Initially called for a rodent issue and purchased their Complete Home Care Service. Gave me peace of mind by setting and periodically checking mouse bait stations which were placed in areas that are most likely to have rodent activity. They sprayed the outside perimeter of my home with a bug barrier and warned me about a yellow jacket issue I was unaware of, which they also treated. Though the service is conducted quarterly, they promise to come out and treat your property again if any of the pests (those under warranty) should reoccur after treatment. For example, if my yellow jacket issue isnt fully resolved in the next two weeks, they will come treat again at no additional charge. Service technicians seem very competent and professional. Ive not had this service for very long, but if all continues to go as it has I am satisfied. My only complaint is that it is relatively expensive, but Im thinking you get what you pay for.

I decided to try them for the first time since they offer the comprehensive treatment including wildlife and fly issues. Most of the companies don’t offer the comprehensive treatment. This is the second time they came to our house but so far Every time they come to our house, very professional, friendly, explaining and answering questions for what they do, and on time. So far we are very happy with their services!

We discovered that some song birds and their fledglings had made their home within our bathroom walls. Anytime we were in the bathroom theyd wake up and cause a ruckus. ABC Wildlife Control came out and humanely extracted the birds from our walls and patched the entrance they were coming in from to prevent any future birds from nesting in our walls. Thank you for taking the raccoon out of my living room before it ruined my art collection. You helped me through the most terrifying day of my life. When a raccoon drops out of your ceiling, youll know what I went through. We were having a skylight installed, and the day before it was done, a raccoon popped through the opening and fell almost two stories onto my sofa. Lucky raccoon. The staff is very knowledgeable of not only the science of eliminating pests, but in the rights of and responsibilities outlined in the City Ordinance to have a timely treatment and right to know about how your place has been treated. I was sick of having ants in my kitchen, and didnt want pesticides all over my studio (especially my kitchen) so I called Landmark. When Robert arrived to treat my ants, I couldnt have asked for better service. Even though Im an artist he put on shoe covers to keep dirt off my floors studio floor. (If youve ever seen my studio youd know why thats funny) He traced them from my kitchen all the way to a spot in the backyard. I thought that with all the wood I have around they were carpenter ants but I learned that these were actually odorous house ants. Robert tested which bait they liked the best and then applied it. He told me it would take a little time to work and that hed check back in two weeks. Two weeks later there were only a few ants every so often in my place. Robert reinspected, put down another ant product outside and a few days later my ants were nowhere to be seen. Professional, knowledgeable and really nice, Ill use them again next time my ants return. Best of all, no pesticides were put in my kitchen.

To all potential ABC clientele and current clientsI regret to inform you that all or most of the friendly field technicians at ABC wildlife have begun a workstoppage. Theyve asked for better benefits and pay due to their scope of work. Legally i wont disclose the amount of pay they receive but they were promised 32-35k a year as seen by ABCs Craigslist and indeed hiring posts. This is false. What their management team does not say is that, those wages can be attained for 50-60 hrs a week. An unhealthy work-life atmosphere. They are asking for your support. If you know a technician personally, or in passing please call into the office and show your support! Theyd really appreciate it! Some of these technicians risk their lives day in and day out all they have asked for, is to be treated with respect, dignity and paid what they are worth. Again thank you for your support and help.

Im changing my review of this company (originally gave them a 1 star). After talking to the bug guy, I learned a little more about my pests. They offered to come spray again in the fall when the stink bugs would be seeking warmth for the colder months which I much appreciate. ******* I would not recommend this company. I had them come out and spray for stink bugs and now my problem is even worse. When I called the company, they told me the bugs Im seeing now were already in the house and will die off soon. Unfortunately this is not true. These stink bugs are coming in my windows on the second story and doors. The technician that came only sprayed the perimeter and the foundation. They didnt offer to spray again but suggested to just keep vacuuming them up. They stink and so does my vacuum . They are also affiliated with a wildlife management company that I requested a call from due to a critter in my wall. After over week of not hearing from someone, I called to get a quote. The receptionist took my information and I still have not received a quote (It has been at least a month if not more). I will never use either of these companies in the future.

Landmark Pest Management was a source of kindness and patience for me when I went through a couple rough times in the past year. I felt completely invaded when my home had bed bugs from a couch I picked up in an alley when I lived in Chicago. I talked to Steven, who was amazingly helped me calm down from my state of panic. I was also really worried that the only way to get rid of the bugs would be to use some dangerous chemicals that could hurt my cats and my dog. He walked me thru everything and actually taught me a lot about bed bugs. After a while, I was kind of fascinated with them, but not enough to want them in my house :P The whole thing was done safely and I was felt safe knowing that my home was free of bed bugs and I didnt even have to throw out my mattress. The critters havent come back since. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a bed bugs worse enemy.
