I dont want to send any more boxes because of all the trouble now.It used to be simple.Now we wait forever and just hope it doesnt disappear.

Sent our boxes on Sept, 90 days they cannot give us an update where the boxes are. They cannot even track our boxes. UMAC Manila is disowning responsibility of actions of UMAC Texas.

Had no issue the first two times I shipped with Freedom Cargo out of Kabayan Filipino Cafe. The third time, on 6/4, two cell phones and their accessories were stolen from the box we shipped. We sent photo evidence and proof the box was tampered with. The shipped denies what he doesnt want to believe, defends the thieves, and does nothing to make this right. Extremely dishonest group. Will not be using again.

Very bad and thinking of suing this company for undelivered cargo boxes.

I went here in this location and they are not here anymore wasted my time not gonna do business with this people

My sister-in-law called one of your agents named Lito Belza who picks up packages in the Dallas area on 2-28-17 inquiring about the rates. They spoke in our local dialect Ilocano, Lito then exclaimed on the phone Youre the ones in Mesquite who called me last year but never called me back!. 1st COMPLAINTThen he (LITO) further quoted a lower price (less $ 10) if we deliver the boxes to him instead to his house because we have a van, first of all my sister-in-law just had a baby and her elderly mom lives with her. would you expect these women to be lifting boxes? 2ND COMPLAINTMy sister-in-law then said that she will not request for pick-up nor deliver the boxes from him and will call another company. She further added that some of the packages they sent a year ago (not thru UMAC) was stolen. Lito then answered Well that is good! It would have been much better if they stole all of your packages instead! 3RD AND FINAL COMPLAINT** I have tried sending this complaint twice thru their website but it came back twice as undeliverable as abroken link and my e-mail address cannot be verified. No sense sending anything thru their website. **

My box arrived in 44 days!Unopened and without a delay in Customs!This company WILL get MORE of my business!!
