How do you have direct deposit set up but you still get paid on Fridays? Then when you call and say something about your check they are rude and say its not Friday you have to call back when they posted. For one we can see our checks posted 2 days prior and there should be no reason why REGAL employees are getting paid a day later than everyone else! Since yall dont want to answer phones and want to be rude ill come on here ! Thanks

I do not recommend anyone work for Regal Staffing, they are very rude and unprofessional. I have worked for two different companies through them and I was wrongfully sent home for no reason by the company I was working for, but I when I called Regal Staffing to explain the situation, I got nothing but attitude. There is nothing but women working at the Carrollton location and they are so rude, they took the companys side over mine and tried to blame me for what happened. My husband was working for them too and his check was always short. So they cheat you out of your money and they have a bad attitude. We are not happy at all and they will not do anything about our situation.

I went in to update my application and from the moment I walked in I was treated horribly. I was greeted with a no apps today read the sign. I stated I have an appointment, which made her more agitated she then rudely asked me to sit down while looking at me as if I was her worst enemy. The whole time I was with the recruiter she was very rude and gave me horrible looks the entire time. Everything she said or asked was with an attitude. I decided to leave and not finish the process. I felt very discriminated against.

They were by far the best place to work with. Other temp agencies were not as helpful or very Professional. Got a position fairly quickly and I have referred several people there whom also have gotten opportunities as well. Overall very satisfied.

I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I drove a long way to the Regal office in Arlington last year to apply for a particular job. Jumped through all the hoops, took all the online tests, filled out all the massive paperwork, drug tested on the spot, etc etc. I was sent to the interview with the company I wanted, and sadly did not get the job even though I was told by Regal that I interviewed very well and the prospective company loved me. I had a stellar resume and experience. What I want to say is this - Regal Staffing NEVER CALLED ME AGAIN after that. They never followed up with me, they never tried to find me another job even though though they knew I was looking, they never emailed me, they never gave me direction or advice, they never got me another interview, NOTHING. I never heard from them again!! Heather was nice but her followup was awful (non-existent). Office is very old looking and outdated. Space setup was not efficient. Not a very nice place.

This place has gotten worse over the years. I work for the city so im proud i dont have to put up with this b.s. anymore. I brought my wife up here to apply, she has not worked since giving birth. And shes greetedBy a mentally challenged receptionist who turns people away for not having employment in the last 6 months. Seriously!? You people offer nothing but warehouse jobs with no temp to perm hire. So Im confused as to why regal staffing thinks that every applicant needs to have been working in the last 6 months or you cant apply. YOU PEOPLE THINK THAT IF ANYONE HAD WORKED IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, THEY WOULD BE APPLYING HERE? And not at another REAL company were they dont take 4$ an hour from your pay and use it to pay the salary of a idiotic receptionist that obviously needs to be re TRAINED 🐩

Nelly is the worst staffing coordinator I’ve come across in this company. No sense of what customer service is. Disrespectful DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AS LONG AS SHE AND WILL DEFINITELY MAKE SURE TO POST TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL.

They really dont care to be honest. I was just looking for a temp job before starting college in a few weeks and thought I might try it out. They scheduled me for a job and I was supposed to start a week later, when I got there the employer had no idea I was coming and told me to go back to the office. When I got there they told me the employer had cancelled but they forgot to notify me... so they found me another job that was 30 min away from me and after the first day the employer told me to come in early the next day and when I got there the boss wasnt there so I called and he said oh I forgot to tell you we were just testing people out, I might call you back next week or whenever it gets busy and told me to go home... theyre really unprofessional

I agree with the previous review. I never got a return call. I thought Id call and check on my status and was told that after 90 days of no assignment, I would have to come back to their offices and sign up again. Very frustrating!
