After taking my PC to a friend of a friend that supposedly knew how to install liquid water cooling kits, it turned out to be a nightmare and like a botched operation I never seen. Coolant was leaking, the tubes were cut wrong and needless to say I was worried about my PC. I found Elite Online and could NOT be more happier for what they did. Freddy was very knowledgeable and put me to ease and calmed my nerves when he said he can fix it and he sure did, I could not be happier. When i came to pick it up i was in shock on how good it looked and even then he was still giving me pointers and recommendations on how to maintain it and even what better pump to get. I am very pleased with this work and will definately be taking any future repairs or upgrades to him. BI have posted before and after pictures of how my computer looked before Freddy got his hands on it.

Took me a while to get all my parts and even once everything came in he figured out my brand new motherboard had some water damage, he went through the trouble to order it for me and as soon as it got in he put it together in under 2 hours, there is a reason all the reviews are 5 stars.Dont waste your time going anywhere else, they wont provide tip top builds like him.

They know what theyre talking about, are incredibly knowledgeable and also surprisingly swift in their work.I was able to get text updates as I couldnt use calls and I very much appreciated the direct approach.Letting me know where I was in line, what they needed to test since my computer was kind of on the fritz and kept tricking us... I was treated with kindness and respect, prices were MORE than reasonable and the timing as well as service both on my pc and interpersonally were superb.Also, I picked up my computer to more cable control and it looks like a magical machine now.Never going anywhere else as long as I live here.

Had a friend of mine build a PC for me a few months ago and was having issues with it. Thought my GPU was faulty or a port on my MB was shorting. Bought an Alienware laptop, a 17 inch r5, didn’t start great. The hardware was all great, but Microsoft had software that messed everything up. Had geek squad working on it for two days and got nowhere. Had go out of town next morning as this was Sunday night. Owner came in to the store and fixed in on the spot, then because of all the hassle involved gave me a thinkpad for work to make up for the inconvenience. I am an absolute customer for life.

I had the BEST computer repair experience ever! He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to help me. I use a Walker to get around and he held the door open when I arrived. He told me that I should have called and he would have come out to my vehicle and got the computer, had me do the paperwork at my vehicle. He told me to call when I came to pick up the computer and he would come out to me. I have gone to other computer repair shops and none offered to go the extra way for me. They would hold.My computer works great and I have an old NetBook that if I cant get it to connect to the internet with his advice, I will take it to Elite Computer Repair. I bought my first custom build gaming PC from Freddy and it’s absolutely amazing. He show me and taught me a lot of things that I don’t know about PC gaming. Even though there was a little hiccup with the power supply (manufacturing defects), I was able to take it back the next day and he replace it for me with no problem. Freddy went as far as to test out the unit and temporary replacing the GPU to pin point out what was the problem. This come to show that he’s very detail oriented and love what he’s doing. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

For the past year Ive been looking to get into PC gaming. Today I was able to finally afford one, not the best not the worst but it was all i was looking for at the price I was looking to spend. All my life ive been a console gamer so I got a little starter up basically. I Got a Ryzen 3 1600 16gb ram 1TB hard drive. Brand new. For 750$ these guys really care about their customers. They dont want to just make a sale, they take their time to answer all your questions and make sure you get exactly what youre looking for at the price you can afford. Downloaded fortnite and with epic settings) i get 120 FPS. Consistently. High settings over 160-200 consistently. Gotta learn all the keybinds now! 5 stars for sure.

My server went down last week and I called up elite computers and the owner was very kind, helpful, honest and said to bring it in right away. Right away he checked what the issue was and quoted me at a very reasonable price. I told the owner I need it fixed right away backup and running same day. The owner went above and beyond and stayed up until 4am to see if it can be ready. He was upfront with me that it may take more time to get it fixed and he did get it fixed. My server is up and running smooth due to elite computers.If anyone needs a computer or any repairs I highly recommend elite computers. Give thema call they will definitely take care of you and do what they have to do. I dont think no other comojter repair shop out there will do what elite computers did stay up until 4am to see if it can be fixed. I really appreciated and thank them for that.
