Nails are super nice and done really well but the price was disgusting. He took advantage of me and my friends because we were first timers and didn’t know any better. The amounts we payed make 0 sense and are actually absurd and not worth what we all got. I payed 100 dollars for a gel full set, that’s just not right.Three days later and two of my nails have broken from doing minimal tasks. So to say the least I am extremely disappointed in this nail salon.

Prices are RIDICULOUS! I’m usually very balanced and look to see both sides when reviewing, but my experience here was bad. Nail artists were rude and called my nails & fingers “chubby and short”. What professional establishment does that? Nail quality was ok. Cuticles looked dead. Wouldn’t recommend!

Honestly I’ve always experienced some rudeness and judgement which makes it super uncomfortable to get my nails done. So much charge for designs and gel removal. I wouldn’t recommend. I would definitely recommend chloes nails and spa in penn valley for an amazing experience.

Clean. Friendly. We did a classic pedicure and the service was amazing. Leg massages, hot stones, very clean set up. I’d highly recommend. The owner is very friendly and welcoming as well

I wish I could give Princess Nails 100000+ stars. I’ve been going here for a few years now and will never go to another nail salon again. I have recommended many family and friends who will now only go to Princess Nails as well. The staff is so friendly and amazing at everything they do! The salon is clean and welcoming. They have now made changes due to the pandemic which makes me feel safe and they still manage to keep it flowing with the best customer service. Highly recommend!

Chan runs an amazing business at Princess Nails, it is immaculate and Comfortable, a fabulous place to have your mani/pedi. The staff is pleasant and professional making it a great experience as well as timely. There is little waiting around when you have an appointment. I would recommend this salon highly!

Princess nails has been my favorite nail salon in Ardmore and the surrounding areas including Delco and the city. I have lived all over this area and still make a point to come to princess instead of anywhere else. The cleanest, nicest, and most professional nail salon. The owner is kind and accommodating. Staff is friendly and always gives the best service. I felt completely safe in there with all of their COVID precautions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Just got my gel nail polish done and love the color. The front desk manager picked the color for me. He asked what I want and polished my nails to see how the different color shown on my nail. Thats very kind.Paola did my nail and I like how she communicated and I feel comfortable.The massage is a must try. That massager is awesome.

Princess nails is exceptional. The professional courtesy and skilled technicians make getting a manicure or pedicure a real pleasure. And then there is the massage at the end that makes you feel pampered and ready to face the world again.

Excellent customer service and always great results. They are clean and well staffed and don’t skimp on massage during manicures and pedicures and even offer a shoulder and neck massage while your nails dry. They also have 3 parking spaces in the back for clients.

Princess Nails always does a great job with my pedicures - and I cant complain about the hot stone massage they do on your feet! They are friendly, polite, and do a good job which is exactly what I want out of a nail salon.

I have no idea why people have ANYTHING bad to say about this place. It is SO clean, they do a fantastic job at everything here. Wax, nails, massage. You can get a free neck massage while your nails dry. They really are the best nail spot in town. Dont listen to the negative Nancys on here. My mom and I have been going here for a long time. Its very nice.

This is the best nail salon- hands down! I hit them up about every 2 weeks- the wait is never long, the service is always focused, and the prices are exceedingly fair. They are welcoming when you come in and remember you.

I went here with a friend to kick off the first day of our vacation. We were getting pedicures and manicures and brought a bottle of wine and some cheese/crackers. We were looking forward to a leisurely experience. That is not at all what we got. They insisted on doing the manicure at the same time as the pedicure. So forget drinking wine. Forget having a warm conversation - there were 4 people crowded around with pillows on our laps so that nails and hands were done together. I asked if this is how they always do it and was told Yes, because we are always busy and this is so much faster. I looked around and saw that 2/3 of the stations were empty. It was 4:30 and the shop closed at 7. There was NO reason for us to be rushed like this. Hard to focus on how good a pedicure is with a gel lamp balanced on my lap. I actually went home angry with myself for not insisting on doing the treatments separately. But I was trying to create some kind of warmth with my partner in a very un-warm situation and opted to make the best of it. We really did not talk about our trip, enjoy the wine, and experience the pampering together I spoke to the manager on the way out and he said next time tell us you want them separately. To me, we were first time customers, and they should have asked us how we wanted to do it (I have gone to other places, and never had it done like this before) They should not have said this is how we do it to save time. And one last thing - they make you pay first. That just added to the in and out feeling. He said that its because peoples nails are wet (pedicure and gels?). Beautiful place, clean place, but when your customers come in with wine and ask to sit together ...its pretty clear this is not a rush them out kind of visit. We will not be back. (Coco Blue, less fancy, admittedly, but very much more amenable to cozy talk/experience.

The lady did my mani and pedi last week, I forgot her name but I was so glad with the result. She did nice joy with patience and meticulosity.

This one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten. Besides the fact that they are higher than anyone else in the area, the woman who did my pedicure totally ignored me when I asked her to do something specific. I asked her to match the color on my toes and nails and they are not even in the same ball park. She acted like she didnt understand English. I went there because my regular salon is under construction. BIG MISTAKE

Really racist place. Told me they didnt have a acrylic when they did, and stared at me like theyve never seen a black person before.

OMG, this place is a JOKE! I just moved here from Scottsdale, Az and was looking for a place to get my pedicure and thought this looked OK but was I wrong! I walked in for my appointment and they greeted me and told me I had to pay. I have never had to pay first for a pedi, but I said OK, and paid the $28 (which I thought was a good price but didnt ask before and it wasnt my #1 concern). Then I did tell the girl that was doing my toes not to cut my cuticles because I have had them draw blood so many times, but she did what was supposed to be the entire pedicure in about 20 minutes. She took off my polish, did a TINY bit of filing and starting massaging my legs and next thing I know she is seperating my toes and starting to polish them. I said, arent you going to do any exfoliating or callous remover and she said, that is extra and you didnt ask for it I said no one asked me if I wanted it, and again having been charged upon arriving, when would I have had that chance? I was also irritated because like most other nail places, even though there was 10 available pedi stations, the only other woman in the salon getting a pedi they have to put in the chair right next to mine. And she was having her nails done at the same time as toes, so her tech was On TOP OF ME the whole time and what could have been relaxing was not due to that and the client being on her cell phone. Then to top it off when I told her that one of my toes was totally crooked and on a slant, she took the polish off the other big toe and re-did it which needed nothing and left the toe I asked about her fixing. I complained to the manager and due to the fact that they dont speak English, all she could say was that she heard me come in and ask for a pedicure. As a former salon owner, make up artist, esthitician and beauty and style reporter, trust me and RUN from this hideous place...not only inept but with bad ATTITUDE too! When I complained about putting me on top of another customer instead of giving me some relaxation and space, she said We are workers...need to be in one line....That makes alot of sense!
