No issues here. They do operate as a contactless operation here. You can call or go online to book a spot and get info. They will give you a gate code and a lock inside your storage if you need one for a charge. There is a kiosk inside the office and you can make payments there or get connected to a person via web

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! THEY WILL BREAK IN AND TAKE YOUR THINGS AND PUBLIC STORAGE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING! The property manager literally said she will not come over here! And still expect you to pay for the storage facility. The burglaries that happen here are disgusting, the facility knows its going on and don’t care! They don’t even tell you that the insurance you pay for doesn’t cover most of your things! Most of the reviews on here are paid reviews! If you want to lose every BY ALL MEANS USE THIS PLACE! This place need to shut down! It’s almost fraudulent whats happening here!

Please. Please. Save yourself the trouble. The regional manager stated “this location have more break in then they would like” This place, its managers or regional managers will not help you. The insurance does not cover your most important values! There has been multiple breaks weekly and they are not doing anything to protect your property. They don’t have anyone there to watch cameras or security or anything knowing that they are a hot spot for break ins! Before using this place be ready to replace all your valuables at any minute

BEWARE! This facility has a lot of break ins and they will not tell you. It’s in a bad part of Arlington. They don’t care about their customers and they know you could possibly lose everything if you store here they just want the money! Do not use this facility! These criminals have inside information about who is coming and going and how often you come to the facility. These people are very unprofessional and could careless!

Make sure all of your details are correct before paying them anything! I called to make a reservation and the day was wrong. I asked can we cancel it and redo it but the rep said no, maybe because it was almost time for her to get off work. Needless to say I cancelled the next day and now I have to speak with a regional manager to get my money back. Over 2 weeks later and I still dont have my money.Edit for response: Less on the apologizing and more on the refunding please 😒. 2021-05-21Edited for follow-up: I received a call from a regional manager and she was excellent and confirmed my refund. Coaching will be provided to original agent and all is well now.Follow-up 2021-5-25: I currently havent received my refund in full. I initially cancelled on 5/10/2021. I have been refunded for the key on 5/16 and that was it. 😒

I love how even on stressful days, you receive a phone call from someone who really cares about your needs. They really will take care of you.

Usually there is no one at this location to help but I came in to pay a bill and a young man named Tony was busy but took time to still show customer service and was able to help me make the payment at the machine.

If I could I would give this place zero Stars. Lady is extremely unprofessional and rude. I dont know who would have ever given them a five-star rating evidently they never had to actually put their stuff in the storage or take their stuff out of the storage or go in or out of the gate. Says gate access from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our U-Haul truck was locked in the storage overnight because we lost track of time and were still loading the truck at 9:00 p.m.. The alleged manager refused to open the gate and let us leave with the U-Haul truck we had rented causing us to have to pay a another day of rental fees.

The gates broke and I am stuck in the storage I put my code in and the gate still want open

The sweet Brittney everyone has mentioned sure took me by surprise! Flew in from Florida last week because my Grandfather is ill. Finding out he has 3 units at this facility (between him and my brother) they are spending at least $400/month. That in which, is with a doubt, irrelevant to my complaint. I had simply called because my brother asked me to check their dates on storage auctions. Sweet Brittney answered the phone and said the name of a website almost too quick to even recognize it was in fact a website she was giving me. She said something about advertising in the middle of all of that. So, I then asked if she would please repeat the information. She, in a very aggressive and rude tone said, Mam, Im with a customer right now and she hung up. At that time it was about 4:30 p,m. one day this past week. (Weekday to be exact so closing time would have been at 6:00 p.m.) I was shocked, and without hesitation, I called back once right after she had hung up. Of course there was not an answer. So I politely waited, and decided I would try again at 5:40. Respectfully leaving her enough time to still close the shop without being nagged last minute. I called a bit consistently until about 6:02 p.m. During my last calls, the other end had several different outcomes. A few times sounded as if a fax machine picked up, a few more got sent directly to voice-mail where sweet Brittney has a very mono-tone recording. (Very insincere), the other times I got to sit and listen to the phone ring until I was then greeted once again with sweet Brittneys mono-tone recording. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and disrespect I received through a place my Grandfather had chosen to secure his things. I am not happy to say the least!!

Man say! This is definitely the place to get a storage unit from!!! I went to this location (even though I live in Bedford) I was super stressed and didn’t know what type of unit I needed. No worries though, Kendal came to the rescue! She was super sweet and broke everything down to me, from prices to dimensions, the hole nine! She even sold me some mattress covers and I never buy anything extra because I’m super cheap! Lol! Kendal needs a raise she is AWESOME!!!!!All in a nutshell this is definitely THE PLACE you want to store your belongings!
