Please be aware when they help you out, I signed up for premium service at $20, they mentioned it would go up the next month but if I wanted they could set it up so it cancels before the next charge. I thought perfect if I like the experience enough Ill just sign up again. Instead they just let it auto draft, pretty sure its just a tactic to get people to sign up and then they forget. Luckily when I called the corp. number they were very nice and refunded the amount, it was a great experience. The experience at the establishment is all excellent, smooth process, easy to use, clean environment. I didnt sign up again cause this type of washing is hard on the paint but if you need a quick wash I would recommend

Great car wash, gets my car really clean, friendly and helpful staff!! This is not detailing, but does good. It is also quick! Good location near plenty if restaurant options. I believe that you are better off with the more expensive options, perhaps a member plan. Two car washes a month are cheaper in the member plan, for example. However, that is up to you. That said, the best results are obtained from the more expensive wash choices!!! Good luck!!

Got the $22 wash. Made the car very shiny and clean. Mats cleaning machine was not very great. Clean towels to dry or wax the car were helpful.

Have gone to several express car washed in the Dallas Arlington area and this is by far the best one. Did the $10 second tier car wash, and having driven 15 hours from Ohio through the night, my car was COVERED with bugs. Came out, not a single bug in the front or windshield. Definitely will be going back for all my washes in the future.

This place is great, affordable, easy to get in and out of, lots of vacuums available. Yesterday I was cleaning the interior of my car and I accidentally locked the keys in it - and they were able to pop my lock for me (with a professional kit, not some bootleg stuff) - great customer service and it saved me a ton of time and money. The car wash itself did a decent job. The problem is their monthly pass. We werent using it enough to warrant the cost and couldnt use it on both cars.We tried to cancel the automatic payment We were forced to get to do monthly. We received the confirmation of the cancelation. However, they have continued to charge us for 4 months now. I have contacted them to no avail.Beware of their tactics.

I will never go back here. Britezone down the street is far superior (and cheaper). My vehicle got more dirty in the car wash! Also left a scratch on my 3 week old car, dont even have my plates yet.

The employees are usually pretty good. The wash is great. The tire machine sucks. It never greases the tires correctly. I usually have to get the employees to come grease my tires while I hand dry & vacuum my truck.

For a express self service car wash, thus place is pretty good. It cleans the outside if your car decently but what automatic car wash cleans it completely. I give it 5 stars because of the price of low tier washes and all the complimentary features they give you like vacuum, air compressor, hand towels, and best of all, floor mat cleaner! The vacuum is average but the hand towels are microfiber and the mat cleaner is a first for me!

Use to be a Good place for a car wash.Had to change my review. The new management is cutting cost they have changed the detergent for the nice micro towels they provide (they say for free but you know the cost is built in what they charge) now dry windows theres a oily film left.The wash is missing a over the top brush that was good at getting bugs off. Now you have to use the nice micro towels and rub the bug guys off by hand. I have contacted them about this and nothing has changed. If they fix this Ill fix this review.(Update) Repairs have been made, over heard brush is working, detergent for micro towels is better.Now if they can get the employees to STOP parking in the vacuum spaces so customers can have access especially when they are busy.

Never again! The wash ripped my factory installed spoiler clean off of my car! Wrote a report, took pictures, contacted management, contacted the district manager... NO recourse or fix! Now Im taking them to court! Even their corporate office did NOT respond to my inquiries! CROOKS!!

Pros:Clean and good looking facilities.Lower tier washes are reasonably priced.Complimentary vacuum, air compressor, and towels for any wash.Wash and dry cycle are very effective for what it is.Cons:Higher tier options are very expensive IMOOther:This is a mostly automated car wash, so there are some inherent weaknesses that I do not ding them for.Full explanation of my experience:This car wash is a good one for what it is. Its got a reasonably priced regular wash, and then some of the higher tier things are over priced, this isnt a complaint of this place, its just the business model. Im sure if everyone got the basic wash, it wouldnt be a sustainable business model.That being said, its a good facility with the wash run only missing some unsurprising spots near sharp edges like on top of the rear bumper. After your finished through the machine you can park in any of quite a few spots with an air compressor for jets of air, and decent vacuums. There is also a clamp next to the vacuum for cleaning floor mats. On my visit, the first vacuum I grabbed had little suction, but the one next to it had very good suction, so I assume the first was just clogged by someone before me. There are also towels you can grab free of charge to dry you car, but mine was dry enough that I was too lazy to get a few of the left over droplets. To be clear, the dry cycle of the machine wash was able to dry my car almost completely, so this also is not a complaint, just information of my experience.As an aside, they have a subscription model that really means if you wash your car more then 2 times a month is a good deal. So if you want a nice wash your car anytime for a single fee a month, it seems like a steal. That being said, beware!!! Subscription models can be great for a consumer until you stop using it and keep paying for it. Subscriptions are great for companies because its a near guaranteed income that is not as tied to the whims of their customers(more stable income), and just like gyms, rarely get used to their fullest.At the end of the day, as someone who doesnt wash his car as often as he should, Ill probably be by again when Im short on time, but I doubt Ill get a subscription, because I know I wont wash it through them that often. Your use case my make that worth it. Some examples of people who this might be excellent for is someone who uses their car for work, like sales making house calls, a taxi or Uber driver, or someone with no time, but sees their car as a trophy or status symbol.Hope this helps!

WhiteWater car wash is the only car wash I use! All of the staff is so friendly and polite! Jerome answered all of my questions and helped me choose which wash to buy depending on what I told him I wanted done. I like the option they give for the monthly membership ( I just bought my car back in May so I may or may not be a little obsessed with getting my car washed. Lol ) I would DEFINITELY recommend them to any one in the Arlington area!

Since its opening I have been taking my vehicle, and I was always satisfied. However, on this past visit I was disappointed. The towels were dirty. When I handed the towel to my vehicle, it left stains. I changed the towel and it left stains again. I change the towel again and the problem continued. When I go to the towel table and check all of them, they were all dirty. It was clear that they had not been washed. I had to go home to wash the car again. Totally dissapointed.

They dont offer the 7th day free car wash like the other guys, but they do have an air pressure sprayer fof your car mats.

I was denied my carwash today bc of mud. It was never disclosed to me when I agreed to pay my monthly subscription that I could not have mud on my car to get my car washed. These pictures will give you an idea of what is not acceptable to them. Other than that, its okay.

I get my car washed here about every other day. I own a monthly plan and LOVE how nice and clean it makes my new car look.The manager Thomas is a very good worker and makes sure you are truly satisfied. Sometimes the wash puts too much tire shine on my car but he makes sure its wiped off... And when I feel it doesnt shine my tires enough he definitely makes sure its taken care of.Always smiles and greets you with respect... I havent been to a better car wash and will stick with this wash as long as Im in Texas... It was great to see friendly service outside of my hometown of Chicago!

So they completely stopped the wash for about 5 min while I was going through....saw 3 individuals walking around pointing at and discussing the last part of the wash that you go through which was a little unnerving....then I pulled in to have my truck detailed because I purchased the full service package where they are supposed to vacuum and clean all the inside and outside....when I got my truck back the inside was still dusty and there was several places that they did not wipe down....needless to say I will only be coming back for my free wash because it rained later that day 😒

Ive never before had a car wash membership and only just now have realized that I was missing so much. The facility and staff offer great services. Im mystified every time I leave the wash to see how my all black car and wheels look like theyve been hand waxed. The vacuums are free and do an excellent job.

They have towels for detailing after the wash. Also have an air hose to blow the dirt out of the crevices.

My boyfriend bought the unlimited pass for me and I wash and vacuum my car every weekend. I love that they provide towels to wipe your car down and the vacuum and air hose to spray off your mats work great. They also have the machine you can run your mat through if you have fabric mats.

First time and the staff was great. They explained how their packages and even helped with the mat machine. When the car came out and the tire shine was not their, they did it by hand. Amazing place and my car is so clean and my mats have never been this clean and they are dry when they come out. It was my first time here, and today I was not happy because it left dirty marks on my new car and my new tires still look dirty. I got a free coupon $18 car wash from Honda. They have a free vacuum and mat cleaner. But mat cleaner does not work and they say “it was fixed it two days ago.” And they will never solve my problem. So I left.

Neat place, was easy to navigate and pick my service, with a great quality wash. Christina was able to walk me through since it was my first visit, and no pressure applied as she explained their membership (which I got).I had said that I dont really wash my car very often, maybe five times a year, but realized I probably would once a week if it only cost me $6 ($24 monthly membership divided by four weeks). It was a faster wash than some places, and they even have a machine that will wash your floor mats!

So if youre like me and take your time and detail your car from the inside out then youre screwed if you have to use the restroom. The Manager tonight told me that they dont allow customers to use the restroom and customers dont stay up there long enough to have to use the restroom? So Im the only one who likes to clean the cars inside and out thoroughly.2. If you have a newer charger/challenger then the back wont get cleaned right due to the lip so you can ask if they can spray the back before entering the wash. (My white car didnt get sprayed before entering the wash)3. The gel used for the rims will splash all on your car if you pull off without towel drying them first. (Hence the reason they should have restrooms lol)

At the end of the car wash my car was still very wet

Paid $14 for the “wheel deal”. Got out to vacuum my car and realized it was still filthy. The sides were clean enough but the front and back ends were still dirty and there’s a scratch on my bumper that wasn’t there. It’s not a deep scratch but it’s kinda long. I’ll live. Bug guts still on bumper and windshield. I know that stuff is hard to get off but why was my back window and trunk so dirty still? I have a hatchback. Maybe that’s why? Rims also still filthy. Tire shine? Ha! Also thought the vacuum was weak so I was really getting upset by then. Turns out it was someone’s stuck sock in the tube so not really the establishment’s fault. After everything I will not be back. If other people are having better luck then that’s awesome. I think I’ll just go ahead and get in some exercise by doing it myself at home.

Got my car washed here for the first time today. The car was only dirty from the recent rain and wind. No mud or anything crazy. primarily dirty water spots and the hood of the car did not get cleaned. I didnt do a detailed inspection of the entire car but the hood is not close to clean. It has big swaths of dirty water spots like those sections werent even touched. Customer service seems decent, and thats the only reason for the 2 instead of a 1. But you go to a car wash for the wash, not the people.

Theres a place that shampoos your floor carpets. The guy who worked the carwash washed my floor mats because they were heavy duty truck mats without carpet. The car wash is more than accommodating to meet every need possible.

Went here with a suv that had not been washed in months. After the original wash didnt get it clean the associate offered another wash for free. He even Walked around the vehicle hand scrubbing the dirty spots. Well worth the price and only place i will only go with any of my vehicles

Im an Uber driver, constantly washing my car! This is by far the best car wash with more convenient hours since I work graveyard shift, I usually get out to wash the car around 7-8pm. I love this place and you can get unlimited car washes!

It was my first time being here it was around 7pm and most car washes were closed so I decided to come here. Worst mistake ever, I got the $18 one and it left a ugly scratch on my brand new white tint. Very disappointed, but the staff was nice.

This place used to be good when they opened up but now not worth it. Always have to take the truck through twice to get clean. And now don’t offer a rewash in a few days like the others. To may other places to go to in the area.

The express car wash is only six dollars and it cleans my car pretty good. The vacuums are good quality.

They are nice people and they did replace my windshield wipers, but this is the second time this car wash has damaged my vehicle. The first time I thought might have been a coincidence. This time, at the end of the wash, they have brushes to help dry and the brishes literally ripped my wipers off and broke them. The arms had to be readjusted also. I wont be visiting this car wash again. Like I said, they did buy new wipers. They were not the same as the ones ripped off, because those were pink and special order, but I did leave with wipers.
