Worst customer service Ive received in a long time. I asked for a quote for a pump/motor, Pam Colditz was extremely short with me but I let it go. Im the elevator shop supervisor at a University. Pam told me that is she had to fill out vendor paperwork which all is necessary to purchase material she could cancel the order and not do business with us. What kind of business model is that? She raised her voice to me and would not let me talk at all. I asked for her supervisor and she said she was her supervisor, I then asked for a manager and she said there wasnt one. Id like to speak to a owner/manager about this horrible experience.
