Service was great when we first received coverage. The company has since restricted data usage, and now it is no more faster than the abysmal satellite internet that we used to have. Very disappointed!
I am so glad that I switched to South Central Connect. An amazing staff and amazing results. Kudos to them all!!
Power goes out all the time for hours for no reason. It is especially inconvenient in the summer when there is no AC and your seating in a puddle of your own sweat.
Only one star cause I had to. Most worthless thieving internet provider Ive ever dealt with. They took my deposit 5 months ago saying it be within two weeks for installment. Called a month later same story. Now its all automated and cant talk to no one.
Been waiting going on 10 weeks for them to finish hooking up my service not impressed with the only option I have in my area

Good service
Sold us in September on the promise they’d have 100 Mbps internet installed by the end of October. Here it is halfway in November and they don’t even have cables up in our neighborhood despite paying them the money. Took advantage of the fact we’re desperate on 0.30 Mbps Windstream. DO. NOT. BELIEVE. THEM.
