Been using them about a year. Not to bad. Used different sizes. Definitely treat your outdoor units for spiders etc monthly because there will be lots of them but its still ok

I have rented a storage unit twice from Assured Self Storage on Debbie lane. Both times my experience was great. The staff and management was always super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. Always clean and never had to worry about my stuff even though I lived out of state. Thank you!

We recently needed a place to store furniture in between moves so what is a person to do but head out in the wide world of google and look for the closest storage with good reviews. I can tell you the 5 stars are earned. This facility is clean, well maintained and secure. Ian and Mitchell have helped us out with dollies and showed us to our units. You read that right after our first was full we decided to rent a second. Recommend if youre looking for a well maintained storage facility. We got a great deal signing up on their website.

Assured Self-Storage/Arlington Tx-S. Collins:Ian, Manager and all the employees at the storage center, which helped ease me transition from 2 homes to the last stop near the center were very knowledgeable in assessing the perfect units needed for my storage and all of the employees were very helpful when needed. The grounds/ facility were always clean, well lit and heavy duty dollies were available to help move things around to my units.I can only say, if you are in the area and need a storage unit, you cannot go wrong with the group!

We were so thankful that reserving the storage units was so easy, especially doing so from another state. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. This is an especially clean property.

Great Manager! The facility is clean, well-lit, and in great condition. My unit is in the climate controlled section and stays in the lower 80s. I could not be happier with the discounted price Ive received for my first four months. Just met an outstanding young man, Mitchell, who is an employee of the facility. Polite and very helpful, just like his manager!

Great Pricing and location to store our office supplies & furniture. Very accommodating when what we thought would be the size needed until we saw it in person to realize that it may be too small they had the next size up ready to go at a great price and discount promotion. Personel is not sympathetic to your needs during the pandemic. Inside units had dead bugs. Has been well kept in the past!

A little pricey vs. the other businesses in the are. We picked it over those because of the close distance to our home. The staff were kind and knowledgeable and made us feel our stuff would be safe here while we are moving in nearby. The climate controlled building has always been clean. We are happy they have some dollies free to use, but we can’t always find them.

I was in need of storage space and after looking at several locations I chose this location. It is very clean inside and out. The customer service was and continues to be outstanding. I highly recommend!

I have been using this facility for years and could not be more satisfied. Durras called to ask for a payment so I wouldnt have to pay the late fee. They have always been helpful in the office and over the phone.

This place is very nice and the manager on site was great! I highly recommend this place who wants a safe place to the belongings.

I’ve had a storage unit here for a little over a year now and honestly have no complaints! I have a heated/cooling unit and it is always very clean inside. They have wonderful move in specials my first month was free back in August of 2016! Very friendly customer service.

Real friendly I came here and it was my first time getting a unit they walked me through the process told me about everything made it clear as crystal. I highly recommend this to anyone. When Ive gone to store something its always kept clean no trash flying around. Plus its in a prime spot not to into the city but not so far out. Its juuuuust right

Mary is the manager and she helps you through the process. The place is always clean and I feel good about her watching over my stuff. Cameras every where and she brings out water for you when its hot. She even gave me a few pointers on packing and stacking. Wouldnt store Anywhere else.

Mary, Olivia, and Duras gave us excellent customer service when the sale of our home closed sooner than expected. We found out on a Thursday afternoon that our closing was scheduled for the next morning at 11 am so we needed a storage unit right away. Duras took care of setting us up with a storage unit and helped us quickly rent another unit when we ran out of space. The sale of our home was a very emotional time for us; however, Mary, Olivia, and Duras took great care of us and made a stressful move much smoother for us. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from Assured Self Storage and will use them again should we ever move back to the Mansfield area.
