my own color. It felt welcoming, I had an appointment and Angel got me seated and started right away. She was spunky and awesome. Got my color on quick while doing another customer. It turned out exactly like what I asked for and I love it. I only have one issue it wasnt brought all the way down in the front. So my roots in the very front show and that bothers me because its very noticable with my hair pulled back. but other than that i love the service and atmosphere. I will definitely go back to Angel.UPDATED: I left a message when they were closed. they contacted me the next day and got me right in to fix my roots. Absolutely love this place!

Wendy and Sonya are amazingly talented! I’ve been there for haircut, shampoo and blow dry. They style my hair exactly how I like it. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their hours are very convenient, even being open on Sunday. These two get booked up fast, but it’s easy to call for appointment. Wendi is by far one of my all time favorite stylists. She and I can sit and discuss different shades of red to take my hair and I KNOW she’ll never make me look anything but beautiful. I came here on the recommendation of my sister. Angel and the entire staff are amazing! I came in wanting one thing but Angel is honest and the color I wanted to try would have washed me out because of my skin tone, after explaining what would look better but still keep essentially what I wanted just in a different color pallet I am so in love with the results! Was a 5 now a 1 due to Sonia. Do dont double book during a color and leave someone else to wash my hair. Then I had to sit there with wet hair while Sonia cut someone elses hair. Whats worse is she would stop cutting the ladies hair to talk and then continue... I had to stand from the wash chair just to get assistance. Shouldve read her reviews before trusting her. Bring angel back or tell me where she is.When I asked sonja about the lack of communication she said she would put notes in the computer for me like Im requesting something foreign.Waiting to hear back from the owner left a voice-mail for the number that was given. But thinking its not the correct number... will report to the BBB if thats the case.

I took my young daughter in there to help get some tangles and bad knots out of her really long hair. I was blown away by the incredible customer service and courtesy they showed us. They had 3 to 4 ladies rotating in and out, working together to figure out a solution. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of this frustrating situation. They were very kind and sympathetic to my daughter.

I have gone to this salon now for five years and have never had a bad experience. My wife also goes to this salon. She got her make up done here when we got married and she looked amazing. I also have scalp issues and hairdresser helped clean up the issues. I also recommend this salon to anyone who needs one.

After asking around and hearing how amazing and talented Wendi was I decide to go see her. Wendi by far exceed any expectation I had and put all my doubts to rest. I had gotten a color done at different salon and was needing help desperately, not only did Wendi fix it but helped me feel confident again. Wendi also put in extensions to help with length. I usually suffer from migraines especially when it comes to pressure on my head but she did them effortlessly and perfect! They lasted so long and didn’t feel like I had any in. I started taking my son here and Gigi blew us away. She listened to what he wanted every step of the way and he left totally dedicated to never letting anyone else BUT her do his hair ever again. I walked in distraught from a bleaching mistake with bright yellow hair. Angel was truly an Angel and got every bit of yellow out my hair and toned out my roots to a beautiful ombré. Wonderful service and stylist. I will be back!

I tried this place out because of the reviews, and I was super hesitant. I have had lots of bad experiences with many different places, taking a gamble on them, and theyre always a disappointment for multiple reasons. This place was quite surprising. I could tell, from hearing the stylists talk amongst themselves, that theyve been together a long time. I got Wendi and she was really nice and did a freakin fantastic job!!! Not only was the price mind blowing for the work she did, but I will absolutely be coming back!!!! I mean, the price alone was fantastic, but she cut my hair correctly (from my experience of haircuts Ive had at a favorite place back home) which apparently is a rare ability taught around here, sadly...Anyways, thank you Wendi! I will definitely feel confident coming back here again!

I have never been here before, but after reading so many wonderful reviews i decided I would try them out myself. Let me say that I am 100% so glad that I did. Chaz made me look fabulous. He sat down with me and listened to what i wanted, and what I didnt want. He made suggestions that I was willing to go with, and he was so on Target. I am not a young person anymore, but he made me feel that way. When i left I was almost in tears because he brought youth back to me. Chaz, thank you so much. My Husband loved it.

Dont sleep on this place. Dont think because its a chain hair-salon that the service, or customer service, will be sub par because this location is wonderful! I got in within a hour of calling. Chazz cut and colored my hair and I LOVE it! No issues...Everything came out PERFECT! I will be going back and taking my family with me.

We were very excited to have them come to our area; Reviews were great. Alas, a lot for nothing. My son wants stylish cut with longer top. They chopped the top. Strike 1. My wife went to discuss her desires and made an appointment, but the price and work doubled when she showed for the appointment. Strike 2. My grandmother gives them chance. The multi colored hair stylist was too drunk to even cut her hair. Strike 3. They should be out of here.

Im very upset with my hair. I went to get a cut and dye, about a month ago (Jan12th). At the green oaks location near little road, First time customer. My hair is not asymmetrical and the color more dull than my normal hair dye. I spent way too much money on hair I dont enjoy. The only reason I went is because of the high ratings. 😒 Im to the point to where I want to dye over it. I havent returned, fearing another excruciating bill..

I went on for color/cut. Was told what the starting price was ....but was told my hair was damaged and not healthy. I keep my hair in good condition and the ONLY reason I went in is because my normal hairstylist couldn’t get me in before my sons graduation. After telling the stylist what I was told over the phone....she got defensive and spoke to me like I was stupid in front of other customers already there. Won’t be back nor would I recommend
