My recent interaction with this firm was extremely dissatisfying and very unprofessional. Interviews were cancelled 5 minutes before they were scheduled to commence and no effort was made to reschedule. All subsequent contact had to be initiated by me. When a potential opportunity arose and an interview was scheduled, there was NO feedback from the recruiter. Once again I initiated calls and messages to 2 different recruiters in an effort to ascertain the results of the interview. When i finally was able to speak with a recruiter, they advised they would obtain the details and respond back. After waiting four days for a response I basically gave up. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company due to their poor interaction with candidates.

Recently hired an associate from a Hays recruiter. After 90 days if we decided to keep the candidate, we would be charged $10,000. Associate was a dream hire until exactly the 90th day. As soon as we cut Hays the check, the associate stopped coming to work on half of his scheduled shifts. We even changed his schedule to the days that worked best for him and even when he did show up, he would simply leave work whenever he felt like it without telling anyone. After we terminated him I asked why his performance changed so drastically, he responded “I only needed this job for the insurance”. Pretty sure we got scammed...will not be recruiting anyone from this company and advise you do likewise.

A great recruiting and on boarding experience. My recruiter Taylor Hohensee was very organized, professional and really in top of things.
