ASAP Personnel has been such an amazing helpful company to me. I have recently taken the “Leasing Class”. They provided me with great skills during the class of how to be an efficient apartment leasing agent. After taking the class I had been placed at a property. Let me tell within that week I had the property wanting to hire me full time. I mean I came in with little to no experience in the leasing field. The instructor was great and in detail with Every concept of the leasing course. She was open to questions and followed through just how I expected. I was very pleased with the the class. Don’t doubt yourself on this class it was worth my $50.00 i paid. I gained a great knowledge of what was expected of me at the job. That being said after completing my hours I am currently hired on full time with a property all thanks to the ASAP Personnel and staff.

So hello I called this place and I was told that I is required to have maintenance experience to anyone that is a ground keeper or anything such of it you are supposed to have it post a habit any company I heard was asking theyre welcome to train you if youre going into maintenance, thats another skill set that you can have just in case Im a if they cannot find a maintenance employee for anywhere.. 3 years ago this wasnt the questionable answer but now that it is I wouldnt work even try to offer or even take a job like this period I do not tolerate when somebody wants to come at me.

I’m a Property Manager who is currently struggling to have a fully staffed maintenance team. Being short staffed is always a nightmare, specially maintenance-wise in the middle of summer. I reached out to ASAP personnel and they have been very responsive and attentive to my needs by adequately finding a good fit to cover the position in need. I usually contact Melody who has been great at sending help my way and lowering my stress, thank you!!!!

I am sharing my experience of the leasing class I just took. If you are considering taking the class, I would not. It is via zoom and all you will be doing is reading a PowerPoint presentation. My class started late which was very unprofessional and did not leave me with a good impression of the company. I also received updated information about the class details (zoom meeting I.D, password etc) 20 minutes prior to the class time given which was 9 am. The class did not start until about 10 am. The information given was very generic and I believe the information given could have easily been obtained via YouTube or with a property when they provide on the job training. Do not spend $50 taking this leasing class. I do not believe personally that it will assist me in obtaining any leasing position. I do think however that it shows an employer that you took the initiative to take a “class” about leasing. I was disappointed with this class. This company would do better to have someone who is in the field as a leasing agent CURRENTLY teach the class as opposed to have the owner of the company teach the class. Much of the information given seemed dated. The host kept making a point to say how the leasing classes aren’t usually small, as she is used to classes that hold at least 20 people. If this is how a “class” is with 3 people, I’m sure a larger class wouldn’t be much different. The class was from 9-2 pm and we were done by 12 if not 12:30 pm. This company should update their “Leasing Class” so that it really leaves future employees feeling like they really just gained some valuable information to start in the apartment industry. Great concept, but it definitely needs some attention.

What a great temp service. I called and spoke to mr. Daniel he was very very professional and so great to talk to… Although I have no leasing experience he told me about a leasing class. I will be signing up to take Gracias Daniel.. keep up the great work!!!!!

+++A is what I would Suggest for ASAP Pioneer in Arlington, Since 2019 Working for ASAP they have been respectful and understanding, hard at work trying to get employees to work. I applaud ASAP for hard work and dedication.

Working with ASAP Personnel INC. Has been a nightmare in regards to getting paid. As of 10/17/20 I have not been paid for over 40 hours of work...my file was done improperly from the beginning. My direct deposit is set up and they still insist on trying to send out a paper check.I was told that my money was sent out on the 9th of October. Its the 17th and no money.And they are so none shalant about it. We mailed it but it will be delayed.... Delayed?How do you pay your bills and mortgage with delayed. I worked hard for that money... I have a family to feed. Every day they call me to see if Im onsite... Yes Im on site... But wheres my money at? Your getting yours.... What about the workers.Stay away.... Far away from ASAP Personnel Inc.They dont like to pay their employees on time.Bad business.

My son in law was looking for employment and I suggest ASAP Personnel Inc. he applied the next day and teamed up with Samantha Garcia and she set him up the very next day with employment!!! He was a temp in the beginning but was hired on with the company a month later...Now he has a steady income and work history. I highly recommend this office for quick results and train professionals who take action if your looking for work. Samantha is 5 Stars . Thank you so much for all your help!!

For a very long time I couldn’t find a job I was so overwhelmed and I went to one of ASAP leasing classes and not even a little after that class did ASAP find me a amazing job that I’m still at and I’m almost permit already... thanks ASAP personal for helping me find a better opportunity (:
