Oh man. I found this from all the great reviews, and so I am shocked at how horrible our experience was. They were NOT the cheapest quote we received, but we were hoping for quality work so didnt mind paying for it. Unfortunately, quality is not what we got.Our project was supposed to take one week, Monday to Monday. We planned to be out of the house for that duration as we have infant twins and did not want them around the fumes.We received a call 2 days before scheduled completion from Angel that they were wrapping up and we could walk the project with him. We were still out of town until the scheduled end date, and then Angel said he would be gone until the end of that week,, but I figured with them completing early, they must not have much to touch up and I could just follow up with him later. BOY WAS I WRONGWe showed up to the house and there is trash all over our front yard. We enter the house and it is FILTHY (after we paid extra for cleaning, mind you). They were supposed to install a new ceiling fan, it is still on the ground with EXPOSED WIRES on our ceiling. The trim that was installed was the complete wrong type. There was clearly two different types of sheen used on the walls, one flat and one satin. The retexturing was very sloppy. They did not even bother to take the socket covers off before painting, nor tape over the outlets because they just painted right over them! They didnt take off handles or anything like we were told they would and like you would expect from a pro crew. Just sloppy.I called Angel with my concerns, and he said that the fan wasnt installed because the downrod doesnt fit. A quick check by my husband and yes, it totally DID fit, but more importantly, why are we only JUST THEN hearing about it, when the project was supposedly done days prior? He sent a his painter back out two days later to start addressing our painting quality issues, but theres really only so much they can do without starting the project completely over, and we didnt have time for that. Not to mention, we adamantly wanted our children away from these fumes, but now we had no option but to live in this for ANOTHER WEEK AND A HALF while they fixed things. Yes, you read that correctly. It took them more than twice as long to complete.Finally Angel comes back into town and I have him come over to see the issues. I show him the incorrect trim was installed and he says yes you are right that is not what I sent the trim guy. So CLEARLY Angel never bothered to visit the project at any point.Also, we were quoted and requested Sherwin Williams paint. They used Behr. Which is far less expensive and far lower quality.To their credit, they did what they could to fix the problems, but there were far too many problems for a Pro job, and not everything could be fixed.

We used ProBrush to paint our master bathroom after updating our shower and vanity. They also helped us select and install a sliding barn door for the bathroom, which has really added to the overall appeal of our new bathroom. We were very happy with their work. They were very professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up after each day. Would definitely recommend!

Angel was awesome. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. These guys finished the project in half the time of the proposal. Work is spot on. Couldnt be more pleased.

We had them paint our entire inside of our new 2nd story addition and the outside. it was no small task and they were great to work with, walking the site with us a few times to make sure its what we wanted and all touch ups were done.

These guys are good. After watching them paint my neighbors house I decided to ask for an estimate. I had two estimates already and was prepared to use another company. However after getting the estimate weighing out the cost and seeing the level of care that was taken on my neighbors house I decided to go with Pro Brush. It was not necessarily the cheapest. They did an excellent job on all levels. As with most home projects there are always unforeseen Bumps in the road so to speak. Each time that we face the challenge that was unexpected I was able to communicate what needed to be done and they helped come up with a solution. Most of the time this was handled without involving The entire chain of command. It says a lot for leader ship when the guys can handle these challenges without having to get approval for every little thing. Or in most cases people just try to get out of doing what really should be done. So I’d like to thank Rene Angel and all three of the other crews that worked on our house to get this project finished professionally in a timely manner. Thank you again And I will be calling you in the future.

We had some interior damage that needed to be repaired due to some previous foundation issues. Pro brush showed up on time to give us an estimate, had the quote ready within a couple hours and were actually able to start the job the very next day. The workers showed up on time, were very respectful of my family and our home. They took their time carefully removing curtains and blinds, and completely covering our couch and tv stand with plastic. Even laying down paper on my floors so they wouldn’t get our wood floors dirty. The work they did exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call Pro Brush for future projects in my home.

I would highly recommend these guys! I needed my whole interior house painted asap. Jesse & Rene came out the next day for a free estimate and the next week to start the job. They were always on time and lots of great communication. I talked a lot with Emily on the phone who was always polite and happy to answer my questions. They kept me updated along the process. Before starting the project, Lucy came out to make sure we went through what was to be painted and any questions I had. My painting team was Jerry, Leo, & Lucia- they were great! I found a few areas that needed touch up during the process and they got to it right away. I had lots of questions and added a couple of jobs in and they had no problem with that. I also have little kids and they worked around me trying to fix them breakfast and packing them up to leave in the mornings. I loved how they took very good care of moving our belongings and they left the job site super clean! I find their pricing was definitely fair and not over priced. Overall, I really enjoyed working with them! Oh! And forgot to mention...my house looks awesome! :)

If you need painting and repairs, look nowhere else! I had an excellent experience working with Pro Brush Painting. Jessie and his crew (Cesar & Sylvester) were extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed my house painted and some siding re done. The crew made sure I was okay with everything before they finished one job and went on to the next. If there was ever a discrepancy, I could call Jessie and it was handled immediately. Additionally, Miriam who I believe is their office manager was always there to help. If I couldnt reach Jessie directly through his cell phone, I could give the office a call; she would relay the message and Jessie would call me in no time, to straighten out any details. They went above and beyond for a MORE than reasonable price. Full job took 5 days to complete and most likely would have been completed sooner as the first two days were rainy and the crew could not work the full day. Jessie himself was out there on the last day helping to finish up. I would definitely work with this company again.

Very easy to work with. They do a quality job. I had walls painted, ceiling repair at a site of mold which involved replacing dry wall, an air duct moved with ceiling repair, and a bookcase painted. Inevitably when paint dries, some touch up work may be needed. There was no problem getting them to come back out to do that touch up work. They definitely want the customer to be happy with the work. I also felt they knew their craft well and could advise on best paint types to use for the surface. Very flexible with time so could come at times that worked best for me, trying to work around my work schedule.

Third time hiring them for a paint job and would use them again! All the crew members were very professional. They took good care of all our furniture that had to be moved for the job and the floors. Cleaned up very well. Highly recommend.

Jesse and his crew are great! I have had him work on my house twice. First time was to repair a hole in my ceiling due to water damage. They did a great job, looks like new. During that same trip they repaired water damage to the ceiling in the garage. I was convinced that the garage ceiling would need to be replaced too. But after looking at it they said it didnt need to be replaced just repaired and painted. Any other contractor would have taken advanage of me.This week they came out and replaced some siding and repaired and repainted some other wood rot on my home. I called Monday, got a price Tuesday and the job complete on Wednesday.Both times they have come out they are very punctual and leave no messes. They do a professional job and their prices are great! Jesse even checks back to make sure you are satisfied with the work. No other contractor that I have come across would even consider doing that!I would recommend Jesse and his crew to my friends and family and anyone else needing some work done.

Pros: What was painted correctly looks great. Nothing was broken or damaged.Cons: Terrible communication with us and within their own company. We were told yes to all our requests and all our worries calmed but then when the day came to start painting it was a huge inconvenience. Painters arrived half a day late then went to lunch because no paint was even purchased even after receiving a confirmation email which said they received our color choices- wasting a full day for us. We were told we could stay in the house by Rene then told we shouldnt stay in the house by the painters because of the very strong fumes- forcing us to vacate for the night with our infant child. We were told our bathroom would be painted- it wasnt, only the ceiling was. The trim remained untouched and the wall never got a second coat as promised. The entire kitchen was painted the wrong color initially and had to be repainted- adding another day. Inconsistent arrival times, always unannounced. Our bedroom door frames werent painted even though it was discussed during our estimate visit and was even told I never said I would do that its not in our estimate when I brought it up - ok fine. Paint was dumped on our newly planted plants. Our final touch up visit had no scheduled time and what was touched up wasnt even what we discussed with their quailty control! So they arrived at 8am unannounced and claimed we had a firm 8 am appointment but no time was even given!I simply expected more professionalism from this company after reading so many good reviews. I would not recommend them to anyone until they can get their communication skills up to par.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with Pro Brush and there team. Renee, Giovanni, and others were so great to work with. I was calling and receiving quotes throughout the metroplex. I had a deadline in when I wanted this project done. Literally called on Tuesday and they finished my master bath on Friday. My bathroom only had 2 pieces of sheetrock on wall and ceiling done with tile floors we laid. Our original painter fell through and we were in a bind. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Jesse and his amazing crew were at our house at 8am the next morning! From the first conversation on the phone to the moment they finished, they were super professional. My dad called their crew an amazing machine! They knocked out 2 large rooms with tons of crown molding, thick baseboards and beam work. The result was beautiful and I couldnt stop admiring it. We will call them next time for sure and recommend them to everyone!

Do you remember Winston Wolfe (aka The Cleaner) from Pulp Fiction? That is how I would equate the painting style and clean-up from ProBrush, they are outstanding. A construction company sent a painter to my house who didn’t show up most days and when he did show up he damaged property and was the sloppiest bad painter, so then they sent me ProBrush. WOW, very professional, very meticulous, and I seriously cannot say how thankful I am that they finished the paint job flawlessly and the cleanup was also astounding. They were prompt and efficient and did a great job prepping and painting our house, staining and sealing the doors and sanding and sealing two decorative benches. Most impressive of all was the amazing job they did repairing the areas on the siding and soffits where destructive squirrels had attacked. Those repairs are seamless and perfect.
