Worse experience ever! I’m still appalled at the level of unprofessionalism delivered from this facility. I spoke with 3 different people about prices and got three different quotes. All three people were given the pick up and delivery address. John quoted $247, but asked me to call the next day to schedule it. I called today and spoke with Donny and was quoted $300. When asked about the price difference, Donny said John didn’t know the distance (which I had given him the address to both locations). I asked Donny if I could go ahead and schedule the service. Donny said he needed to have someone call me back to schedule it. An hour later I received a call but was quoted another price. This time is was $344, when asked about the price difference, the lady put me on hold and got Donny. Donny denied giving me a quote and told me I could take my business elsewhere. This is not how to treat a customer. Period. No one took responsibility for the misquotes given to me three times, but instead the owner pointed fingers at his employees and said they didn’t know what they were doing. This is probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. Save your time and search for someone else. These people do not care about their customers.
