Please don’t call this company. I had a simple clog in my main sewer, and was told there were tree roots growing into the pipes (they did not send a camera or anything, just “looked down there”). They told me I couldn’t use my washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen faucet or bathroom. They told me they needed to replace the pipes and quoted me a whopping $6500. Next, I was charged $375. They cleared the clog and left, warning me it would back up again if I didn’t take swift action.Next day I call root o rooter, they sent a camera down the main and saw no roots what so ever. In fact, NOTHING else needed to be done. There was no reason to stop using the kitchen or appliances, other than putting pressure on me to hire them. They saw a mom alone with two kids and decided to prey on her! These people are total scammers, please don’t call them.

I’m not sure if this listing is a scam, or if this company is just extremely unreliable. We called for an emergency with our sewer line. Our house was actively flooding with sewage. I was told that someone could be at our house in 2-3 hours. Hours later no one called, no one showed up. I tried calling back for an update and was told by the representative that he would get an ETA from the technician and call me back, and I never heard back. On further review, the Google phone # listed is different than the # on the company’s website. I would not recommend trusting this company with your needs.

Extremely expensive. Over the top. Why 3 people?

Called answered phone, explained problem and was told Master plumber on the way. Master plumber called and said he didn’t have the right tools to chip away concrete. I told him ok and to call main office and let them know. Master plumber called me 10 mins later and said he forgot he does have one on truck and said he would be here in 30 min. Hour later I call him back and he says he is driving to Home Depot’s... yes plural to get Gas for his cutting torch and will call me back Another 45 mins and said he cannot do the job.What a joke. Stay away if you have an emergency and don’t want to waste your time!!

We had a plumbing emergency and called. They seemed very responsive at first and stated someone would be here within an hour. I received a phone call that someone was on their way shortly after. After more than an hour, I called and was told there was an error someone was on their way and would be here in 10 minutes. More back and forth, until no one answered. No one ever showed up. A waste of 4 hours waiting....

We called because we had a big yard leak in our back yard. John came by and fixed it all in a couple of hours. We are very happy with the end result. This is a great company who we had called many times with our plumbing issue. Best service and plumber in town. Very happy! Thank you

We called 24 Hours Plumbing and had a wonderful experience with this company. Their plumber Mike was here ahead of time (we were quoted a hour to a hour and a half wait time but Mike got here in 45 minutes) to replace our water heater that was leaking. It was a emergency that went smoothly. This company was professional with their plumbing work. Mike diagnosis on the water heater was right on. We knew it was time to replace it and wanted a second opinion. We asked him the difference on getting a electric one compare to the gas water heater we had. He sure knows his stuff. We are so happy that the job was completed fast and how respectful the plumber was with all the mess. He handle everything with care and had our new 50 gallons gas water heater installed in no time. I recommend everyone to use this company for their plumbing problems especially their water heater. We got our new water heater on sale with their promotion deal. Excellent job and company! We liked these guys before, so we called them again. We were able to have them locate a yard leak quickly and efficiently. The price was right and the technician professional.

What a waste of time! Never showed up and then wouldn’t answer the phone again to talk to me and let me know. This is after repeatedly talking to the guys for the full 1.5 hours. First bad review of my life, they earned it.

Great plumbers they came out and rerouted my line in less than a day, and had me up and going before I had to take off on a vacation. I would recommend these to anybody who needs emergency plumbing and has leak underneath their house.

I called them on the weekend for a clogged drain. They sent out an almost apprentice who could do nothing but1. complain about the design of the plumbing in my home.2. At one stage attempt to convince me it was the toilets fault, and that he should remove it to prove his point.3. Curse and complain constantly.He left without fixing anything, including not replacing the toilet he removed. Had I known 24-hour plumbing would be so monumentally incompetent, I would have probably paid them NOT to come. There are plenty of professional plumbers around. No matter what the problem, its worth waiting until theyre open.*****EditThe plumber you sent was an apprentice, who had only been an apprentice for TWO DAYS.His apprenticeship agreement was laying in the front seat of the van, dated two days before.The problem was an inoperative sump pump. I didnt even know the house had one (just bought it), and the plumber I called after you figured it out in about 10 minutes.You got paid by the home warranty company.

I have a rental property in Arlington tx and I called 24 hour plumbing to fix my plumbing that was stop up They came out and did a great job, best part was that they were done in less than 30mins. thanks guys

This guys are great, they gave me a bid on the slab leak repair I needed and I went ahead and had them take care of it, it was the best price I found out of three other companies, they got the job done right and on the same day I call them. Strongly recommend them.

Someone did answer on this call? Told me it would be two hundred and fifty dollars plus additional charges (parts and labor) 4 actual problem I said no. Thank you and hung up. I said no thank you and hung up. A Sunday morning call.

This plumbing company did an amazing job on replacing my water heater I was out of town and they came in replaced it in the middle of the night while my tenants needed it for first thing in the morning so I highly recommend this company for anybody who is in need of a good plumber.
