Coming from a college student, come here to return your textbooks with UPS return slips. Sadly, cant give 5 stars because sometimes the owner isnt here during business hours. Hes super nice though

Went today to laminate some documents and the owner is nice, prices are a little high for his services and products, but it is what anybody would expect from a local business. They have to make extra money on every shipment also. How do you think that local business make money?? Now the Office depot and Office max bough each other, closed a lot of stores I will be doing more business with his proud African american owned business.

Door says open at 9am. Website same. 10:15 am, doors locked, no answer on the phone.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LYING, CHILD ABUSING THEIF! Guy had a back in 10 minutes sign on the door 30 mins before they closed while his 4 year old girl was there alone, roaming around the front of the store. When he finally showed up he told me it was going to be $13 for a textbook sized box that was already paid for shipping all I need was the box. My textbooks always come in boxes without padding and he said I had to have it. Then when I asked if the girl was alone while he was gone he had the nerve to lie to my face and say her nanny was in the back. I grabbed my books from him and left and Im never going back.

Scummy! Id like to know if his $5 drop fee for my pre-paid box is authorized in his agreement with UPS. Tried to get some extra bubble wrap into my package before telling me he was going to charge for it, luckily I asked and decided better of it. The whole ordeal felt very slick.

This Place is closed during business hours all the time. Also the mailbox is always full and you cant leave a message.

Building is closed during office hours can’t get a hold of the owner the mail box is full after my 6 month rental I am going to be going somewhere else
