Excellent service from this company. My 2016 Chrysler Town and Country was in bad shape. I thought my vehicle was a lost cause and that no-one can return it back to its glory. But these guys, Detailing Docs, performed a miracle to my vehicle. They have done a fantastic job inside and outside of my van. My wife loves it and so do I. There are enough 5+4 star reviews I have read for me to check them out. So I brought my new but used car to Detailing Docs & they shined that baby right up! The mats are spotless, my leather seats conditioned. The dash dusted. The windshield gleamed from both sides. Also the most filthy part of the car was restored to brand new cleanliness; the armrest storage. The hospitality of the front office was nice. I appreciate being told that the ceiling of the car wasnt going to be scrubbed on too hard because of the glue, so seeing faded spots upon pickup wasnt a surprise. What is preventing me from giving yall 5 stars is that the leather trim around my 4 doors wasnt completely cleaned. You can see where the workers started & stopped. Also the smallest glass (rearview mirror) was still stained. But as clean as the car was for UNDER $200, 👍👍 I am happy!

Very pleased with Tony and the crew at Detailing Docs. This is my second time to utilize the talents at this organization. I had two of my boat seats recovered at the recommendation of Tony. I thought I would get them done one at a time. When I pointed out to Tony that the first one was done a little smaller (see cushions in boat), Tony redid the initial cushion and the second one to near perfection. I am very happy with the work and will use Detailing Docs in the future. I will warn you he is very busy, but tries to make time for each and every customer. Also, why a detail shop has a dirt/rock surface around its building is both a challenge and a puzzle to me. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended.

Paid $180 for detailing and by the end of it they were expecting me to pay $255. It looked okay after they finished, not enough to gripe about. The next morning all the issues became apparent. There was still dirt on the windshield and hood, the cupholder was never cleaned, apparent scratches on the interior and exterior they didnt touch up. Grass stuck to the exterior panel.They expected me to pay 200 bucks to vacuum out my car apparently.

I payed $130 for an interior clean and I could have done a better job. Which ever cleaning product they used left a greasy feel on everything! It was gross! They didnt even clean the cupholder and I know they shampooed the seats but it still smelled the same to me. I was hoping for a new car smell and a clean car.

I took my pickup to here on Saturday 08/17 2019 to have the drivers sear cushion cover replaced and have a full detail done and was to pick it up by noon Monday 08/19/2019. Tony gave me a reasonable price to do this. Then my wife called at 11:45 to see if it was ready and Tony told her no and he would call or text her when it was ready. We live an hour away so we have to watch what time to travel. My wife called again at 1:30pm and it still was not finished. So my wife told him we would pick it up on Tuesday 08/20/2019 by 11am. The bottom line is he charged us $50.00 more and said it was because of dog hair. If the whole cab was full of dog hair it would not be worth that. The passenger seat looks as though they just spot cleaned it. The rear step bumper has compound blotches all over it and was not cleaned or shined and they broke a letter on my tailgate. Carpet dried and looks terrible. Live and learn I guess. The 1 star is for the seat cover being done very nice. I would not ever go back there.

I went to upholstery and detail on bowen Street in Arlington to get my car cleaned because I had gone through a flood on Lancaster avenue and I spoke to a man there named Tony it was very nice to me and i explained to him about getting my car cleaned. I just have to say he did an excellent wonderful beautiful job on my car. My car had the most horrible smell in it one because of the flood and two apparently I had some food underneath my chair that I didnt know and it had molded out and Tony was able to clean the car and made it smell really good My car is a 2016 Nissan Altima it now looks like a 2021 Nissan Altima because it is so clean and beautiful inside and out I will recommend anybody to go to Tony to get your car cleaned inside and out He does a wonderful job. He does take a couple of days but like he says if you want it done right and professionally it is going to take a couple of days and it was well worth it I love my car thank you Tony thank you so much for helping me out please go to Tony and have him help you clean your car as well.

Would not recommend to anyone, they put wrong color upholstery on my sons boat, kept changing the date that it would be ready, did not change all the carpet, did a bad job on upholstery, glue everywhere, told us it would be ready at 5, then 7 we waited till 1am for the boat to be ready, then when we were driving home at 1am in the morning the front of the boat pads and cushions flew out of the boat on I-30, the owner told me that was not his responsibility ! to much BS and just doesnt do what they say they will do.

Our boat looks amazing! He spent a lot of time cleaning every detail, inside and outside, even the trailer!! Highly recommend and he came to our house, which was a lot easier with a boat.

Detailing Docs did an excellent job. I had some problem areas on the exterior and they exceeded my expectations. Headlight restoration was terrific and the interior is very clean.

I needed a convertible top replacement last year for my wifes 2004 audi TT. Tony was very open about the pricing which was more than reasonable! Initially there was an issue with locating the right top but he resolved that with a different supplier. The top looked brand new and he even included a free detail! Will NEVER come back here or recommend anyone here either. the owner is a liar and cheat. I was looking for my seats cleaner. getting my car appraised so I call and tell him whats going on. so he says in yeah I can do that for you come over to the shop. sends me the address through text... I get there and talk to a worker and he tells me no it cant be done. so Im getting ready to leave and he comes out and tells me to pull up to the front that the guy was wrong and he was going to tell them how. Im thinking okay hes the owner he knows what hes saying. an hour goes by and its ready. seats are wet and its kind of dark so it looks fine. I pay and leave. Seats are now dry and guess what still dirty. I go back in the morning and I talk to the owner and he immediately gets an attitude with me. Im showing him the seats and he has the audacity to tell me that the seats were clean when I left. so the seats just magically got dirty overnight? Im unsatisfied with the half attempt made and he refused to return my money. He lied to me and the end product is not what was promised. I will be making a civil suit. Does this look clean to you.

Wanted a to get a pair of seats upholstered. They were brand new but wanted better cushion and fabric. Googled shops in the Ft. Worth area. This place had pretty good reviews so called and made an appointment to go check them out. The owner, Tony agreed to meet me and show his product. We went into his office and I immediately noticed the signs on the wall stating quality, customer satisfaction, and honesty is paramount for his business. He showed me some previous examples of his work. I chose the fabric, he quoted me a fair price, and waited for them to be done. I was very, very pleased with the workmanship. The seats are exactly what I was expecting. I am so pleased with his company and their ethics that I am having them do paint work for me. I highly recommend them.

Had set up an appt with Detailing Docs for my Hyundai Sonata. Its a relatively old car with quite a lot of build up over the years from pets and kids, especially my two dogs. Tony said it might take a day to get this one settled back to its brand new shape. about 6 hours later I got the call to come pick it up, Ive never seen it that clean since I first got it! I visited this place after reading all the reviews. I was getting married and needed to have my car detailed and my leather seats upholstered because a leak in the driver-side door allowed acid rain to seep in and damage the leather. The passenger door of my accord was also dinged due to an accident. He answered my off-hours call and assured me that he will take care of my car. He kept me updated on the cars status and I received my car back just in time for my wedding-day. Happy wife, happy life! The price was very fair. The owner cares deeply for his customers. I called the Detailing Docs to do a super clean on my car because I was selling it. So that included the engine as well as super tricked out inside as well. Darren did a magnificent job and the car was pristine, just like show room floor quality. This is such a great way to get your car done while you work at the office, they come completely self sufficient. Wonderful service. Everyone at the office will be using them.

Came in to get a reupholstery estimate on my drivers side leather seat, and 3 hrs later I was the happiest man alive. He was busy, but after some begging he agreed to take care of me right away. If your looking to get some work done on the cheap, this is not the place. If you want quality and your upholstery looking like the day it was new, this is the spot.

Had the super service done on my trusty old 2002 f-150 super cab, which was pretty filthy, and was very pleased. It looks ready to go on the lot (but Imma keeping it!)This was done 2 weeks ago. Engine and interior detail was great, and all done in 6 hours. also got a reasonable quote on a minor upholstery issue and paint job for the hood. These guys do good work. I will be back....

Beware you can do what they can for yourself for free. They didnt attempt to clean half the truck and didnt clean under my seats. And ripped my seat fabric. They also refused money back or even half of it back. But the owner did offer to give me the cleaners tip back which really shows the kind of person he is. Plus he got sick of me so he blocked my number. Very unprofessional. Im sure he will reply to this with some bs excuse below.

I had the interior of my car detailed, and it was a great experience! First off, I was short on time and Tony was able to make a same day appointment (on a Saturday). My car was pretty stained, so he had two people work on it instead of one to make it faster. I waited in the waiting room where there was the option of having cold water, soda, or coffee. He had phone chargers for use, comfy couches and a television. Tony (the owner) was very personable, kind and accommodating. The guys who detailed my car did an amazing job. It took about two hours; and it was definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this establishment.

I got my Toyota Tundra detailed here after spending about $600 around different detailers. We took it off-roading and my kid got sick and threw up in it. No one was able to take the stench and the stains from the carpet out. Tony assured me that Darren is THE man for this job, and boy was he! Did an excellent job and it’s been about 2 weeks and my car has no odor any longer! Highly recommend these guys.

I had a case of Dr Pepper explode in my car last summer and just cleaned it up very little on my own since it was my utility vehicle. These guys came in after a year and just POOF its gone, even all the coffee stains on the seat from UBER riders spilling all over the seats were history car is a 2004 saturn VUE looks newer than most new cars on the inside now. GREAT work guys!!

I had a simple coffee stain that I needed to get out and a stain from an energy drink on my back seat that I needed to get out I paid 129.00 and the stains and the coffee stain is still there, the interior was not cleaned at all. This place will RIP YOU OFF!!!! Called and the owner said I had to have a deep clean. Thats what I paid you for. It doesnt even look like they shampooed them at all.

Excellent job done on my corvette. We drove in to Arlington from Houston last night and wanted all of the bugs and build up cleaned off of the vehicle. I got the best package they had and I’m very happy with the outcome.. will definitely use again next time I’m in town..

MORE THAN DETAILINGI bought a slightly used (2,000 miles) car that had three scratches on the rear bumper. I took it to Detailing Docs knowing that Tony and the guys would do a great job, and they didnt disappoint. When the car came back, it looked brand new and still looks that way today. This was my second time going to Detailing Docs, and I will definitely go back again.FABULOUS WORKI took my 2009 Camry to be detailed in preparation for selling it. I brought in a car in extremely bad shape, (I mean truly trashed/never cleaned in 6 years) and these guys gave it a total make over. They charged me extra for the pet hair and the extra time it would take to clean, which I happily accepted, considering the state of the car. I didnt think it would ever look this clean again, but they pulled it off. Just FYI, it took them two and a half hours. Hopefully, youre not as gross as me, and they can do your car faster. The seats were still pretty wet on my way out, so maybe consider bringing a towel to sit on. If youre expecting happy-go-lucky customer service, youll be disappointed, but if you have an ounce of patience, then youll get along fine. Its not a whole-foods. I mean, Imagine if it was your job to clean my nasty car. You wouldnt smile either. So minus one star for those two minor draw backs. Overall, Im very pleased with their results. WORTH IT!

I took my daughters car to get it detailed. While there we talked about other options for an easier sale. Tony was amazing. They did a fabulous job on the detail and repaired the seats. My sons truck was very dirty. Tony and his crew made it look new again. Seats were greasy and they somehow got it all out. I had the deep detail done. It was worth it. Motor looked great, and paint looked amazing. Clay bar made it smooth. I was pretty impressed.

I can’t believe how great the wakeboard boat Upholstry came out! While all other shops around quoted me weeeks for 5 cushions, Tony had them done in 2 days and they look amazing!! The price was half of the others as well!

Very highly disappointed with services from Detailing Doc. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 a.m. today. Showed up at 4:30 p.m.hoping my vehicle would be complete! Only to find out they were still working on it!!!!!!!!! And not to mention dashboard, console and carpet not done correctly for $119.... but, I was given a $29 DISCOUNT!!!!!!!!! We found this place on Google and based off the reviews we decided to bring our mustang here. There were minor scratches that we had not been able to get out and they are now gone and the car looks great! I did not have a wait for them to start on my car and the made accommodations while I waited for my car to finish being detailed and washed. I was offered a free drink while I waited as well. My car looked great when they finished. The inside and outside was cleaned really well. I am very happy with the service they provided. I called Toyota to have the Prius detailed. The service man quoted me a price and then informed me his commission wouldnt be worth my dissatisfaction. He recommended I find a good detail shop. Needless to say I was a bit shocked by his honesty but appreciated it. I am so glad I found Detailing Docs! When I spoke with Tony he was very professional and courteous. He quoted me the same price as the Toyota dealer (unknown to him). Darrell arrived on time was courteous and Professional. He worked non stop for three hours on my car (it was a mess with pet hair). When he finished there wasnt one pet hair I could find. The car looks great!! I appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to doing an excellent job. Detailing Docs is now my go to for the care of my car.

This long overdue review is so easy to write! Took my car in few months back. I had brown leather seats and door panels and wanted everything changed to black. He did my seats and just recently, I finally took it back to get the door panels done. The job they did is AMAZING to say the least. I would never be able to tell that I had everything redone. Did an amazing job. I had a 2015 Ford Fusion and the material of the interior is hard to get clean. I was crunched for time so he had his guy work on it on a Sunday when they are usually closed. He did an AMAZING job. Made the whole inside look as good as new, which after three toddlers, I thought was going to be impossible. Definitely worth every penny!!!

Amazing service! Owner was very gracious to loan me one of his cars while I left my friends car to be detailed. He did wonders by removing paint that has spilled on the carpet in the car!!

I was so impressed with the work done at Detailing Docs and would highly recommend them to anyone. I took my mother-in-laws car in to be detailed and to repair the back bumper that had a bad area where the paint was scrapped off. Tony originally said it would take 2 days, but when I told him it was a rush, he was able to complete the job the same day! The car looks like new! I will definitely use them in the future!

They detailed my car, i have 4 kids under 12, it was like new. I came back 2 weeks later and had them fix the upholstery where my boys riped leather off the door. I had this fixed previously at another place and it was no time before it was riped up again...detailing docs fixed it right and guaranteed their work. It still looks new. Thank you so much for great customer service and i will definitely be back for anything my vehicle needs.

Tony and his crew squeezed us in late on a Saturday. The car went in filthy. Between kids and a shedding dog it was in rough shape. And its a big vehicle. They took the time to do it and worked late getting the job done. When they gave it back to us, it looked better than it did when we bought it. All the dog hair was gone. All the stuff kids leave hidden cracks and crannies of a car: gone. Everything was polished and shiny.Absolutely wonderful job, and I will be returning here with more business.

I brought my car in to get the upholstery on the doors replaced and ended up getting it detailed inside as well. The upholstery looks fantastic and the car is cleaner inside than when I bought it. Tony and his guys did an outstanding job. The job was done quickly and as thoroughly as if it were their own car. I would highly recommend them to anyone! A+

Detailing Docs came to my workplace within thirty minutes of my call. They spent several hours on my car while I didnt miss a beat at work. I came out to a wonderfully clean car. Without giving any specific instructions they hit very specific areas that needed attention. Very friendly service made for an effortless experience on my part. I highly recommend!

I brought my boat in for a full polish and detail and they did a great job and had immediate availability. The owner Tony went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I had come to them with my previous upholstery job as his quote was better than what I paid. Highly recommend!
