I must inform people looking for a excellent tire company by far beats Discount tire. By price and honesty Quite service. Example tire disposal fee is 8 cheaper and the tires are 50 % cheaper. I will never use discount tire again

I will begin by complimenting the facility itself, it was nice and clean very tidy. The interest today tire shop was very presentable they do offer complimentary water, the restroom was very clean for a tire shop. The sitting area sofa was a little too low for my liking.A purchase two tires and had them mounted and balanced, so I thought...after sitting and waiting on my vehicle for at least 2 hours, I approached one of the workers and ask why is it taking so long? He stated theyre having trouble with their balancing machine...maybe five minutes later, they advised me that my vehicle was ready. I paid my balance and left.During the week I decided to wash my vehicle and noticed that one of the wheels I purchase from the shop did not have any balancing weights. I need a third tire so I just decide I will have that same tire balance once I purchase the 3rd tire.Upon arriving to the tire shop the same gentleman approach me and asked if he could help...I brought to his I brought to his attention the that tire that they were having problem balancing about a week ago was not balanced. He immediately went became defensive and advised me that he stated to me to bring it back to have it balanced. I I replied you did not tell me that, he immediately restated I did! Whatever happened to customer service?At the rebalancing the tire and adding the new tire, I requested I keep my old tire...for those who do not know, there is a $2 disposal fee for tires. It was time to pay for my tire, he stated an amount more than what I calculated...when stated, oh yeah, you did request to keep your old tire...honest mistake, I am going to believe so.Would I go back to the same place in the future, yes...maybe within a year or two, this is a new facility and I believe all the employees are new to the tire industry... there was some minor damages done to my wheel due to the installation, but nothing to really get upset about. Within a year or two I can see them offering five star service to their customers.UPDATE: I just notice the 3rd tire they just replaced, the rim shows damages around the entire rim...Like I said early in my post, inexperienced individuals causing damages. I also lowered my 3 star review to a 2 star review.

This place is the worst! I spent $400 to get all new tires on my car. Since I had my newborn with me I didnt sit outside and oversee their work. I watched from the window.Why in tell hell was my back door opened before and after they lifted my car. To make matters worse I open my trunk to find my spare tire. Just throw in the hood of my car. Are you kidding me, they couldnt even do a common courtesy!!!!I asked for an alignment and was told I had to ball joints that needed to be replaced. Which is fine, I will NOT take my car back to this place. It just looks like a foreshadowing of bad news.

Excellent customer service. I stopped in needing help with something that had to be done right away that was over and above their usual services. Came here at 9am on a sunday, as stated on their operation hours. They opened at 9:20.The staff was friendly, and my oil change was done in less than 20 min. I’m pretty happy with this experience rather than waiting longer at other places.

Was about to drive out to Missouri for a funeral but needed tires really bad! The employees located me a full set of tires and installed them within 2 hours! I couldnt have been happier! Great job guys.

Had my brother take my truck in for an alignment because I have had it done before here. They tell him it’s a waste of money to do an alignment on a lifted truck... But they took my money and did one about 8 months ago... I let my brother know they did one before, he calls back and they tell him they may have, but they just don’t do them anymore. Just be honest and upfront.. That I can respect.

I would rate this shop a zero if it would let me. We got 2 new tires from them. While changing our tires, tells us it needs a new wheel bearing and they wont continue without it, so we did it. We pick up the car and the are 4 -- FOUR!!! -- dash lights on when the were none before!!! My mechanic says they replaced the wheel bearing backward and broke the sensor. We took it back to this shop to have them fix it and they say there is no sensor, they didnt do anything, and my mechanic did it. He didnt have to open anything to see it was done wrong. Do yourself a favor -- DRIVE AWAY FROM THIS SHOP QUICKLY!!! I promise its worth the ticket...

I brought my wheels and tires in to get it mounted and balanced. He told me that the price was 80 dollars. One of my wheel got damaged while being installed as I witnessed it happen. I told he had to fix the damage that they caused. Then he says the price was 120 dollars now since he installed my new valve stems. He was arguing with me saying that I wanted to get my service for free. I told him that I would pay for the services that they did but I wanted him to fix my wheel. He offered me a 30 dollars discount and walk away with my damaged wheel. I refuse the offer and I want my wheel repaired and I told him that don’t want to argue with him. He finally says he will repair my wheel. When I went to pick up my wheel after being repaired he told me not to come back anymore. I told him that I would never come back since this is how you treat your first time customers. I would rate this shop zero star if I could.

Ive had my oil changed here a few times and theyre always so quick to get me in and out. Very clean, nice waiting area and shop. Staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions.

I came in for an alignment & oil change & the mechanic noticed that I needed coolant & that I had some paint scuffs on my bumper. He replaced the coolant for a very reasonable price & even removed the paint scuffs at no charge. The best part was that I was in & out in 30 minutes. Great customer experience.

I called ahead and they told me to just bring my car in for an alignment and tire mount. I was in and out in about 35 min. The work was done in full view and they delivered the services I requested for a reasonable price. The front desk and mechanics were polite and the waiting area clean and comfortable.

They were very quick and kind. I got an oil change that was through Groupon. The only downside is that via Groupon they do not inform you of the $2.00 disposal fee that isnt covered. BUT, that is minimum and not an issue. I am definitely returning

I dont know how they getting all these 4 and 5 star reviews. The building is brand new and all that but these people dont know anything about cars. Its a waste of money. I had an alignment done and had to pay an additional 170 to get the camber and caster adjusted. Even after that it still pulls to the right. I just had another mechanic look at it and he told me that they didnt adjust the camber correctly. So now I have to pay someone else to do it all over again. They just want your money. They are not concerned with the safety of customers once they leave the shop. And I have a two year old daughter so safety is my number one priority. Dont waste your time or money.

Came 20 minutes before they closed the store for a wheel alignment, the manager told me it would take 20-25 minutes to do it but he was tired from working the whole day & READY TO GO HOME ”. I asked another worker if they had a manager (he looked at me from head to toes on a rude way and didn’t even reply me back). I came to find out that the manager was the first person that I spoke to.Seriously? If you’re about customer service you know you can’t tell no to a customer.You guys should change staff since these guys clearly don’t want to do their job.You guys don’t deserve my money. Going somewhere else.

Let me say that before they were ok now no way changed all staff not clean waiting area more than twice. Last oill change not happy one oill was dark brown not gold like before that had been and still had 2000 miles yet. I went else were oill filter was not changed the oill had clumps in it when drained. I will never go back or suggest any body else go

Good Service! Brought a truck to these guys to get a new tire. My truck that was just purchased had 3 brand new Michelin tires. Not sure why but needed the exact matching tire. The person that waited on me found the tire and priced it mounted & balanced $179.00. Already checked another major tire chain that was $50.00 higher. Confirm with the person helping me that my total price was $179.00. Returned to get the work done next day. BTW, these guys have state of the art equipment and a nice clean waiting area. Anyway different guy helped me, set up a time the tire would arrive and ask to confirm price again. This guy tells me yes its $179.00 plus tax. Just when I thought I wasnt talking to a salesman. He rears his sales head. I agree and do the math...$179.00 plus $14.00 and some change $193.00. They install the new tire, I settle up and now the price is $179.99 plus tax plus disposal fee $2.00 total $197.00. Dont get me wrong I still feel like these guys are a great tire store. I just dont understand why people have to use the old bump the price trick. Loose the tricks and let your service speak for itself.

This place is not where you want to go for service, I purchased 4 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment 8 days later one of the tire swell up on the side, and as Im on my way back to their shop to show them the tire it completely blows out, once I do get there he tells me that he has to send the tire off to be inspected before he can just replace it...now mind you there nothing in the tire and you can clearly see where it bursted on the sidewall on top of the fact I took pictures of the tire prior to it actually bursting, this place has cheap defective tires and their customer service is crappie when it comes to resolving a problem they just want to get your money ...NEVER AGAIN...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place is great! I went there after hitting a curb, it took 15 min to get my tires aligned. They did exactly what I came there for and we’re very honest. Fred and Fidel were very helpful. Clean place with cold bottles of water and my alignment is perfect. Great deal on Groupon, I’ll defini be going back!

Every since my first experience its been my best experience. Very friendly staff, helpful in guilding right direction in fixing my car for a safe ride. VERY GREAT PRICES! THE young man gerib that works the front always make sure i leave satisfied and wanting to return.

Told me I needed to have a tie rod changed for an accurate tire alignment. Got that changed and the alignment was still not accurate. On top of that, they stripped my lug nuts, so I could not get my tires rotated. Terrible Customer Service. Go anywhere but here.

Horrible experience. The young guy who changed my tire was terribly rude. His attitude is not what you want when you offer a service. He was rasict. After we paid for service our car was left in the garage and not brought out to us like the previous customer. We had to ask if we could take our car and they said yes. I’ve never been to a car place where I must back out of the garage. And if I just paid for my tire, you should have it ready for me to pick up. Never going back

DON’T GO HERE! Their supposed “mechanic” did a tune up on my Chevy truck. And when he was done the check engine light was on, a sensor was broke, my engine is miss firing now too!! And they refuse to give me my money back for the repairs they caused! Update! They didn’t even change all my old plugs out! Mixed copper and platinum! Omg! Horrible service!

Nothing but positives about this place!Firstly, they are a full service shop. I had a Groupon for an alignment. Saved me $40. Went in and discovered I needed new tires. Got a whole set of 4 for 300, including labor. Theyre decent tires.The service was outstanding. Moe was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. I was asked to Wait in the waiting room which is clean and plays informative car and tire snippets. There is free refreshments also. Only thing here is the futons are low to the ground, and Im only 53 with mainly torso.Moe went above and beyond when checking me out to find me the best price. He was knowledgeable about when I needed to return for maintenance amd oil changes, etc. I ended up with a 300.03 tab after the Groupon for 4 new tires, 2 year warranty and rotate/ balance, and an alignment on a 16 Jetta. Be advised the special of 49.99 tires are only 13 and 14 inch tires though.My car was pulled out of the bay for me, not sure about those other reviews. The technicians wish you off with good day wishes and Im pretty sure this was the best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop.

My advice would be avoid this place by all means!! Went in for a simple balancing and rotation of tires along with an alignment. I get called to the work area for them to show me that my camber was out of alignment. I said ok thats why Im getting an alignment, to get everything aligned. They said well its 49.99 extra to align the camber. I said why would it be extra, thats part of an alignment. They said we aligned everything else but if you want this done it is 49.99 extra and advised that I speak with the owner. The owner says the same thing so I ask if anything needs to be replaced, he talks to his guys and confirms that nothing needs to be replaced it is just 49.99 extra to align the camber. At this point Im highly irritated because they are trying to get over on me. I whip out my last alignment report and receipt to show that Ive never been charged extra to have the camber aligned during an alignment. He then proceeds to say okay theyll do it. I watch them pull my truck back in and put it back on the alignment machine. When they were done the owner comes in, gives a thumbs up, and goes to the register. I asked for my alignment report and he says that it is out of paper. REALLY CMON enough is enough. I refused to pay unless I could have my report. He says come back tomorrow, Im like okay Ill pay tomorrow, he says no you pay now say I demand a report before paying. He sends someone to get ink so Im stuck waiting for over 30 minutes. When I think it is finally time to pay and go home nope I was wrong, he still tried to charge extra. So I refused to pay the extra amount because that was not agreed upon. My tires werent balanced, weights were actually missing off my rims and my rims have multiple deep dark circle imprints on each rim that wont come off. Im a single mother of two who works 40-58 hours per week to provide for my children. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with an automotive company. Now I have to pay to go have the work corrected. I supposed they thought that since I was a woman I wouldnt have any idea that a camber adjustment is included in an alignment. HORIBLE EXPERIENCE
