Amazing service! Booked last minute as our flight was boarding from LAX - ORD. Kalo was right on time and managed to squeeze us and all of our bags in comfortably. He even returned 30 mins after dropping us off to return an item that had fallen out of my wifes handbag. The car was clean and luxurious and Kalo drove us with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend this service, our driver was amazing. Our pick up time was at 430am, he was in the driveway at 415am if not earlier! The car was clean and had more than enough space. The service was great! I had round trip service to and from the airport. They were early both trips, the SUV was very comfortable and the drivers were very nice and friendly. I also liked how I was able to book online and text the drivers to provide updates (i.e., got through customs, picked up bags). I also really liked how tip was included in the price so there was none of that awkwardness of the driver standing around waiting to see what you were going to tip. They just got my bags out wished me a nice trip or welcomed me home and were on their way.

After some very brief comparative shopping, I came to this company for a last minute surprise for my family. Their rates were more reasonable than others without sacrificing quality of service. The booking was confirmed within minutes, I received a text as soon as we landed, and was given clear and easy directions to find my driver. The stretch was recently cleaned, smelled fresh, and was very comfortable. Chief Limo was competitively priced. The service was excellent. I used them twice, once for a stretch to the airport and an SUV for our way back home. Kalo, the owner, texted me confirmation a few days before pickup. I mentioned I was having a bachelor party, and when the stretch arrived, there was a bottle of liquor inside. The drivers were early or exactly on time. They both drove excellently (smooth driving, excellent turning,not speeding and not braking too quickly, making for a very nice ride). The drivers were courteous and very professional.I am sure there are other great services out there, but after two rides with Chief, I will not be looking for any others in the future.
