Demetrius is one energetic, hard working individual. I usually get great service here, but this was exceptional!! He was so patient while helping troubleshoot my label printing problem. Thank you! So nice to see such a great work ethic.

Rolando :) was a beast!He was only in my life for two minutes but thats all he needed to help me out, and managed to also help two other customers all in that same time frame. 👍I was probably in the store for less than 2 minutes.Also Demetrius was very helpful on the phone before my visit 👍🔥

I sent a package for my mother 7/5/21 certified mail. Package is a No show! Called the post office who stated no package to be found In the system, also Stated that no package was ever scanned into the system to call the UPS store where it was shipped. Once i called the UPS office they stated that they have no knowledge of the package and no way to track the cert number and they could not provide anymore information and they would have to leave message for manager who didn’t return my call. I had to call the store to follow up. The manager stated message he received was very vague, however I left a full detail message name, number, date of purchase, time of purchase, cashier name) the manager went on to say USPS is known for losing packages….however the package was from the UPS location and they didnt have knowledge of the package being initially sent from that location after receipt and cert number was provided either. In the end the service initiate it with the UPS store who cannot track their customers purchases.

Every time I come to this location they’re always trying to charge for something! I had an Amazon return and the guy was trying to tell me that I had to pay for a box and I told him no I don’t because I chose the no box no label option through Amazon and he was still insisting on me paying for it and I told him no. Went to a different UPS store and they returned it with no problems. This location’s customer service sucks! Most of everyone that works there look like they don’t wanna be there! I don’t recommend this location at all!!

I went to do an Amazon return, which is supposed to be free and it turns out I must bring my own box. I think that is fair. However they wanted to charge me $8.59 for putting my one item in a box and taping it. I asked can I just buy the box and pack it myself? The answer was yes and the box was $4 and some cents. I think that’s trying to take advantage of me. I’m talking about a small 12x12x12 box. I went across the street and bought the same box at Walmart for $.84. I packed it myself; then came back to drop it. I wanted to talk to a manager and suggest they consider more affordable prices but I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me.

Every time I come here, theyre always so driendly helpful! I usually come here to pick up packages shipped there by UPS, but sometimes I have copies made there or Ill ship something there. Im glad that this is the closest one to me as theyre a great location. :)

Used this location for first and last time sent a package to Odessa was given two prices 1 for faster delivery 1 a little slower when the pkg. didnt arrive I checked and it was going to arrive on the next day as the faster time was not guaranteed just estimated IF I HAD KNOWN IT WAS ESTIMATED I WOULDNT HAVE PAID EXTRA SO SINCE THAT WASNT CLEARLY EXPLAINED GIVE ME MY EXTRA MONEY BACK I DONT WANT TO HEAR NO B.S. ABOUT IT NOT BEING GUARANTEED IF YOU HAD EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID EXTRA AND THIS DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH U.P.S. COMPUTER BEING DOWN THIS IS YOU NOT MAKING YOURSELF CLEAR BOTTOM LINE I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMED

By far the best shipping place in Arlington! The USPS office is rude as heck! They never help you if you forgot tape or if an item doesnt fit in a box. BUT this UPS office is always nice and friendly and very helpful!

I went one day 1/14/21- got my paper laminated under $3.00 and supposedly I was charged wrong the first day; no problem right, because I went (next day) 1/15/21- I got 4 papers laminated for $18.00. The cashier “Mike” had very poor customer service. Along with being laminated that first day, they also cut the extra plastic off the paper, however, “Mike” must’ve felt extra lazy during his shift. I was handed 4 long pieces of paper with extra plastic, when asking if I could get them trimmed like the day before, I was told it was going to be $2.00 each to do so. LOL. I’m not even that lazy. I obviously went home & cut it myself. But I probably won’t return to this location because of “Mike”.

Told to wear a mask in the store. #1-I was maintaining more than 6ft from the only other person in the store besides the 2 cashiers. #2- I have a medical condition involving breathing. How can an employee tell someone to wear a mask when the 2 bullet points above are in play? Better yet, how can they tell someone to wear a mask when the Texas mask mandate allows for both bullet points to be able not to wear a mask. I suggest placing the mask mandate up in plain view for employees to study that way they don’t give out misinformation.

Have been coming here for a while and I never had an issue until today. I experienced poor customer service from Mr Mike. While I understand policies change, the way he went about it was completely unprofessional. Especially given that he wasn’t even the one helping me with my transaction.

Inaccurate details given by the incharge person, charged for priority mail but the courier never reached instead they seem to have lost my package and no had no idea about it until I called (had important documents). Won’t recommend using UPSFor the response for UPS Store: I am talking about the inaccurate information given at the store and this was never ever mentioned by the manager. The manager choses to put the blame on the corporate and mentions he has nothing to do with this.The USPS service’s would be opted was not even mentioned at the store. Even after making sure with them if the packages importance they never told me any of this information. I asked for the next day delivery and that option was provided by the store employee. I didn’t want a cheaper one, you guys told me it was the quickest one you had.

My husband ships items almost on a bi-weekly basis here. Its typically the same amount of money to ship items (unless its a very large item) he asked me to ship a small box for him today. It seems as I was overcharged although I did not request rushed shipping, and any extra insurance of the sort. Like I said, it was a very small box. He has shipped larger and heavier items and it still wasnt over $25.00. The gentlemen was absolutely helpful and kind, I have only good things to say about the customer service. I am just a bit disappointed that I might of been charged almost double for something I shouldnt of been.

I’d give this location a 0 star if possible. The low rating is because 1) Charge $1.58 to print out a label. Okay, no problem. 2) Uses 1 piece of tape for an opened package leaving open ends on both sides. When I asked for the associate to tape it more carefully, her response is we only use one piece. How is that proper practice? Especially if my items fall out of the package. Associate name printed on receipt: Lajah.

I arrived at this location at 1:30 pm to drop off two packages that had to be delivered on Monday. I have been using this same store on a daily basis for five years now without any issues. The last pick up for the day is supposed to be 3:30 pm, not 1:30 pm. Bree stated to me that I had missed the last pick up for the day. She also said that the UPS driver came way early and there will not be another pick up for the day. I explained to Bree that my two packages had to go out today, and she stated that I could drive to the Little road location and drop my packages at that location. I asked her if she could call the Little road location to see if the driver had picked up at that location for today. Bree started laughing and stated yes I can call as she was laughing in my face. She never tried to reach for the phone to call the Little Road location and all she did was stare at me while she was laughing . So I stated to her never mind I will call them myself. I advised her that I would be reporting how unprofessional she was. Bree is unprofessional, rude and she will not help a customer even when she is asked to do so. I guess she is just standing around collecting a pay check. UPS needs to clean house and hire motivated individuals who are professional and helpful. I will not be doing business at this location ever again. I miss the old employees that used to work at this location, they were very professional, friendly, and helpful, unlike their new employees.

I really appreciate the level of customer service. The gentleman at the counter saw me walking up with a package and held the door open for myself and other customers. On top of that the service is quick and I was in and out in literally seconds

I came in a little after 8pm, after working late. I live in Grand Prairie and this is the closest store. I appreciated Isaac S. And George A. staying open late so i could get my package mailed. I would like to say Thank you, Thank you because you could have closed the doors and said Were closed instead you took the extra few minutes I needed to get my package mailed. Thank you!!!!!

I have been a customer of theirs since 2005. They are courteous, professional and offer great service. I see people posting that they went to the post office or other places and it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. They are open till 8, as a box holder, i have a key to the mailbox and front door for after hour access and they have never lost a package of mine shipped there. Every company will have a bad employee or situation from time to time, but consistency is key and they have always been excellent to deal with in my experience.

Very poor customer service. First they declared my package undeliverable so when I call and ask to pick up my package they tell me to come that afternoon so I do and they still do not have my package. Not to mention the man working at the front was rude. If you live in apartment, dont bother trying to have UPS in Arlington deliver it, because they apparently wont.

I brought a package to be returned to an online retailer. So, postage was already attached to box and it was a decent size box with it being a bread maker. So brought box in and got a receipt for my package. The staff was great and even asked me what I needed before I got to the counter. Just one hang up. I brought the package to them on October 2nd. I just barely got an email today October 20th that the package is now in transit back to the retailer. 18 days for a package to leave their facility? maybe it got picked up by a ups truck and not scanned it and left somewhere in their warehouse so it wouldnt have been this stores fault but 15 years in the logistics business and being familiar with UPS with their several redundant automated scan points gives me doubt.

I stop by around 7:30 ish to drop off my Next Day Air. My package had an arrow pointing up and Fragile item ( clearly marked.) One of the employee (young African American) worker pick up my package kept spinning the package. I told him to please stop, he stopped, as I was walking out I turn around seeing him did the same thing again (spinning my package dispite fragile and up arrows). I ask him again, to please stop. His Coworker and him explains to me it will be in a similar situation during shipment. I told him I dont care as Im not there to correct the situation, but since Im here I can see whats going on.Since then I have not stopped by the store, I have since moved on to FedEx

I popped into this location last night, Tuesday, September 20th with four minutes before closing. All I can say is..... GEORGE and ISAAC. Isaac was helping another lady who was late like me and George teased me and said they were closed and quickly told me he was kidding but he could tell I was trying to get there by the deadline. Even though it was closing time they helped both of us without rushing us and answering all of my crazy older lady questions. You dont know how important UPS and the staff is until you are walking in four minutes before closing and need MAJOR help with something your FATHER (Im a daddys girl after 40+) told you to do. So THANK YOU AGAIN guys. I hope that this place leads you on to bigger and better things within the company.

If you are returning something to Amazon, make sure you have box otherwise they will charge you 6 dollars. I had a small item and the box was 6 dollars thats high way robbery!!! Stop by there dollar store or Walmart across the street and buy a box if you are missing one

They have copy machines that work, but the employees I dealt with were not familiar with how the equipment operates. I have a $1.99. I will not pay $1.99 for them to plug MY flash drive into THEIR computer. Wont go back.
