My wife and I reached out to four different transportation services in the Chicagoland area for a wedding reception. Ultimately, we booked with Signature Transportation Group for early September 2021. We worked directly with Joe Jung via email and phone in July 2021 to set up the plan to transport 100+ guests to/from the hotel in Schaumburg, IL to the venue in Elgin IL.Joe worked with us to reserve the most cost-effective plan since we decided to have shuttling back to our hotel at 10pm, 11pm, midnight, and 1 a.m. The company was the most affordable to include all our requests. The reservation process was very easy even when our guest count fluctuated.We reserved their 51-passenger charter shuttle for multiple trips. Our guests noted how clean, spacious, and accommodating the shuttle was on their rides. My family members said it was the best shuttle that they had ever been on for a wedding. My friend said you could smell the new car scent & fresh leather seats upon walking in.In general, the shuttles were prompt and timely, as scheduled. The driver was very patient and helpful with my physically disabled family member that was in a wheelchair. Overall, my family and friends reported smooth rides that were highly comfortable. This transportation service was a big part of making our wedding reception happen. I would highly recommend Signature Transportation Group for easy, affordable shuttling.

We used Signature Transportation for our July 2021 wedding. Signature Transportation was very accommodating when we had to postpone due to COVID-19 last year. We secured an SUV and trolley for our wedding day. They were very helpful with our last minute request to add the one- way SUV. Drew, the SUV driver, was on time and professional. Leonardo, our trolley driver, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was on time and knew how to get to and from all destinations. The trolley was clean and spacious for our group of 15-20 people. Everyone in our bridal party had positive things to say about Signature Transportation. We will be sure to recommend Signature Transportation to anyone looking to book transportation in the future!

The second time my family book with this company. The first time they cancel my sister party bus a couple of hours before it was scheduled to pick them up for her daughters sweet sixteen party due to technical issues with the bus. They apologize and told my Sister if you book with them again we will give you a great deal, therefore my Sister rebook for my sons 14th birthday and they did the same thing. They always seem to be having a technical issue with the buses right before the trip. A big disappointment very unprofessional, unreliable and didnt seem to care much.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! I book group transportation frequently for my job, but most of the vendors I use for business are out of my price range. Signature Transportation was affordable but still gave me the 5 star service Im used to when booking for business. Loved them, cant wait to book again!

When I first called Signature Transportation, I spoke with Jackson. I explained that we were looking for transportation for our daughter’s wedding which was only two days away. We needed transportation from the hotel to a spot for pictures to the venue. Jackson was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The quote he gave was absolutely affordable and more than fair. Jackson also gave a quote for transportation at the end of the night back to to the hotel which was, again, more than fair! I called the next day, spoke with Jack to provide details and asked for a specific vehicle if possible. Signature Transaction MORE than exceeded our expectations. Jack made sure we got the vehicle we hoped for! The driver, Christian, was polite, professional, patient (as the brides were running very late). My advice, call and book with Signature Transportation, this company exceeds anything and everything you are expecting. Thank you SO much for making our brides’ day absolutely perfect! XO

This company is amazing! We used them for our trip to and back from O’Hare. Both times the vehicle was immaculate.The day of our return flight was chaotic due to bad weather out west. We had to switch flights a couple of times which resulted in unexpected delays and stress. Just as we were getting our luggage I received an unexpected call from our driver(Oliver) telling me he had been tracking our flights and he was ready for us. Wow!!

The drivers at this company drive erratically and are very unsafe.

This is the first time we used Signature Transportation Group.After much research, I found them to be the most professional in correspondence. We used them to take our office staff downtown for a tour. We used the Sprint Mercedes van holding 14 guests. We were dropped off at one location and returned from a different locale.The van was spotless and comfortable. Banibal, our chauffer, wasprompt, kind and professional. Thank you for making the transportationto our tour seamless! I would feel confident recommending Signature Transportation Group personally and professionally.

Our U16 girls hockey team traveled from Woodridge IL to Utica NY (early Friday returning 3am Monday morning)I found the company by chance online and Joe Jung of signature was great! He worked with our budget and made the entire experience go smoothly.The bus arrived early, the two drivers were outstanding, bus was very clean, supplied with more than enough water for the entire weekend - could not have anticipated a better experienceThank you! Prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. The Signature Transportation mobile app is great being able to see the drivers exact location along with other pertinent information about the reservation.

I was a driver when Signature first started, and same as Denise, it was a horrible experience for me as well. I hope it’s a lot better now. I was also promised to be compensated services such waiting for passengers inside the airport, but was never done. They do expect you to drive long hours and even blow up your phone when you are not working. Veterans taught me to turn off or block the Siganture phone number when you are off so they can’t bother you. Best advice I ever took. Again, this was when first Signagure started. I hope they are better now and not make fake promises.

We had a girls night to Ravinia and the 14 passenger Sprinter was perfect. The driver Tommie was amazing, went above and beyond to assure everyone was having a great night!!

We have used Signature a handful of times. Their fleet is always very clean and exactly what we are looking for and more for different events (weddings, concerts, airport transportation). Cant wait to book again.

I went to Chicago a few months back for the second time. I wasn’t looking forward to it since the first trip was unmemorable but signature changed everything. To the professionalism of Matt in the office, to the cars and chauffeurs that picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, to the tour guide (the lady’s name escapes me) on the trolly, made me want to move to Chicago. No need to ask the hotel concierge for restaurant recommendations, I scheduled a car and asked the chauffeurs. They brought me to their favorite places. You just don’t get service like this and because of them Chicago is one of my favorite cities. Chicago has no better ambassador then Signature Transportation

An excellent company with the highest standard for service.

Terrible company for drivers. They make all kind of false promises to lure drivers to take trips for them and then don fulfil their obligation. No compassion for drivers. They want you to work 12-14 hour shifts and when you have an emergency they don’t care. They like to hire non American drivers so they can treat them with less respect.

During the weekend of our wedding, four different family members used Signature to get around the city, suburbs and to the airport. All I can say is that they were pros for every single ride. Mike was our driver for the day of our wedding and the day after. Not only did he show up EARLY everywhere he picked us up but also was professional, courteous, welcoming and made us feel safe. We looked a few different transportation companies and we are so glad we used Signature. Highly Recommended!
