I have been bringing my car here for several years now for everything from inspections to new tires, a new muffler and, most recently, to fix an oil leak and have rust repaired. My almost 22 year old car looks gorgeous again. The service has always been great and the prices are very reasonable in my experience. Eric and his grandmother (as well as everyone else) are very customer focused. I recommend this service station without any reservations and will continue to bring my car in for as long as am in the Arlington area.

Excellent experience. Requested a quote for service (needed tires for my Range Rover) online on Sunday, and got a response same day. The Manager, Eric, researched the tires I needed and gave me a quote online. He was then able to order the tires and have them ready for installation next day. He said it would take 1.5 hours and sure enough it was ready right on time. The price compared favorably to others based on some calling around I had done. By the way the price was exactly as he had quoted - no hidden charges or attempts to up-sell me which I appreciated. Overall, great customer service.

I started going to Liberty Gas/One Stop Auto Center about a year ago, based on the recommendation of some colleagues from work. I cannot say enough about their excellent customer service, reasonable prices, honesty, and speed. Eric responds to calls/texts/messages right away and will tell you honestly if something needs to be done immediately or if it can wait a bit. They never try to upsell you. And about a week ago, our van broke down about an hour outside of DC so we had to tow it to the nearest shop. I called Eric and got a quote for the service the other mechanic said we would need, and his quote was $200 less than the other guys for the same service ($300 as opposed to $500). I trust their judgment implicitly and have been incredibly happy with the quality of their work as well. If you are looking for honest, fair, fast, and highly competent mechanics, you should go here.

The team at One Stop is great. Ive been going there for several years. This week I discovered I had 2 flat tires (turns out caused by nails, so much construction in the area) and so I called One Stop to get advice on what to do. Eric and his crew came to my buildings parking structure, jacked the car, took the ties and returned to put on the new tires all within an hour or so. They always go beyond standard service. They explain repairs, and show me worn parts, etc. They are honest and value their customers. The team is so friendly that I even enjoy my visits to the shop!

Amazing customer service! I had a flat tire, and was about a mile from One Stop Auto Center. I called them and told them the situation. The general manager asked for my location and came with another employee to meet me at my vehicle. They put my spare on, and had me follow them to their shop where they installed new tires for me within 30 minutes!!! Would recommend them to anyone!

Jose has provided me multiple services. First, he was able to provide me with 4 top of the line all weather tires at a discounted bundle rate after my tread had worn down on my current set. Then, after driving over a screw just 2 months later, Jose was able to patch my tire and replace the sensors, again at a discounted rate. He even went as far as to clean all 4 tires prior to sending me on my way.I highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality, personalized experience when getting their vehicle repaired. Excellent service, unexpectedly had a flat secondary to a nail in my tire. Eric took the time to go through the different options and explain why one option might be better than the other. He even walked in the snow/rain to give us an update (Dunkin donuts across the st) prior to a working on anything related to my car. Would definitely recommend!!

I frequently purchase gas from Liberty Gas at this family-run location near the Mr. Wash on Glebe Road. When I needed four new tires for my SUV, I checked Costco and online retailers, and ended up going with One Stop Auto Center. The price was right, and my tires arrived in a day and were installed this morning in about an hour. Eric, who is pretty much always at the front desk, provides great customer service, and the tires come with free rotation every 5,000 miles. Without my asking, One Stop even repaired a small damaged piece of plastic (caused by me) on the front bumper at no charge. I highly recommend this small business that stands behind its work and prides itself on great customer service. During these times, its especially important to support local small businesses. This is my go-to mechanic. Very fair and honest. I’ve been here about 5 times now and they don’t try to upsell you on anything, only what you need. Hard to find these days. They are also very quick with completing the service instead of one of those all-day productions just to get the oil or a tire changed, like I’ve had at the dealer.

I had used this garage for tires a few years back. While Ive learned the management has changed, the quality of car has not! I went in knowing that I needed a safety inspection and rear brake work, with the potential for more due to the age of my car. Eric was great at calling to share their assessment on my car, the work I needed and the work that I should get but didnt *have* to at the moment. He was great and proactively shared photos of some additional work that I needed, to reassure that it was necessary (which it definitely was). Asked for an inspection before we bought a car. We were really happy they were able to schedule us pretty quickly the same day. They thoroughly looked the car over, and explained everything thoroughly.

I came here and got inspection and emissions and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Eric the manager who greeted me was very kind and honest. One shop had told me I needed brakes, but my car passed inspection which made no sense. Eric told me about pad wear and my pad was about 45% left and I would have never known if he didn’t told me. 10/10 will be coming back for my regular maintenance, the staff is friendly and not out to rob you of your money.

Do not go there. They are scammers and liars. Mostly a manager named Manuel. They changed my generator and other parts in the car, said about a one-year warranty. A month later, I was towed to another mechanic. it turns out they were supplied with an old generator and asked for $ 850 to work. It turns out that this part costs half the price. when they see new people, they try to trick them and take their money. there are many other mechanics out there that work much better and charge half that amount.. Do Not go there.

There team work is excellent! Carlitos and Gerson work great together and did what 3 other locations couldn’t do, I have 24” low profile wheels that not to many tire shops can work with and there advance machines were able to complete the job plus they informed me how to have a smoother ride. I appreciate the hospitality plus that they are a family owned and operated business. I appreciate Eric and the great team they have! Highly recommended!!

Came to one stop auto center hoping to get my brakes done for inspection, Jose pointed out that I needed rotors as well. This place is very honest with their work and the customer service is 10 out of 10. Eric who also greeted me as soon as I came in Offered me a free drink as well. Great service! I went for my inspection and planned on getting some coffee while I waited but they were so quick I didn’t even have time for that! What I appreciate most is how they are honest with you, explain everything going on with your car, but don’t push you to spend more money on unnecessary services. For me, my brake pads are close to being in need of change, and most places would push you to get that done right away, but they just wanted to let me know to keep an eye on it. I’ll definitely be going back there when it’s time for that, or any other maintenance!

I recently came back for more tires and found out the family that owns the gas station and service center had taken over the tire shop in the back as well. After speaking with Eric, who was courteous, professional and very thorough, I decided to purchase tires again. Service was prompt and professional from the staff to the technicians. Prices were great. Very nice, family-owned business which Im happy to support.

On June 1 I popped in to One Stop Auto Center in need of the VA State Inspection. I was greeted by Eric in the office and taken back to the garage. I was given a chair to wait, asked if I’d like some water and spoken to in such a friendly manner. As it turned out, my inspection was rejected because of the thorough nature of review that the mechanic did on my tires. Seems that the brake pads had worn down and the interior tread of the tires was nonexistent. Not safe! Within minutes Eric had worked up a quote and placed an order for the tires which would arrive the following morning. I left my car overnight and had a follow up call in the morning letting me know the status. They replaced all tires, brake pads and did a rotation as well as an oil change - all for an excellent price!! On top of all that, everyone I dealt with on the phone, in the office - and the final tire shine before allowing me to leave- was professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this well-run business for your auto-service needs. I think I’ll even go out of my way to fill up my gas tank there too!!

I recently took my car in for body work after a bad accident. I had read the good reviews, gave them a call and they wasted no time getting back to me. Eric helped me through step by step, he gives attention to detail, makes sure a you are comfortable throughout the way. I highly recommend One stop for all your needs, they do body work, tire work, and anything you need mechanically. This place is well managed and very confident in their work and it’s hard to find a good trustworthy mechanic “one stop shop” nowadays but thanks to Eric and his team they really are a diamond in the rough:)

I own serval cars and when I need service, on them or have issues with tires or even a simple inspection and emissions I bring them here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, Elizabeth who works at the front desk is always happy to great me with a smile. They always go out of their way to make sure all my needs are address. I would highly recommend.

Bring both my Mazda and and Suburban here for regular oilchanges, inspection & service and it is about time I posted a review.Always courteous and professional. Work is top notch and prices very good. Suburban is getting old and giving me headaches but Liberty has come to the rescue a number of times and still runs tip top. They do it all and go the extra mile ( at least for me they have ) even when things get complicated. Sure it costs sometimes, but all mechanics do and at least here I know it is done right and for less. Have done brakes, tune up, AC, I think just about everything except transmission - not sure if they do that.OK, thats my 2 cents - you are in good hands here.

Coming from a background of being burnt by mechanics this experience has completely changed my outlook on auto services. I had just got a nail in my tire from somewhere nearby. I was told by the Mercedes dealership employee to stop hear at the One Stop Auto Center, LLC. They fix tires. So I drove there because I was referred there and they were the closest to me. When I drove in Eric the manager greeted me right away. And invited me to his service department. He immediately gave me a few options for my choice. Then advise me of the different tires that I could choose from. And told me he can help me right away. Every step of the way Eric had excellent communication! The staff was very great! They greeted me and asked how I was doing before talking about my vehicle. Eric was really helpful and professional. Everyone there works together to try to figure out what the problem is. When they found the problem they explained to me what It was and the solution. They treated me like they cared. After we fixed the motor they sold me 4 new tires at a competitive Price. The Whole staff is great and the techs are trustworthy and really Make sure Your car leaves fixed.
