I would like send a recognition out to Tom and his teammate. They knew of my concern of my 1954 hard wood floors and were ever so careful. Plus my chairs look great.Cindy should also be recognized for her up front customer service. I couldnt even get people to respond to me at other companies. Working with people like Cindy and Tom was a pleasure.I just moved to AH and asked a few people for recommendations, no one had anything nice to say about the people they hired. I now do, and I will let them know.

If you have water damage in your basement you need to call Duraclean. They will take care of you. With a one week old baby, we woke up to a terrible smell in our house. Turns out we had a blocked sewer line and sewage backed up into our basement. I called in the middle of the night to see if someone can come out and helps us. I was afraid we wouldnt be able to get anyone out to our house soon enough because a lot of bad weather had just come through that effected many home owners. The next morning, a team of people came over and got to work. Our hands were full with our newborn baby and Duraclean helped get us through our own personal crisis.

Highly recommend services. Fast service, attention to detail and very professional approach. Delivery of service in the time windows that were provided. Courteous and very friendly staff on site. We had a flooded kitchen and basement as a result of fridge leak and their water mitigation service was excellent. Cleaned up very well.A good, 1st class operation!

Cleaned all the carpeting in our church as well as striped and waxed all the tiling. The team was very professional and personable - job done efficiently and with no inconvenience to us. I would recommend them for home or office. Had one person say they had been a member of this church for 40 years and never saw the carpet look so great!!! Price was great too.

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday (7/12/18); having decided to come back to Duraclean after several years (of paying way too much) with another service. Cindy Gillespie was fantastic; a wonderful help in getting everything taken care of, and the technician, Tom Gerace, did a wonderful job. Great service, great price; highly recommended!

I had a huge mess from a broken steam pipe. They came quickly, responded cheerfully and took care of the problem efficiently.They also cheerfully came in the middle of the sub-zero weather to clean my carpet again this year. Job well done for a reasonable price.

I reached out looking for a local company to help guide me in resolving a mold issue in my bathroom, and after a cancelled appointment on their end (with the admin person not showing any empathy for my rearranging of childcare for this), a technician showed up for like 5 minutes, did measurements/took photos and I havent heard from anyone since. No follow up or estimate. I even called a few days after that, and someone said they would call me that day, and they did not. Must not be an important customer

I wanted to clean Traffic Dirt Path on my rug. Duraclean Restoration Did not tell me ahead of time thats not possible on my type of rug. They cleaned it twice without desirable results (The dirt is still there). Charged me 100$ for cleaning service.Serge.

I just met with Mindi from Duraclean. What a pistol. Her spunk is like none other that I have ever had the pleasure to meet with. We called Duraclean with concerns of mold. The salesman came out the same day, inspected, advised us there was no mold, but what we could do to prevent it. No hard sell, no fear factor, like we received from other companies we contacted. We also requested a quote on carpet cleaning.The technician came out the following week and did an excellent job on both services. I cannot believe how clean my old berber carpet is! Great job all around.

Mindy with Duraclean is very much the spokesperson for her companys service. I was skeptical,because she was so good at marketing. Its not truly clean until its Duraclean, she would say.But after having Tom and yes another Tom come out and clean our carpet, which was long overdue,I changed my mind. The care and extra effort displayed really impressed me as well as the value.Would recommend this service to everyone!
