Leos gives the highest quality haircuts in Arlington Heights. Leo is awesome and the rest of the staff is great too. I cant believe they charge less than Great Clips and other chains while giving better cuts!

Came in as walk in after being denied services at bloom. The hair stylist Anduela was very kind and did an amazing job. My partial highlights are gorgeous. My friend got her hair done too with Eva and her short hair bob is stunning. We both got exactly what we wanted and more. I’m extremely satisfied that I you so much!!!

Had an amazing experience with me and my friend. Came here as a walk in, as our first appointment booked in another salon denied us service so we came here super anxious and desperate for a hair cut and they received us warmly. Asked for a hair bob ( had really long and matted and damaged hair ) and Eva took care of me and did exactly as I showed her in the photo. After I finished, I headed over to see how my friend was doing with her highlights and she looked stunning ( Anduela did the highlights ). We were so shocked at how inexpensive and amazing they did on our hair on such a short notice. Not to mention, amazing customer service . Hair dressers treat your hair with love 💕

This barber shop has given me the best haircut I have ever received, and the wait is not too long most of the time. There are almost always 3 barbers in the shop at all times. It is cash only and is not open on Sundays or Mondays but the do a very good job and are very kind people. They also have a TV.

I love Leo’s. I take my boys here and my daughters come as well. Men’s haircuts start at $10. We usually see Elizabeth or Leo and both are excellent. It’s a pretty standard little hair cutting shop in a small strip mall. They are usually busy. Making an appointment helps but if there is a walk in before you get to your appointment they usually sneak them in before you. I can’t remember for sure but I think they only take cash. There is an ATM so that’s helpful. Overall, it’s a good haircut for a great price. They will also do eyebrows, neck, ears, etc.

I recently moved to Palatine and Ive only gone here twice so far, but I have managed to get a last minute appointment very easily both times. I got my hair cut and I got my eyebrows done. I am very picky and I have loved the results each time. I think I have found my new go to place! I had a ton of scraggly dead ends and Im impressed that Joy managed to clean up my hair perfectly while keeping almost all of the length!

I never ever write reviews but Joy at Leo’s saved my little girl from a horrible haircut! My daughter got the worst haircut ever from another establishment today and I was panicked to find someone to fix it quickly without making it worse. We were greeted at Leo’s with warmth and commiseration and Joy quickly set out to give my sweet girl a beautiful cut which she loves. Leo’s earned a loyal customer today!

Here is how my haircut went:The first question the hairstylist asked me after I sat on the chair was How short? After brief explanation of how I want my hair cut the hairstylist asked scissors or machine? I replied what would you recommend? to which the hairstylist just said I dont knowSo in summary my hair was simply shortened, far from a good complete haircut. There are multiple hairstylists working at Leos Hair Care, so Im willing to give them a second chance.

Finally a place that know how to do a fade! However, make sure you get the right barber/stylist. I normally request Gianni (spelling?) and he does a great job. I have a horrible haircut from another women but this review is based on my experience with Gianni. Best of all its only $8 for an adult haircut! Hard to find a better value.

The only place in years I have been able to find people that know how to cut hair for an awesome price. Ive been to salons that charged double/triple the price and didnt do as good as what I get at Leos. Three times Ive been so far, each with a different stylist, and always get a great cut!

Ive been going to Leos since he opened up shop in Arlington Heights a several years ago and both him and his wife are great hair dressers and super carrying and friendly. I have been taking both of my boys there as well who are 2 and 4 years old and at that age a not so pleasant experience but Leo and Tela always go out of their way to make them feel comfortable and calm. I cant say enough praise for the great service that Leos provides, you will not be disappointed!!

I am here for the summer for an internship and was looking for a place to get my hair cut. I fell upon Leos Hair Care and I couldnt be happier! I can see why there was a little bit of a wait. I had a no-chip manicure and it was fast, friendly and efficient. Not alot of the greasy hands and mushy feeling at the end. and the manicure is very nice. I will be back. Thank you Aduela (hope I spelled it right).

I got exactly the cut I wanted at a really decent price. Everyone was nice and the service was quick. I especially liked how detail oriented the barber was, making sure that all my lines were straight and that there werent any straggler hairs!

Carmen is my Savior!!!!Heard from a friend about Leos Hair Care. I heard they are inexpensive and do great work. Well that is an understatement. I first walked in and was greeted right away. I waited 5 minutes and was introduced to Carmen. This lady was super friendly and was great to get along with. I was nervous at first, since this was my first time she was cutting my hair. Now I am a regular there, everyone knows me by my first name and always says Hello. Carmen is so good that I never have her show me the back of my hair with her mirror because I know it was done to perfection. This place is horrible. The barbers don’t know how to follow instructions. I told my barber to make my hair gradually longer from the bottom to the top part of my head and instead he buzzed the whole sides of my head. Maybe I jusr got the worst barber there but a barber shop is only as good as the worst stylist.

Ive run into this place at least four times while up here for military duty. Believe it or not, some barbershops manage to mess up a simple military haircut and charge a small fortune while doing it, but Leos got it right each time and for a great price. Im certain Ill be back another couple of times over this next year.

Recently had an appointment with owner(Leo), came in 10minutes before the appointment but just ignored me as if I was invisible and attended to me only after 30 min without even apologizing me. This is truly unprofessional and if the owner can do it, I wonder how is staff is.

Amazing barber skills!

I really dont understand why this place has really great reviews. This place is mediocre and I would compare it to Great Clips but slightly worse. All I was asked was how short I wanted it and I said I just wanted to cut an inch off. I just wanted to trim my hair since I had just bleached it and my ends were pretty damaged. I have layers in my hair and the person cutting my hair didnt even cut them. She just cut an inch off the bottom layer and one side of my hair is slightly uneven because of how I part my hair. Overall, I was not impressed and I would look somewhere else if youre looking for a place to actually style your hair how you want it.

Yes. I called up various Saloons to findout pricing near Rolling Meadows. Everyone were talking about a Mens haircut between $14- $24. Only these guys said it would be $8. I was skeptic initially but when I walked in yesterday, I felt comfortable and confident of getting a decent service. Its more than what I expected. Excellent Service and Superbly low price...Recommend it highly..The price was so cheap that I could extend a 25% tip for the uncomplicated, simple and quality service. As my first time there It was a bad experience! The lady who cut my hair didnt even know how to cut hair! I told her to give me the V shape haircut with a bit of layers...she just cut it straight and left long hair still. Some parts of my hair in big chunks are still longer than others and didnt even thin out the bottom just looks nasty especially if i straighten it you can tell how uneven it is!! I still had to pay for it tho... 😡 Going in today to get it fixed at another place yes they charge more but its worth it atleast they get it right, take their time, and know how to cut hair unlike this lady! I mean its cheap to go here for a reason right?

I usually go to the franchise hair cut places. But after always being disappointed I decided to try somewhere new. Was a little unsure, but glad I tried Leos. Got a great hair cut and for $8 you cant beat it. No fancy TV screens, etc all over the place.. but the hair cut is more important to me than being able to watch sports and ending up with crooked sideburns, uncut spots of hair, lack of attention, pushed for upsells/referrals, etc.Thanks!
