Joseph was able to be very accommodating with an appointment time. He arrived promptly and got right to work-- accurately estimated the amount of time it would take to complete the work. He was both professional and pleasant. The carpet looks great--better than I expected it could. We were very satisfied with the cost--zone fact maybe even a little surprised at how reasonable it was. We will use Sublime Steam Cleaning again and would highly recommend Micheal and his company.

They arrived on time and were enthusiastic about providing the service. The level of preparation to prevent hoses from marking walls and to prevent tracking soil from the outside was impressive. They spent a lot of time in preparation to make sure that there would be no damage. The pricing was reasonable and was less than I expected. The cleaning equipment was high end and did an excellent job removing soil from the traffic areas of the carpet. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We scheduled an appointment to get our carpets cleaned this past weekend, and was very fantastic with the job that Joseph did. He was very professional, to the point, and got the job done in about an hour. We were also pleased with the company as a whole from the process, to receiving email confirms, and just the all around professionalism. These guys are very reliable.I had them come out to clean all of my carpet as well as my two mattresses. They were very thorough and were able to remove stains from my carpet. My carpet looks new after the cleaning and their charges were very reasonable. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
