The condo is very clean with modern furniture. The condo staff are friendly and helpful. The building has a nice gym with procedures that are consistent with good Covid protocols. Staff at Corporate Apartment Specialists were very helpful in answering questions about the rental and completing the paper work.

Moved from Utah to Virginia and needed a comfortable, clean, completely furnished place for a 2 to 3 month stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the unit provided by Corporate Apartment Specialists. The one-bedroom apartment was brand new and immaculately clean. I was pleasantly surprised that a good amount of household items were provided, so I did not have to make a trip to the store to get through the first night or the first month for that matter. Everything one needed for an extended stay was furnished: (towels, sheets, toilet paper, soap, kitchen utensils including a cork screw, vacuum cleaner, broom & dustpan, etc.). I was also pleased that there were no additional charges for garage parking and utilities (including cable and internet service). Everything was smoothly and easily handled online including the application process, payments, and the notice to vacate. I would highly recommend Corporate Apartment Specialists to anyone. Every employee I encountered was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful.

I had a last minute need for an apartment near Washington DC (Alexandria, VA) and couldnt find anything. Kara stepped up and provided exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to furnish the apartment to meet my families needs (e.g. extra beds, dishes, chairs). Kara, Shannon, Emilie, and Keith were all very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The apartment was well furnished and the few small issues we encountered (clogged drain, sticky sliding glass door, and AC not cooling) were handled promptly day or night. I cant say enough their excellent customer service. Amazing experience from beginning to end.

Terrific experience renting through this company. I was coming from overseas, needing a furnished apartment on short notice, for an uncertain amount of time, and with a preference to be within about a half-mile radius of my ideal location .Apart.Specialists were very quick to respond and came up with an ideal solution for me within days. The move-in was very smooth despite my late arrival in town requiring the company to handle things differently than normal, and it was a relief to find the apartment with everything I need to feel immediately settled. Its been a real pleasure to deal with Shannon and the team at Corporate Apartment Specialists! I am from Arizona and its been 18 months since Ive been able to see my family here in Clarendon. Once it was possible, I reached out to try to find a one month lease and Corporate Apartment Specialists came through for me. The process was so easy, all online and I was able to confirm immediately, which was not the case with others. I got here last week and I cant say enough good things about the apartment. The location is perfection, within blocks of my family and next to Starbucks, Whole Foods, Sephora, Apple and other life sustaining retail. The apartment itself was spotless and had been disinfected well. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked. The bed is super comfortable, linens are new and nice. The wifi is adequate, nice desk set up, two TVs and laundry right in the apartment. I love the convenient parking as well and the building people have been really nice. I have to say that everyone is doing a great job of observing the confusing and ever changing COVID requirements so I feel safe. I would really urge anyone needed a well furnished, perfectly located place to look here. BTW I am a Marriott Ambassador level and choose to come here instead! That says it all

We had a great experience with Corporate Apartment Specialists for a long-term furnished rental. The choice of properties is impressive and we stayed in a luxury apartment in the Tysons area. We were very well-taken care of by the entire team. The apartment was spotless upon arrival with all furniture and some nice decorative items in place. Any maintenance issue was quickly resolved with CAS handling the request, keeping us informed, and following up to make certain that requests were completed. When schools closed due to COVID they immediately accommodated a request for additional desks for distance learning. The furnishings were good quality and the linens and kitchen items provided were great for a temporary rental. Our situation happened on really short notice and having such a great team assist us greatly lessened the stress of such a move. I would absolutely use CAS in the future.

When I was assigned the tall task of finding housing for myself and three other employees on an extremely tight budget, CASs elite team didnt blink an eye! Now we are in fully furnished (including decor, pots, pans, a desk, lamps, TVs and beautiful furniture), WIFI and cable equipped, beautiful apartments in a great neighborhood! Our family ALWAYS stays with Corporate Apartment Specialists on our visits to the DC area. We know we will get excellent customer service, a great apartment in a convenient/walkable neighborhood, and a building with 24-hour front desk support. We love that CAS rentals include EVERYTHING we need: parking space, in-unit washer/dryer, linens/towels, cookware/dining ware, coffee maker, vacuum, iron/ironing board (among other amenities!). You also get enough dish soap, d/w detergent, and laundry detergent to get started. We have stayed with CAS about 10 times over the past 11 years and have never been disappointed.

I have used CAS on multiple occasions and at multiple apartments. I have been very impressed with all of the apartments in terms of the locations and the quality of the buildings, furnishings and ammenities - they are my home from home.The customer service from the team has been fantastic - it is evident in my (numerous) dealings them that if it comes down to a client being happy or CAS making more money - they side with the client each time! Even when I have had difficult questions (like needing to cancel a lease I had already signed up to), they proactively worked with me and gave me options rather than the stock answer I might have expected.I am looking forward to staying at CAS appartments again in the future and wouldnt use anyone else!
