I recently received 2 batteries for my laptop,, both the wrong ones.. i went to their place of business and tried to return them UNUSED, i told the lady near the front door my situation, she said they wont take them back....?? why? i asked her what im supposed to do with them and in a very condescending attitude she said.. well you could throw them away.. is she nuts,, you never throw batteries away......never do business with these whacks....
