This Avis locations customer service is awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. A (owner) remembers me and Js (employees-most employees names are either J or A) is always telling me which car I can rent. This location is a great asset to AVIS.

Worst customer service ever I made reservations online called the location and was stated that they had “cars” available travailed 30 miles to get to this location just for the the manager to tell me the have no cars first come first serve!!!! Couldn’t do nothing else to help me please hire new management this woman deserves to be jobless.
Avis has always provided a seemless car rental process.
I was double charged for my rental and representative at 3212 East Abram St Arlington, TX 76010 location was of zero help and I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour. Ridiculous. I should not have been double charged. Also, the car was not adequately cleaned at pick up and they basically said to just take the van. Never again.
This is my go to rental agency. Most days they always have what I need and on the off day that they dont, they have always been accommodating. Great service!!!
The lady that helped me into the counter was magnificent. Unfortunately my rental was to attend my fathers funeral in Kansas and the people at Avis counter were really awesome. They had empathy and I felt like they really cared for that reason I will continue renting from Avis

You will be REQUIRED to take your car to a car wash and get it cleaned inside and outside prior to return or you will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee. (photos included)I am preferred Avis member. I travel for my job so I rent cars all the time from Avis. 1st time at this location and last. I rented a SUV for our summer vacation. I picked up car and they only had cleaned outside, but didnt have time to clean inside. Whatever no big deal. It wasnt that bad. When I returned the car the guy behind counter says car was filthy, and acts like he is doing me a favor in allowing me the opportunity to clean inside before charging me a $250 cleaning fee. Ridiculous. He suggests I go to a car wash and come back, but I should hurry because they are closing soon. See the attached pictures, this is normal usage. I have done many rentals, (Avis on 360, avis at Dallas Love and D/FW) and never had to asked to do this.

Had a flat tire and had to air up a tire before I drove to Houston at the center. The same tire was flat flat the next morning and had to push it to a Costco. Costco car team replaced the tire with the spare. Then vehichle tire pressure was off when I picked the car, thats why I put air in it before I left the lot. On my way home the spare tire kept losing air. Great customer service when I picked up the vehicle, but bad service returning it. Car smelled like cigarettes when they charge a no smoking fee. Great price but bad car rental service and they dont check the vehicle.
Do not rent here if your doing uber! They will add excess fees once you are done renting through them. I rent through Turo and it’s been a lot cheaper ($27 a day compared to Avis $40) and easier process (no waiting on a car). This Avis charged me $800 in fees but it got sorted out through my bank. Please save yourself the headache, the reviews don’t lie.
WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY EVER! The customer service was great, the counter help was helpful and kind, however they made mistakes:Wrong Return Date--Cost me more money and a late feeThe car provided was faulty and left me stranded waiting for roadside assistance. After three hours, I received a jump start due to a faulty battery and was charged $218 for the help. I disputed the bill when I received via email indicating the batter was faulty, and they asked if I purchased roadside assistance package. When I said no, it was irrelevant as the battery was faulty, customer service switched stories and said the service company indicated it was my negilgence. I spoke with the roadside assistance company, and they provided me the report they submitted which indicates--no--it indeed was a faulty battery. Further, they received $19 for the service and my bill was $218. Avis made an unauthorized charge on my account while this is in dispute. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Great customer service but extremely slow service I wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a vehicle. They had 1 man doing the best he could to tend to everyone. He had great customer service. But that wait was ridiculous.

Where do I start horrible experience. I’ll start with when I picked the car up it was scheduled to be ready at 11am I didn’t get the vehicle until 3. When I got the car there was NO OIL in the vehicle what so ever. I was taking trip and refuse to drive long distance with no oil in the vehicle. The car wasn’t clean inside or out. When I came to bring the vehicle back me and another customer waited 30 mins for someone just to come to the front desk. Once we stated talking to the younger rep we realized that the manager was SLEEP in his office the entire time we stood there for 30 mins. NEVER RENT FROM THIS AVIS OFF ABRAMS so much more to say but this will do

I could have select no star if it is available. They are very unprofessional and rude. They force to take the car whichever they want. Even though they have cars available in same category they dont give you the car you prefer if you dont take full insurance from them. They just lie saying it is due for service or giving some lame excuse. Within an hour they rented the same car to another customer. I had similar experience with Avis before. Because of them my whole vacation spoiled. I went with Enterprise. For little extra money I got a great car and more importantly exceptional customer service. I learnt my lesson. I will never ever rent a car from Avis or Budget in the future even though their rental is less.
I cant say enough good things about Tammy and Andrea. I was very stressed about getting our vehicle to the VPC for shipping. They helped coordinate picking me and my 2 small children up and made that portion of my day so simple. I would absolutely rent from them again!
Awesome customer service from all the staff I encountered. I had a rental that I was suppose to drop at the Dallas Airport but dropped it off at this location instead. They gladly took it. When I returned it I also had my truck with me which I just picked up from overseas delivery. Its battery was dead and they jumped it and directed me to the nearest auto parts store. I also forgot my garage door opener in the rental. I called the car was rented out but when it returned they were able to find it. Thank You AVIS!!!
I pre-paid for a vehicle ($330)and went to pick up the vehicle and they didnt have it available, so they gave me a lesser vehicle ($158) for the weekend.. I havent gotten a refund or any explanation to why...
Very good services I had. They open on Sunday so that save us money over the weekend. They also have cheaper vehicles than Enterprise.
Had a great experience. Andrea Mays went out of her way when my company made a mistake To make sure that we got things taken care of and actually stayed late to make sure it happened
