TriVistaUSA recently completed the construction of a screened-in porch and an in-home office. My wife and I love the results. It was a lot of work to complete this project, but the crew was very attentive to all of the details and very responsive to our requests. In particular, the fabulous project manager (Boyd) was very professional and responsive. They are great, and you should definitely consider them when you have a home improvement project in mind.
I needed a very old garage completely rebuilt and they worked within my budget to not only remodel the space, but add a bonus space that I’m using as a gym. They communicated clearly and transparently throughout the process, and addressed all concerns I had. Great company to work with!
Trust. That is the word that stands out to me when I think of TriVista. We had difficult experiences with contractors during our previous two large home renovation projects. Given the considerably larger scope of this latest project and our past experiences we were, at best, apprehensive going into the process of finding a builder/designer for our addition. From the very first meeting Michael created what I can only describe as a feeling of togertherness. We felt listened to as individuals. Michael never made us feel as though he was selling us something. He made it clear they would do whatever was in their power to make us feel comfortable with the project and establish appropriate expectations. Throughout the entire process Michael and his team established and maintained TRUST.TriVista has an effective process from pre-construction, design/build, right on through construction that established expectations for both sides. There were certainly some hiccups along the way but TriVista always made things right, assuaged our fears, and maintained our trust.Pam was wonderful throughout the design phase in helping us work through an exhausting process of picking fixtures and finishes. We became so confident in her selections that if we were ever in doubt we would defer to her. And we could not be more happy with the finished product. Everything from cabinet pulls, to tiles, right up to our gorgeous master bath tub.Denny was a superstar throughout construction. I could go on and on with details but one situation fully illustrates the type of company TriVista is. As we approached move-in and the project was nearing completion we noticed that the kitchen island countertop was not the correct size. It was short about 6 inches. My wife and I confirmed this by looking at the plans. We fully expected push back based on past experience with other contractors. As soon as we brought it up to Denny he looked at the plans, owned the mistake, and had the countertop guys back out to install a new counter. No arguments, no rationalization; just a new island countertop. Denny kept our project on track, in budget, and delivered on time.As we moved through the punch list Shanti was a godsend. We had moved back in by this point, a bit early due to family circumstances; and she could not have done a better job of managing all the contractors. Not to mention our frustrations that come with living in a job site. Even as our punch list has been completed Shanti and TriVista continue to work with us on issues that aren’t their doing. For example, during a furniture delivery the movers severely scratched our floors. Shanti is working with us and the POC for the furniture company to help us get the floor repaired.I certainly can’t leave out Steve. He helped make the financial side of things practically a breeze. He was quick to respond to questions and requests. We had a special financial situation that could have easily spiraled out of control and cost us a lot of money over the long term. He work with us to figure out a solution and turned an extremely stressful situation right around. And thanks for the weekly calls Steve. It was great to have another person to bounce things off of.A special shout out to Victor and his boys who we got to know pretty well during the punch list process. They do fantastic work and are a reflection of the type of company TriVista is going right down to their subs.We continue to be amazed with our new home. Going with TriVista for this project was amongst the best decisions we’ve ever made. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team. We trusted them with our home and would do it again!!
I cannot say enough about TriVisaUSA- they have been fantastic thoughout the process (including being very patient with me when there were some speedbumps during COVID), expertly handling the condo board process and working day to day within the condo rules and regulations and with the building manager. The work they do is top notch and the subs they work with are genuinely talented and- across the board- dependable and pleasant people to be around. The whole team was exceedingly responsive whenever I had a question or concern.Working with Denny and Shanti was *amazing.* Both are really good at what they do and would get what I wanted to do despite the fact I never used any sort of technical term and figured out the logistics of how to make it work. They also were great at making suggestions based on their experience resulting in changes I never would have thought of but that made things sooo much better. They were always ready with creative solutions to deal with the limitations necessarily imposed by condo living (e.g., installing a whole new lighting scheme in a concrete ceiling) and my place turned out even better than I could have imagined! Denny is exceptionally kind, patient and helpful in finding the right solution for any situation. He was fantastic about raising any issues that came up in our weekly on site meetings (even if small issues I would have never known about, which I deeply appreciated) and presenting me with solutions/options so that things kept moving. Shanti is like the worlds kindest drill sargent - she is, like Denny, kind and patient, but man can she make things happen and keep things on track!!! She commands respect from her constituents (subs, suppliers, etc.) but always with so much courtesy and a genuine smile on her face. It was an absolute pleasure working with Shanti, she was always upbeat and was really a joy to be around. Im looking forward to Denny and Shanti handling my kitchen remodel in the future ;)
I cannot say enough nice things about TriVista. From start to finish, they were responsive to my needs, got my aesthetic, did beautiful work - clean, well done, on-time and in budget! Everyone who worked in my house during this stressful time was careful, respectful, and friendly. Doing laundry still isnt fun, but its nicer in my new laundry room. I feel like Im at the day spa in my new master bath and cant wait to do some T-day cooking in my gorgeous new kitchen. Best recommendation: I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Very professional firm with quality and customer satisfaction Shanti is super helpful and amazing could be more happy with everything they do!
When you work with great people, you get a great experience. TriVista’s commitment to service and relationships is simply unparalleled. A year after our renovation, they are still wowing me with their responsiveness. These folks will take excellent care of you and your project.
We worked with TriVista twice, and we are very happy with the results and the experience. They renovated our kitchen for us and then a few years later built a screened porch for us. Both projects had some challenging design constraints, and TriVista came up with lovely and creative options at a variety of price points. TriVista provides excellent customer service and their design process in particular is quite fun.
I have to admit—when we first approached the idea of a renovation, I was skeptical. I thought home renovations were mostly about making the house look pretty. But this renovation was about a lot more. We were building a new family. Six years after my daughter Caroline’s mother died, I had gotten remarried. And the house really didn’t work for our new family. The biggest problem--there was no place where we could be together. The main floor didn’t have an integrated area where we could share meals or watch a movie. The three of us tended to retreat to separate spaces.Michael and his team brilliantly conceived and executed a plan that brought the living areas together in a seamless whole, removing clutter, bringing in light and improving flow. It’s beautiful. But more than that, it’s a place where our family comes together, where the three of us spend most of our time. Its nice to live in a beautiful house, but what really fills my heart is seeing my wife and daughter comfortable and happy in our living space. Thank you, Michael and TriVista, for that.
Super easy to work with.. and they worked really well with our condo management people - which was key to everything going smoothly. They did a great job of sitting down and talking to us about what we wanted - we had problems figuring out exactly what we wanted the renovations to look like, but they sat down and talked to us to see what we needed and why we wanted things the way we did. When we had trouble articulating it, they sat down and kinda pulled it out of us. In the end they had some pretty creative solutions to get what us exactly the kind of renovation we wanted. And they had some good work-arounds when there were obstacles, while still staying in budget and on the schedule we needed them to be on.
Michael Sauri and TriVistaUSA are not just home builders, they are life-savers! After a miserable experience with an evil contractor that left us with half a home, a junkyard for a backyard, structural nightmares, and financially depleted, we had no idea where we would be able to turn. Who could we trust after what we had just been through? Well, Michael swept in and brought sanity back to our life.In a systematic, well thought out manner, he helped us address each critical issue. He listened to our needs, desires, and concerns and then developed a plan of action that was tailored for us. His staff and subcontractors were hard working, neat, and friendly. When they were faced with challenges (and there were many), they took them head-on and found creative solutions. When issues did arise, Michael was always quick to address them. We now have a beautiful home — a huge kitchen that opens up to a great room with lots of windows; a master suite with a fireplace, walk-in closet, master bathroom with soaking tub, shower, and his and her sinks; an office; a second large living area; laundry room; mudroom; and two-car garage. It’s amazing — mere words don’t do it justice!Thank you so much Michael Sauri and TriVistaUSA for building our dream home!
TriVista did an amazing job on my DC home. Even after putting in all new double and triple paned windows, the part of my home built in 1931 was very expensive to heat and the newer section also needed additional help to retain heat. TriVista carefully accessed all of my four story home and shot foam insulation throughout the home -- not only from top to bottom but from east to west and north to south. They reduced my heating costs to one-third of what I had been paying, and they also replaced walls and repaired and repainted whole floors of my home. I have continued to call upon their superior contractors to remodel bathrooms, closet areas, and other jobs throughout the past twelve years and am able to count on their excellent workmanship in all they do.
Very professional firm with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
