I havent always been a Verizon fan, for their customer service but I can say with the serve I received from Jennifer Pickles in this Arkadelphia, AR store was excellent to say the least. She helped me add my mother to my account and get new phones for both of us and she was patient. It was definitely difficult because my mother was coming from another carrier and different phone, originally remember her pin and I wanted all my texts from transferred over which literally took hours. If you stop by there, she is the person to see, hands down.

Amber was very professional and stayed patient through a very difficult process. Go see her for all of your Verizon needs.

Get into this store and meet Jennifer P.!!! She answered ALL of our questions and was exceedingly helpful in changing our plan to reflect our current needs. She helped us set up auto billing so that we could receive a discount. Everything happened as she said it would happen...which has come to be a little bit unusual (unfortunately) with regard to customer service. She even followed up with us on two occasions to make sure everything was going well. She was patient and never made me feel like I was asking a silly question or asking too much of her. She is an OUTSTANDING employee, Verizon! You need to KEEP HER on your team. We send two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

The people here are always so amazing! It seems we never go to the cell phone store when everything is good, so its important that the employees know all the answers that we cant find online. Gracie has been wonderful to us so many times! She is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough.

Just left the store after waiting an extremely long time for service. Evidently the customer at the counter sharing pics of a female acquaintance with the two employees on duty was more important than a 15 yr Verizon customer. Poor customer service is why we left AT&T for Verizon years ago.

We added a JetPack to our plan, because the representative stated we would be having 30 GB of high speed internet then a slower unlimited speed after. It turns out the JetPack only came with 15GB, and a more expensive price than listed. They will say anything to get you to spend more money.

They were able to work the problem out, not only got all my contacts back but gave me a back up location so that I could have them all saved if it ever happened again... I purchased an 11 from here and the rep made sure that she transferred everything for me and helped me set up my icloud ect. One thing i would say is that I reccomend this location over all verizon retailers for the great customer service that is provided here.
