My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and and I had no idea what to do . I brought my computer to the Computer Doctors for repair, and what a wonderful experience. The team was friendly and helpful, and Sean was very knowledgeable about computers and super nice and easy to work with. He diagnose and fixed my issues and gave me additional information on how to avoid this problem in the future. I got my computer back in less than 24 hours and I am very satisfied with the service. I have another laptop that I will be bringing to the Computer Doctors.

Old school customer service!I’ve been in need of someone to help with a variety of computer & phone issues.After reading the high customer service reviews for Computer Doctors on Green Oaks, I decided to give them a try.I walked in with what I believed was a battery replacement need for my iPhone. The owner was very professional and courteous checking to make sure a battery was what I really needed. He did the replacement in the time he allotted, 20 minutes, and then showed me the damaged parts and explained what had probably happened… The charges were fair & he took the time to answer questions pertaining to other computer issues.Since he has been in business for many years, I will definitely go back with any computer & phone issues that might arise. I took my Dell Inspiron in to have the power button fixed. I was treated very professionally. I was given options and a great amount of time to consider those options. In the end I opted to have my Dell repaired - I was given an estimate for the repair (new button & labor) and for the amount of time that would be needed to complete the repairs. I was surprised and delighted when I was called to let me know I could pick up my laptop. Excellent communication, excellent service, and my laptop is functioning as it should! I took two of my iPhone to the owner, both my screens were damage. He was so kind and gave me a discount on both because he understood as a single parent it was a lot of money for me so for my iPhone 6Plus he repaired the screen for that phone gave me a $10.00 discount so I only paid $108.00 and for my IPhone XR he took $10.00 off again, I thought extremely nice of him. So after taxes I only paid $151.19 just for the screen replacement. Now both my phones screens look great. So in total for two screen replacements I paid about $260.00 plus he put them on really fast I was so shocked he was done in just 30 min. That was great! So if you want your screen replaced you should try this place.

I only had a couple of issues. They ordered a part but if they called they never left a message. So they used the part for someone else and when we had to order it again. Still no message saying it was there. Then we finally get it fixed and no message to say its ready after having it overnight. The gentleman was very caring and friendly. I really liked him. Very personable.

Very impressed with the service here. I needed my charging port fixed on my laptop. Once the part was in, it only took a few hours. I expected for it to take longer, and I was so happy to get my computer back the same day. Shawn is very knowledgeable, and we will be going back for some computer upgrades next.

I have had a broken screen on my MacBook for two years and have had a lot of trouble getting it fixed. Best Buy’s Geek Squad was really unhelpful. Fixed my new MacBook very fast was the only computer place that would take it because it was so new the MacBook Air 2020 and fixed it very well there was nothing wrong with it after the repair and price was alott cheaper than the Apple store. The staff at Computer Doctors were amazing! I had 2 frustrating days dealing with the Apple store. They tried to sell me a 1400 phone. Luckily I had a gut feel and decided on going here. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was stellar work. I will be using CD for anything that needs to fixed in the future. I highly recommend them. They made my year!

When youre looking for atmosphere and not a chain to have to eat at again and again, this is a great place for lunch downtown off the square. They are known for great salads, great soups, and just a wonderful menu. probably the best chicken salad in town. I had a hamburger today, made with Angus beef and it was fantastic. Everybody kept ordering pie around me so of course I had to have some too. My favorite is buttermilk and theirs does not disappoint. I believe it only open for lunch so dont come looking for dinner. Not a big place so dont come with a huge group.

I was helped so much here!! I had a mishap with a new Apple Watch and he fixed it! Then when I sent to pick it up I had been having trouble with my IPhone 10 and was headed to ATT store next when it occurred to me he would at least be able to tell me whether it could be fixed or if I just needed a new one, he was able to fix it for a much more reasonable price while I waited. ATT would have probably sold me a new phone since I am due for an upgrade or sent me to the Apple Store in Ft. Worth- no time for that!! I am just so happy to have all my trouble fixed in a day!! First off, I’m not the type to write a review on someone just to be negative, but this place is a scam!Because of the good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance.I took my laptop here in early August to get a replacement charging port, deposit is required for any job needed. Cool.I went to pick up my laptop in late August, and Shawn the technician, recommended a new battery for my laptop as it was an older model dell and seemed appropriate. He was kind to give me a discount for it and added it to my FINAL tab. I paid this man $170 cash for the work on my computer and the battery. Since the battery wasn’t in stock, he had to order it and would call me when it got here.Moral of the story, when I went to pick it up, he told me I still owed the $120 from the port repair so I couldn’t get the battery. Yet how was it Im in possession of my laptop if i didn’t pay for everything? He told me I wasn’t in the system for it as well. So why wasn’t my cash payment not documented in the system? The fact that he was calling me liar Nd miscommunicated my payments in his system shows how honest a person he really is.Be weary of this place! Poor customer service. Only reason I gave them one star is for the charging port repair. They steal money from hard earned college students and act like you never came to this shop. Lesson to me, ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! Go somewhere else yall.

Took my IMAC in 3.5 weeks ago. Paid the diagnostic fee. They call me a few days later saying it was my LCD Screen the part was going to be 600.00. I told them not to do the repairs. I was out of town and a few days later they called again saying they had mis-diagnosed it and that it was the Ram. They wanted to wipe it first and if it didn’t work they were going to order a new one. Repair cost 200.00 installed. Ok sounds better than 600.00. I wait a week call them and they have changed employees and say they were waiting on me to approve the repairs. SHMDH 🤦‍♂️ I approve it and wait another week only to get a call today that my IMAC still isn’t fixed and that his friend that works for Apple said it was the OWC. He also informed me that they couldn’t repair it. Anyway long story short what a waste of time. Buyer Beware!!!! Bad Service in my personal opinion.

I took my Chromebook to this place to have him look at it. There was a tiny bit of miscommunication on regards to pricing (which was completely my own fault for my own illogical preconception), however he was very kind and understanding anyways. He built wonderful trust to me, and I would definitely still recommend him.

Took my iPhone 6s there to get the screen replaced due to a small crack in the corner. There was rain in the forecast for the couple days following so I knew I had to get it repaired immediately to not risk any moisture seeping through and causing further damage. I found Computer Doctors after a quick online search and realized I had about an hour before they closed. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised when Shawn said it would be repaired while I wait. Before I knew it, he came back out with my phone as good as new and still had time left before it was time to close up for the day. Above and beyond service and quality work!

He replaced my screen then my phone started messing up and it was a month later. I took to him & he said its been too long. He wouldnt do anything about it. I have read when some places replace the screen it does that, the phone starts doing its own thing and even typing. I paid a lot of money for the iPhone 7 screen for it to do that. I should have just taken to apple but this guy was close & apple store nearest me isnt that close. I wouldnt recommend him. Bad customer service plus hes never there when the sign on door says he is. Dont waste your money.

Took my computer in, was told it was a video card, it turn it and was accessible. Days later I was told it was fried. Lost all of my data. They sold me a new computer. I could not even get on the internet, took it back HE CHARGED me to fix it.He told me I need to register the windows product, it was an invalid number, I hold the computer back in he told me I was using the wrong number I took it back and once again I was told it was invalid .This is my third time to be standing up here waiting for him to even return hes out on a two hour lunch I wish I could post a photo of how many people have left hereNow I have to worry if hell screw me over and even getting this product made valid

I had a good experience and paid less for repairs at Computer Doctors. I had taken my laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad and they had difficulty diagnosing the problem and were going to have to send it off for repairs that were going to take at least 2 weeks. I couldnt be without it for that long. Computer Doctors were able to correctly diagnose the problem, order a part, and repair it in less than a week and it cost less. Will be using Computer Doctors for future computer repairs.
