I will not be using Budget ever again!!!! I’m thinking they took the money out the day of, Find out they take it out when you return the car! So now my bank account is negative 1,104.28. Plus I had to pay a 400.00$ deposit, Was told I would get that back if the car came back in good condition, And it did! Still haven’t gotten that back! So I called, The person I talked to said 200$ was deposited back in my bank account! Haven’t seen that yet, This is very stressful, and upsetting! Now I’m fighting just to get my 400$ Not 200$ back! Never Again!!!!!! Very Disappointing

Will not rent from this place again. The owner was rude and wouldnt even allow me to say one word. I have rented from here before with no problems, I even had future rentals already set up at this location. I guess I will send my business elsewhere. The lady was rude and unprofessional. I will not refer anyone here ever. If you are thinking about renting from this location....dont run like HELL!!!!!

To start off I paid in advance to find out I would have to pay an additional 250. Then the lady behind the counter says ok and we have to run a credit check and your declined. So I came from Tampa Florida expecting to have a rental car. Horrible. Customer service bad

To much of a deposit. Then theres a cleaning fee ranging from 50-250$. So you better not get a drop of dirt in your rental!

This staff is great and it starts with their manager! Quinten has helped me the last few times and he is genuine and a great guy! I love going in here to rent and I do so once or twice a month for work! Never an issue!

Horrible, Terrible. That location wants you to spend hundreds or a thousand dollars of your hard earned money, to rent a vehicle from them, and wont even let you use their rest room.

Very Friendly and efficient. Make sure you make a Reservation. It took about 5 minutes for me to sign paperwork and pay. Remember there is a Refundable Deposit added to your car fee.

Over charge

Excellent service! Listened to my needs. Store was busy, and only one person working the counter but she still worked with me instead of rushing me through. The location was out of my way to drive to, but the service made up for it.

Put me on hold and then got disconnected. Went to store and they were closed.

States that its open on the website but when I got to the office, the doors was locked but there was a white truck on the parking lot. Pls. fix your web site to state if its open or not, I wasted time and gas for this trip.

The young man during the weekdays and the older woman that works weekends are the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. They argue and are both extremely lazy. They could not locate my reservation and would not look at my paperwork when I came in. Then went crazy trying to update me after being rude. Went to turn in and was there before closing and they were already ready to leave and didn’t want to check me out. I will never rent another car from budget after this experience. Don’t waste your money here!

I have been using Avis for about 25 years now, and never a complaint, from them or me.

Reservation was for noon, I arrived at noon via Uber, and location was closed. I am out $25 for the Uber now and a rental car for a road trip. Today is my son Elijahs birthday. Thanks 🤬

Will never rent here again! I had family visiting and we picked this location because it was a convenient but neglected to look at the reviews. Upon returning the car, which they had rented for a week, was told they would need to go vacuum it themselves or pay $100. AND we only had 15min to clean the car somewhere because they were closing at noon. The car was hardly dirty on the inside. What a scam!!!!

I rented a car back in July and it got vandalized while on my honeymoon with my husband. Once we got back to Texas and dropped the rental off we filled out an incident report and the guy at the front desk said we’d get an email or call about if we would have to pay or how we would handle this. I never got a call or an email about anything. Now it’s a October and I’m checking my bank account and I’m RANDOMLY charged $250 bucks out of nowhere with no warning, call or email. These people will take your money and not even inform you. Go somewhere else. TRASH

Reserved a Ford edge via phone earlier this week and when I went to pick up my vehicle this morning Im giving a Kia Sorrento . why would I be told over the phone that the Ford is available and then given a different vehicle? The car selection is not great at all and you dont get what you ask for.

One of the greatest places to rent a car from. Clean and friendly environment. Really Great customer service everytime i need to rent a car. The only place I do rent from when I am in town. Please rent from this Budget center while in Arlington, Tx. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We want a chevy suv as promise but the agent was so adamant about giving us a ford we express dislike with ford products but agent did not care will never us service again always listen to customers needs

Typical Rent-A-Car smoke and mirrors. If you need car an extra day or even an extra 2 hours be prepared to pay an hourly rate and penalty. You may as well say that you are going to keep the car for a month and bring it back when you are done to avoid penalties.

Never come here if you need to rent a car. It is very bad service and they treat you bad. They don’t take care of there customers at alll. They will waste your time and over charge your credit card. There just taking free money.

This Budget Location---****DO NOT GO. FIND ANOTHER LOACTION OR RENTAL COMAPANY TO RENT FROM.***** My family and I needed a van to go to an out of state funeral. My husband notice when turning on vehicle one of the tire pressure alerts was on and saying check. Before leaving and finishing paper work---we made BRAIN-gentleman helping us aware of the tire pressure warning and it was showing low. My husband expressed to him that our kids will be riding in the van and to make sure the tire was good before going on this long trip. He blew it off and said it just needs air. So before leaving he adds the air and we leave.Shortly into our trip we notice that the tire pressure is getting lower and lower by the hour (we were traveling over 800 miles to our destination) and after pumping air into the tire 5 times in 3 hours we stopped and called Brian and the location we rented and explained to him that the tire is leaking air at a rapid pace. He said to call road side assistance or go to a discount tire and they would fix the patch. It was not a patch job....after looking at tire up close the tire had a LARGE GASH on the SIDE that looked to be super glued or some type of sealant used to try and repair the tire. (WE TOOK PICTURES)…by the grace of god and 25+ dollars to add and air and buy a can of tire sealant----we get to our hotel and there is a Budget right next to the hotel. We call road side and they come out and put a donut on the vehicle until we can get to the BUDGET @ the airport to exchange the vehicle (we were told they will not put a better tire on---the whole vehicle has to be exchanged). DONE. The Budget at the AIRPORT was WONDERFUL---they exchange just like the customer service rep road side said they would and we got home safely. NOW we return vehicle back to 2904 S Cooper st (REMEMBER NEVER GO THERE TO RENT A VEHCILE) and we bring up the disappointment and frustration asking for a corporate # to file a complaint and a lady who says she is the owner--- says how were they supposed to know it had a bad tire?????? My husband is thinking---When we brought to Brain’s attention that there was a tire pressure alert there should have been a further check into why--but Brain the worker kept saying it just needed air. No accountability what so ever from the “owner” or the person who handled our contract (just kept saying sorry and they did not know)……And to be fair that MAY have been the case, but if they would have done a FULL check of the VAN and the TIRE alert they would have seen what we saw.They DO NOT do checks on the vehicles that are brought to them...Just want the SALE not worried about putting a family on the road in a SAFE vehicle. And to make matters worse---they call us back after returning the vehicle and say they are still trying close out the contract because the airport location did not do it right????? What does that have to do with us----we did what we were told to do by BUDGET…CLUELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, JUST WANT SALE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

If you enjoy being treated rudly by people who dont want to do their job then this is the place for. Such a bad experience here that I will never use budget again.

The prices for Budget vary from location to location, They can’t cross-reference between stores the car availability, etc.They obviously don’t know what going on within their own company. I will NEVER rent from here again.

This budget is awful. The lady here tried to charge me a cleaning fee for dog hair when I dont even have a dog. She then said that she would never rent me a car with hair all over the back seat. Well I didnt check the back seat when I rented. Maybe that is my fault. However, I dont own a dog and its impossible for it to even transfer from my clothes because Im never around a dog. Anyway, I have never been told that I need to detail a rental before returning it and she said I need to detail it or she would charge my card. Avoid this place.
