It’s very clean and I love the Christian music!! It’s so cool that you can bring a free guest everyday!! They even give free Bibles at the desk!! And there’s a water bed and massage chair room! They also have one of those pull-up assist machines which is good because I can’t do a pull up on my own yet. The only downside is I think this place was designed for tall people because a lot of the equipment like in the core section, is to tall for me. I have to climb on the equipment to reach the handles. That or my boyfriend sometimes picks me up to put me on them. I’m 5’2”.

This place is amazing! Excellent gym and great atmosphere, especially for beginners. Stress free and friendly. The sign up process with Julian was easy and quick. Looking forward to spending a lot of time here.

Went in for a tour and the staff was very professional and helpful (Julian). The cost of the gym was very reasonable and I encourage anyone that is looking for a gym home to give this place a try. They are not pushy about joining and the cost comparison to other gyms is head and shoulders above the rest.

Its a nice gym the only thing I would say is for a gym rule of shirts must cover chest and stomach and its a REQUIRED rule they sure dont enforce it....to many girls come in with their bottoms hanging out and in sport bras only and guys come in with nips hanging out. Not very Christian friendly like advertised.

Such a good place with amazing equipment as well as the prices for membership. Better prices than any other gym I’ve been to. Salome helped me and my boyfriend out and was super sweet even though my brain wasn’t functioning that well since it was so early. Love it here

I signed up for a gym membership today with Colaw Fitness of Arlington and it was very easy, especially with Hana at the front desk. Hana was not pushy, let me walk the gym myself so I could get a feel for it. Then she explained everything in detail and let me ask any questions I had. The price is great for all of the services offered here. I would highly recommend this gym especially if you are looking for affordable prices.

The price is absolutely unbelievable and a steal, the tanning beds and hydro massage alone are worth 10 times the price. Not to mention the great atmosphere and the deep cleans twice a week on top of the regular cleanings in no way shape or form did it even smell like your typical gym. Highly recommend this place.

Cold AC and the staff is cavalier and friendly. Went on a Saturday around 10 and wasnt too busy. Machines are set in a row for convenience and tanning machines and massage chairs are free. Bunch o TVs.

Gym is always busy and I had to wait for every gym equipment. They advertise this gym as the most affordable gym in Arlington. If you want to cancel your membership you will be charged $42.22 and you have to complete and submit a cancellation form, but if you dont do so they will keep charging you the $21.65 even they collected the cancellation fee. Not worth it they have good reviews cause they gives people a free bottle or a bag for good google reviews. This is really a trap they don’t let you know about their cancellation fees and all unless you tell them you are canceling.

Great staff! So knowledgeable and helpful. Clean facilities and love the private changing and shower areas. Oh, and massage. Yes!

Much too crowded at all times. And because of that the equipment is starting to fall apart. The pull down ropes are all unwinding, the lat pull bar is losing pieces and making the rubber unstable, one of the bench presses gets stuck forward, I can go on but I think Im just gonna cancel my membership.

The front desk associate Hana was super friendly and she explained everything thoroughly regarding both the membership and it’s benefits. I was able to tour the facility and was impressed with all of the equipment and signed up once I was done. I’m looking forward to my first workout!

I tried to cancel my student membership within three business days, and yet I was still not given a full refund.The student contract has a line that says I can do this.Customer service keeps changing their story. First they told me it means no cancellation fee (I was told by both the front desk staff and the customer service representative herself that there’s no cancellation fee for a student membership).Next they told me it refers to the member being able to opt out of 12 monthly payments (a student membership is for three months).They’ve made it very difficult to get my money back! I’ll try to call them this week yet again. I’m very displeased at Colaw’s customer service. The gym, however, is nice and I go with my friends

When I joined the gym 3 weeks ago, they made me drop a review. Without even being in the gym which was weird I did it anyways. It’s been 3 weeks like I said before, my gym access code is still denied every time I walk into the gym. I have called the customer cafe twice since the ppl at the reception can’t fix it for some reason. Remember thier deal works only if your bar code gets recognized I have been to the gym 7 times and obi none of that is accounted for. The girls at the front also tried to call the customer care and fix it, however they kept saying it’s fixed but clearly it is not. It’s been frustrating to explain every time you walk in since there are different ppl every time you walk in. So far, my experience has been annoying and frustrating for sure.

Chelsea was a very great customer service representative. I loved her service . She made it so simple and easy.
