Ive been going to Toms for about 10 years. They do fair and honest work and they wont try to sell you a job that you dont need. I originally started using them because my landlord at the time recommended them to us.For ten years they have lived up to his recommendation. Weve brought multiple trucks and vans to them over the years for service and repairs and they always do good work and charge a fair and honest price for it.One time I dropped off a vehicle with an issue that ended up just being a bolt that had gotten loose, and Thomas tightened it up and called and told me thats all it was and didnt charge me for it.Its not always easy to find a good, honest mechanic, but if you take your vehicles here youll be dealing with good, hardworking people that believe in making an honest living.

Tom and Steven have taken care of our cars for many years. They are friendly honest fair and trust worthy. The only thing is they do such a good job sometimes they have a lot of customers and you have to wait for 3 to 5 days for appoitment.

Tom did a great job on our ac issue and fixed it at a very reasonable price.

Hes a great guy. He took care of a problem I was having with my Jeep for cheap, and it was quick as well.

Went in on July 14, 2020, for a front end alignment on m 2010 Ford F-150 (overdue for a number of years). Dropped it off with Thomas in the morning and he called me around 2 pm and said it was ready - alignment was fine and No Charge. UNBELIEVABLE. I tried to pay him something, at least, for his time, but he just wanted me to use him again in the future and I WILL! An honest mechanic is hard to find and I plan to use Thomas whenever I have something that I cant fix/do myself.

Thomas has repaired several of our cars. He has always done an excellent job in a timely manner. Very honest and his rates are reasonable.

Tom is a great mechanic, concersationalist and very fair pricing with solid work! I have had zero problems with his work ever and have been going ro him for years.

My entire family has been using Tom’s Southside for 40+years. They are honest! Do not be fooled by the name ‘alignment’....they can take care of all your auto needs. Fantastic service and reliability at a great price. Do call ahead as they have A LOT of happy customers who refer them out and keep them very busy! My dad uses them, my brother and I use them, now our children use them. They have saved us tons. If you ever get a repair estimate from another shop that seems unreasonable....or you want a second opinion to be sure....check these guys out. Better yet, just go here first!

Im a VERY long time customer, at least 30 years, and I use Toms for repairs on all my familys cars. Weve always received top-notch service. And Ill vouch for many other comments in this thread --- Toms is MUCH MORE than an alignment and front end shop. They do everything, brakes, AC, engine, electrical... you name it. In all the years, Ive always received honest, excellent repair work at very fair prices.If youre looking for a one-stop shop for your auto repairs, this is it.

Made an appointment earlier in the week only to show up and find the location is closed during normal business hours. Waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would arrive. Called the business multiple times and no answer and no one showed up. Not sure what the situation is but my time was wasted as I do not live near the area. I understand things come up but at least notify your customers ahead of time.

Very nice. I’m a white 18 year old girl, and was afraid I would be ripped off, but he charged me the exact price he had given me over the phone days before. He even topped off my power steering fluid for free. I would definitely recommend to other teen girls like myself.

Best front-end alignment repair in Tarrant County! Not always the fastest, due to their insane workload, but its always done right the first time and reasonably priced. My family has been coming to Toms for over 15 years, and I wont take my car anywhere else.

The place to take you car for alignment it cost half of what other shops wanted to charge me and they go me on and out all is good with my alignment
