My small company moved from Carr Workplace in Rosslyn to this one in Clarendon. The facility is in a great location, and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and 9n top of things. The space overall is well maintained. Carr works out well for our business, since I like something more formal than Wework.

Damien Hillyer: Sold. Personable and welcoming. I value good customer service and a persons good presence. I appreciate his warm welcome and taking the time to laugh and entertain my 1 year old daughter. I had multiple offices to choose from but chose Carr specifically for his tour and his personality. The location is stylish as well, it matches the design style of my bridal team.

Ive had an office here for a few years and have loved every minute of it. The staff are AMAZING. While there has been some typical turnover that had me sad to say goodbye to my first team, I quickly found the new team to be also incredible. They go out of their way to make you feel like you have a support staff despite being in a single office of many. They are the right amount of chatty - meaning, theyll engage when you have time to engage but they respect when you blow past them on your way to your office, late for a meeting! The space is immaculate and the location perfect for both parking and taking the Metro into DC. I cant recommend this companys location enough. Special shout out to Damien and Dynisha - I will miss you guys.

I recently rented a 1-person office with Carr Workplaces and couldnt be happier. Damien, the general manager, gave me a wonderful tour and has helped me settle in, set up WiFi, and even schelped in several boxes to my office. Carr has established excellent sanitary practices and is now taking everyones temperature when they enter the building. I highly recommend Carr Workplaces which is only a block from the Metro.

I am in the process of opening an office here in the DC area for a company out of Chicago. We have used the Clarendon Carr Workplaces for our interviews of staff as well as now for temporary space. Every individual from our Chicago office that has come to Carr Clarendon has nothing but praise for Jamie, Andrea and Brian for their hospitality, the ease of use of the facility and their wonderful attitudes.We are now here in the Carr Workplaces for at least 4-5 months and we are enjoying every day. The Carr Team at Clarendon (Jamie, Andrea and Brian) have been exceptional to work with. They are responsive, professional, and very kind. The space itself is beautiful and the team ensures the premises are in top condition. The building and furnishings have a clean and modern design, complimented by bright, eye pleasing colors. This is an ideal work environment and I would highly recommend Carr Clarendon to anyone! (In fact, I did, and a close friend and colleague now works down the hall and she is very happy here as well:-)

I visited this location with my daughter Sylvia, whos trying to start a new life of her own. I was so impressed with the staff at this location, especially a nice young man by the name of Brian. He was so professional with my daughter and very respectful . He introduced us to a lovely young lady by the name of Jamie who was so kind and accommodating. I really hope my daughter chooses this location because these two really know how treat their potential customers

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to one of your employees for their kindness. I know this is kind of an unusual method to say thank you but I believe it says a lot about a company when one of their employees goes out of their way to help a stranger. I was touring Washington with a group of women, all of us are of a certain age. We were trying to get to a shopping mall and we got completely lost on the subway. We ran in to a nice young man named Brian, who mentioned he worked for you. He went way out of his way to help us get back on track and I just wanted to reach out and say thank you.

Ive been at this location for close to two years and cant say enough good things about the level of service. Always greeted with a smile and the team is always willing to go above and beyond. Plus, you cant beat the location in Clarendon and the property has just renovated the common areas and amenities.

I have worked at this great location for more than three years, and really enjoy the professional, aesthetically pleasing environment. The staff are friendly, responsive, creative and always available to handle all situations.

Clean. But they force you out of meeting rooms ten minutes early. If you reserve a space until 2pm you get kicked out by 1:50pm.

Weve done a number of offsites here and the space is nice, staff friendly, and the location is convenient.

Long time very satisfied client. Carr Workplaces rocks!
