Im looking at my Kitchen Aid dishwasher thats not working. Pro Staff said they work on Kitchen Aid dishwasher. They never explained the cost . These guys charged $ 75 to leave their company $ 50 to come to Venus $ 135 per hr. And couldnt fix the problem . Still charged $ 246 . Be sure get estimate first

I rate it one star because Miss Martha kept confusing me with someone else when I explained to her in phone and in person that I never applied for the Pepsi Job, Both times I had no clue what she was talking about but she insisted it was me and that I had missed the job when ONE that was not the job I was going for and TWO I called her coworker a day before to say I was not going to work there and she said it was fine. Other than that they’re jobs are fine, pay is good, but staff workers don’t have the best communication with employees

If you are looking to get hired to a great company without going through the long application process this is the place to go!!

My name is Steven Hayes and I don’t recommend this company to anyone. I was on a assignment with pro staff for about 4 days AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR THOSE DAYS. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten my money. They said my check would be mailed after the first week and it never was. Never received in the mail or anything. Then I had to come into the office to do a stop payment on a check I never received. Then they said it would be a 24 hour wait then the money would be in my account they just had to make sure the check hadn’t been cashed. 1 week later and I’m still waiting. This is ridiculous Carla is a liar and gives me the run around so does the other lady in the office. Please people save your time with this temp company they are horrible. I will be reporting them to the department of labor because no one should have to wait damn near a month for money they earned.

I have been on one assignment with this company working for 3 weeks and was never payed my first week i have been waiting an entire month and keep getting the run around with the office. I was told that my first check was mailed (which it never made it to my mailbox) then after explaining that the check was never received i was told it would come in a week through the direct deposit i set up of course that never happened either ! i do not recommend this agency at all!. I have been nothing but patient with them even have spoken with the “branch manager” but nothing has happened. rent is coming up and now this is gonna cause me to be late on rent because of an unorganized and company they now leave me no choice to report them to department of labor. Which i regret that this was not my first action i really believed in them to get this corrected but i keep getting told the same thing, tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow its been a month !!! This is beyond unacceptable

Adrian went above and beyond for me at the Desoto works job fair today. She was very kind and patient with me. I did not have all required identification with me today she worked me and i was able to leave and go get them and she waited for me. That speaks volumes, she exceeded my expectations

Very unprofessional temp service. I went in for orientation and was told I would be starting a certain day. Never received a call or email back from them. So I called back twice. First time the lady said employer changed start date. And was told they would call me back. Of course she never did... Decided to check back in, then I was told they havent heard back from that company and would call me back when they hear something. (Still Hasnt Happened). The funny thing is I saw online the same position yesterday they had originally offered me and they were still looking for people to fill positions. If you didnt want to hire me, it wouldve been easier to tell me that instead of leaving me hanging and lying about it. I couldve been looking for something else. Thanks for wasting my time!!!

Calling this place just gives me the shivers because you know that they are lying right off the bat. Attitude central at this location, as if theyre working with three year olds. Havent worked for them since 2015 because my Aunt died and I attended her funeral in Arkansas. I called in each day knowing that Im only allowed to miss three days during my assignment. Well, needless to say I couldnt go back to Luxottica but I at least thought Pro Staff would place me somewhere else, well, that never happened. Didnt sweat it had some trips I wanted to take anyways. Called them in June 2017 and they said I needed to updated my profile so I did, resume included. Call for a job they are always going to call you back with info but never do. When you call them back they say, oh you were supposed to call me back. Liar!!! So I called on Monday and spoke with Adrian and she says she might have a job but doesnt have my updated resume. No problem, I email her the same resume I emailed her on June 6 according to my email receipts. She sets me an appointment for a interview downtown Dallas (where you gotta pay for parking) on Tuesday at 10am. I had a flat that morning but still could have made it after the tire was fixed so I called Adrian to tell her about the flat and ask her to push back the interview time a bit. Of course, shes working on it and I havent heard anything since. Im just tired of having to beg for a job where I have to work for pay. Youd think they were paying me for free. These temp services are something serious!!!!
